Came in late at night and was given a great pull in that made it easy to hook up out 5th wheel. We then were able to order a Hunt Pizza that the young ladies made for us and had a nice dinner after a long day of driving.

It was a beautiful property with lots to do for families. It is remote. Staff were wonderful. We will be back.

The stay was great, facilities were excellent, and the staff were courteous and polite. It would be great to upgrade the gravel pads to concrete

We had a wonderful time at this park, it was peaceful beautiful scenery lovely trees and even had a kayak trip on the bay with the rental there! Wish we could have stayed longer. Spotless bathrooms/ showers and wine/ happy hour was fun.

The KOA camping site itself was fine. The only complaint I have is spot we were in was always being intruded by other guest. They basically did not care and were hanging around in the middle of our site without a care in the world. People were constantly walking through the middle of our site not even caring about us trying to bbq or just lay back and relax. Seemed like guests should be told.

The grounds and facilities were kept perfectly clean and beautiful. There were planned activities such as wine in the evening and s'mores for kids. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One person who stood out Homer Galloway. He loves his job and it shows! Homer is so friendly and helpful. He works hard to keep it pristine and even dresses in costume for the fun of it, he made it delightful!

Fishing pier, clean pool, splash pad, clean area. The only small complaint I have is there were some rowdy drunk people in the pool area cursing in front of kids.

We stayed 4 nights in the glamping tent and had a great time!!! We will be back for sure. The entire place is very well maintained and the staff was very nice. If you plan to stay in that tent, be aware the wind NEVER stops so cooking outside is a huge task.

Very nice KOA with a terrific view and great staff! However, it is in the middle of nowhere, nothing to do other than at the park, which offers a pool, clubhouse, kayaking, a small beach and other water activities and of course fishing! We went in late July/early August and the flies were horrible, we could not sit outside without being swarmed.

It was nice. Some of the campers played their music too loud, but it was peaceful at times. I wish the KOA has a rule about amplified music. The staff was nice.

Wonderful stay. The staff was so polite and helpful. We stayed in a cabin or like a tiny home that was perfectly spotless. Every cabin is completely different which is great. The park was clean and the view was awesome if you like to be in the water. Quiet nights and clear stars.

We enjoyed talking to your friendly, professional management. This KOA had the most amenities of any campground that we have stayed at. Everything was sparkling clean and the grounds super cared for. We can't wait to visit again.

My family stayed in the yurt right by the water. We loved the amenities and the views! So much to do and look at. They had everything that we needed and more including pizza as a dinner option. My only slight complaints was the yurt was a bit muggy despite having an AC unit. Also, the bathrooms were nice but only one was in working order when we were there. The staff is super helpful though!

This was our first-time visiting Port Lavaca or any KOA camp site. The personnel was very friendly and helpful in providing information on anything we needed. The game room and swimming pool was entertaining for the kids. Wish there could be more activities for them every day like the painting and movie on Saturday. We enjoyed our visit very much and will be visiting again.

We are new in camping and are wanting to try out as many KOA parks as we can . This was our first and the staff couldn’t of been nicer and very helpful. The park was very clean and relaxing . We will definitely come back to this location.

Amazing, we’ve stayed at KOAs across the country and this is our favorite! You can’t beat the price for being on the water. Homer was the nicest guy ever! Went out of his way to make the stay as nice as possible.

Great people here, running a great KOA. Lots of amenities, nice sites, and quiet! Funny, Google thinks this is a hotel, hence the zero stars for “Rooms”. Pickleball courts are a nice touch - although they needed a bit of cleaning.

Decent spot for a stop over we were only here for the night, but bathrooms are clean and fresh and laundry. Lots of things to do. The pizza and the wings were super easy and affordable. Definitely not top-notch gourmet cuisine but very good to not have to cook. We were in the very first site as you come in and they were a lot of ant nests so we had to watch the dog pretty carefully.

What a wonderfully quiet bayfront KoA. Property is well maintained and has a ton of amenities. We were there shouting a weekday so was very quiet and restful. Staff is helpful and very kind. Showers are clean and plenty of hot water. If we lived anywhere nearby we'd make this a repeat destination.
