The wifi is awful. Being from Canada it is important for us to be able to stay in touch with family at home. Did not appreciate our grass being trimmed while getting our motorhome ready to leave. Very inconvenient and grass everywhere

Rv Campsite was ok but fees being charged increased to a ridiculous level. Nickel and dimed for little things. Dirty ill equipped cabins. Fees double charged in error and then a fight for reimbursement if given at all(in the hundreds of dollars) We have had our very large family reunions here for 6 years with major money spent by all but this is the last for this reason! Spending elsewhere

I loved the campground. DID NOT LIKE: Our site 24 had a huge dirt strip right next to the cement pad. If we didn't put down our rug it would have been a huge mud pile when it rained on Thursday. Also it would be nice to be able to rent an umbrella for our picnic table, or, at the least KOA could have suggested to bring a table umbrella. I have pics but I don't think I can upload them here.

We have been coming here for years and this last stay unfortunately was the least enjoyable thus far. There was a group of about 30-40 teenagers/adults loitering outside our site acting obnoxious, yelling the n word and other profanities at night.The after hours number was not working resulting in my kids having to stay in the camper instead of out by the fire.Too expensive for this to happen!

I have been coming to location for about 8yrs. I will have to say this time around with the customer service side was all around the worse from checking in to the golf cart rental. The girl who checked me kept asking questions about a tent when I only had a 5th wheel. Then when I had to go back up to the office about the cable not working on my site one knew what to do.

The site was underwater for two days, it wasn't until 9 pm on the second night (dark outside) did they allow us to go to another site. The site directly next to us they confirmed is not reserved but would not allow us to move there because it cost more money on that site due to a cement slab being present. Instead, we had to wait until the next day to move. "Not their problem"

Had a full hook up site on the main road. Although a very busy road our stay was perfect. It was nice to have so many options for the kids to do. The staff were great, had many positive interactions with many of the staff - all were very professional and helpful.

Not happy with site. Right next to electrical box. Appeared to be plenty of other sites available. Pool could have been cleaner. I picked up trash on playground. Have camped here in past. Will think twice about bringing grandkids back next year.

Noisy trains during night hours. Our site on the small side. Hard to park 24,' camper with truck...had to park truck across site. Park clean, bathroom/showers clean. Great communication with customers. Lots of choices in park as to accomodations. Friendly staff. Peer campers were respectful.

The site was comfortable, the text messages were a little much... I understand the office staff was young and I'm sure the college kids have left already.. leqving you with younger employees... but they were very confused.. They couldn't answer a question without assistance and would repeat themselves

Our campsites too many trees for a camper of our size. The rv had to be parked at the front of the site to open the awning. Why is every road paved but 2? I still don't understand why my guest daughter couldn't be allowed to be followed in to drop off her 3 week old new born and baby stuff. Child car seats are not allowed on golf carts. I had to run back to my camp site to get my veh. Disappointed

I was grateful for the food, excellent staff but most of all a well stocked store because I was not prepared for the rain and my camper leaked!

I love the campground itself but it's very crowded unfortunately. Also I am pretty upset that we booked this last year and we did not get last year's rates. I find that to be ridiculous.

Not the usual KOA. Fireworks, loud parties at two am loud music from people riding bikes. If you go there expect rude campers. On the other hand there is a lot to do

Took our grandson for a 4 day camping trip, we enjoyed all the activities. We did run into rude people trying to get out of our camping spot when everyone was leaving, as we were pulling out a truck with camper tried to go around us and caused us to slam on or brakes. Maybe a sign on the main road to remind people to allow others out when the road is very busy.

Port Huron KOA was great. Large campground with paved roads throughout and a variety of options for all types of camping. Lots of amenities and things to do while staying.

Had a great time. Hopefully we can come back. Sites are a little more pricy then we r used to but there was alot to do there so I see why. Campground was very well kept up and clean. Every employee was friendly

Our stay was great as usual - the only complaint we had was the site 2 down from us kept having a distinct marijuana smell coming from them time to time which was annoying

Our camp site was fine, how ever, my father had cabin 91 Friday and Saturday night, Friday night at midnight the smoke detectors started chirping and he ended up sleeping in his SUV, went to the office Saturday morning and they said sorry, all we can do is send someone to fix it, went to the cabin Saturday night and the same thing , again he was told the same thing, he paid 240.00 and couldn't th

30 day seasonal this year. All staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities clean. Pools kinda over crowded.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
