The campground was nice. There is a beautiful view of the mountains. It is just far enough from the interstate to be quiet. They were just cleaning up and opening up for the spring season during our stay and it was apparent that they were doing a great job. The only negative for us is how closely together the sites are. We would, however, stay here again.

Great Stay, Deluxe Cabin exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately pool was not working.

My only complaint is the lady that check us in acted like she didn’t even have time for us. She was very short. She did not smile she didn’t say welcome. Oh just rude.

Very friendly folks, smiling through the hustle of a busy weekend. On the ball, highly organized and very clean as well. Definitely will be back.

Nice meeting hall facility which worked well for our group. Amenities like miniature golf, pool, fitness area, and hot tub need maintenance and repairs. Sites are too close together. Fun optional spaces to stay—cabins and wagons. Beautiful area to explore.

We are working on updating the mini golf area, Our pool is under construction after a major pipe bust underneath. Please let us know what you think needs updated with fitness center and hot tub?

We came with the RVW group. The staff was very professional, and friendly. Gave good directions to nearby attractions, and the Ice cream social set up for us, after our Saturday potluck, was a nice way to finish the day. My only negative comment would be about the uneven site we were in. Our Rv is a 35’ class A, and it was impossible to level it, which turned off our fridge.

Everything was perfect. Bathroom/showers were clean, all camper hookups worked as needed, and staff was extremely helpful & courteous. Also wanted to say that the water was some of the best we have ever had at a campground, and we consider ourselves water snobs! Thanks again

I stayed for 1 night. I wish I could've stayed longer. The view of the rolling hills was positively beautiful. Everything was perfect for a much needed rest from traveling.

Great stay. Paid a little extra for a space with a view, which was fine, but I would not have known that was available had I not asked.

The facilities were exceptionally clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. I'm down grading only because our campsite and the ones in our area were to close. To park my truck I had to be partially in our neighbors space. When they put out their awning, it was over our utilities. There were many nicer sites and great looking cabins and covered wagons. Would be back and request a larger site.

Nice for high prairie location, with trees. Only negative was muddy by water, elec,sewer hook-up area after shower. Was hard to unhook the utilities got shoes, water hoses, electric cord and sewer really muddy.. All it needed was gravel/rock in that area..

We have been trying to add gravel to everything, unfortunately the rain just keeps coming and making a bigger mess.

We really enjoyed our stay as they put my sister in law in a cabin near my RV site. The staff is great! The scenery is amazing. And the easy access from I-25 with service station near by made it very camper friendly!

We enjoyed our time at this campground. They even have a diesel tech on hand for help. This was a good because we had a few issues that he helped us with. We also had fun playing putt putt. The putt putt could use a little upkeep but for us it was perfect. It gave us excuses for our awful playing. Lots of laughs and it was relaxing. And I loved the view of the mountains.

We went off season, had a beautiful view of the prairie AND Spanish Peaks! Pool is getting an overhaul, so it should be ready soon! We liked it, would stay again on our way to Denver.

It was very nice. I would have like to see the office and laundry room open later. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and nice. We did have a problem with so many moths coming in our cabin. The screens needed replaced.

Unfortunately, it's just the time of year for the moths. We are trying to spray and detour them, but the screens actually do not help they still get in. Sorry.

We stayed for 2 nights. Check was easy and staff friendly and helpful. Nice large pull through site, we were able to drive around the campground to our site without unhitching the tow vehicle ( we are 44’ long + full sized truck).

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a great site with a lovely view. Great for visiting the Rockies and enjoying the Cog railway to Pikes Peak. Rubens discovered we had a flat tire and connected us to Alvin who did a great job replacing the tires and checking the others were ok onsite. We very much appreciate the efficient service and kindness of both.

Excellent views. Very quiet. The site is clean and very well maintained. The staff is very helpful and courtious. There was plenty of room for our furry friend to take walks.

We were just there for one night. Place is clean and well cared for. The hot tub was locked. The map needs to be updated to something that makes sense and includes the roads. Then, we wouldn't need an escort to our site.

We escort all our guest to sites, sorry you do not like this feature, we feel it makes the guest experience more personal. The hot tub stays locked, you just have to let us know you want to use it and we will unlock it.
