We rented a rustic cabin. While it was a rustic cabin it was clearly not cleaned food on shelves, floors covered in dirt. I had to wipe down all the mats on the beds, tables/ shelves and sweep before we could even get unloaded. Staff confirmed at check in it was clean. When i brought his to their attention. They said sorry and that was it. It was very disappointing that i had to clean the cabin

The lodge we stayed in had broken blinds in a couple areas. My children didn't feel comfortable changing or sleeping with open blinds in their area. The amount of money we pay to stay there, that should not be a concern of mine. Not happy about that at all.

Nicely finished deluxe cabin. Need more cutlery for 8 people. Table small (only sits 3). BBQ spatula was broke. Found munchies under bunk mattress & on floor (otherwise clean cabin). Queen and pullout sofa mattresses not comfortable. Due to rain things to do for teens not open both days. Made the best of trip sitting on floor playing games with kids and going out in rain. Enjoyed our stay.

We rented 5 deluxe cabins for our family weekend trip. Our first time. I was a little disappointed that the cabins didn’t have everything you needed to cook, etc. as stated in the reservation. The biggest disappointment was the cabin floors where very filthy and the outside property had a decent amount of garbage laying around. Bathrooms were an absolute disaster. The men’s urinals were constantly overflowing. Paper towels were stuffed in the sink and overflowing. Hand dryer kept on and wouldn’t shut off. Bathroom was like a sauna. I know you can’t control when campers do such awful things but maybe more inspections need to be done. Also, very loud campers past 11pm. Everything was great! All the employees were very kind and respectful, EXCEPT for the older guy on the red golf cart, who I later found out is the owner. Very disrespectful! Granted, we were in the wrong for parking in the grass with our second vehicle. But the way Howard approached the situation was very rude, disrespectful and degrading. Do better Howard, the KOA brand needs better from you!

Love this campground! Have stayed multiple times! Wasn’t very happy to arrive to a cabin that hadn’t been swept from the people before! Had random trash left under the beds! Bathrooms poorly attended too thru the weekend!

Although I love the property, my cabin was disgusting. Our check in was 3pm but wasn't ready until almost 340pm. There was a dirty towel next to the couch, eaten left over chicken bone next to the toilet, dusty and the floors haven't been mopped in a long time. If we return we will be bringing our own tent.

Well, I left my brand new hat there ! From check in to check out everything was amazing . Staff were awesome and so helpful! They delivered our dinner one night !! It would be great if a pool opened earlier … 11 is half our day gone with little kids . Also… at K82… the light in the back bedroom didn’t work. We will be back next year!

Emily was not happy to be there. She walked around looking miserable. She told me was the one taking the text messages, which I was asking for early check in. The lodge was clean, even the neighbors were wondering what was going on (embarrassing). I went to the desk at 2:55, and Emily still had to “call to check if it was clean.” Ok, I totally get what she was doing. She does not look happy.

The beds were uncomfortable and more activities and more amenities should be and the trails should be more lit up at night and you definitely should have First Aid especially with all the families and children

The pools were small, crowded and dirty. There are many amenities at the cabin sites that were wonderful like the clean and sturdy outdoor table and chairs, firepit, outdoor grill and fridge. The insides were ok clean, but still dusty and not disinfected. There was no dish soap or sponge. The sites are too close for my liking. The smell of marijuana was spread throughout the campgrounds.

Most everything was great as usual, however this trip I felt it was a little less clean everywhere . I know it was a holiday weekend , and super busy , but pool areas lots of garbage, and there was a huge layer or film , and lots of things floating in both pools all weekend, to the point where we were disgusted to even get in. Another suggestion , maybe no balls in the pool areas

I would like someone 2 call me.Me&tons of my family vacay here every year,same week.It’s usually great.Not this year.The bathroom&showers were filthy.When they did get cleaned it was after I called&after 9am when they did.My husband called the 1st day.The cabins had trash under the fridges;my sisters cabin had dried up blood under hers.Blood under the baseboards.Cabins weren’t cleaned properly

Dirty Window blinds, Room not available when stated it would be. 1/2 hr late. to get into room. toilet seat loose, dirty behind the bathroom door. Manager at 3:30 on 7-1 rude when asked when I can get in. "He won't let anyone help him so I don't know when he will be done cleaning". Asked if I get money off my stay told no!.

The campground was pretty but very dirty in most parts. The bathrooms are vile, along with the showers. We witnessed a worker literally just sweep out the cabin next to us to get ready for the next guest. Where’s the sanitation products? Our cabin smelt like burnt food from the guests prior to us. The pools were oily and gross too. Other than that we had fun driving around on the carts.

The front office is quick and friendly. The pools were over crowded and dirty which was a bummer for how hot it was. The Lodges look nothing like you advertise. They are old, very used and gross! We had to run home and get towels, rugs a broom etc. I took pictures of the disgust. The broom was snapped in half for god sakes. The freezer was a chunk of ice. Needs a good defrost. Dirty fans.

Been going to this campground for years, great place for kids and the staff is great. The only suggestion I'd like to make is that I think the camp should start recycling recyclable waste

our cabin 337 I loved how close is was to the pool and my brother cabin was 338 we enjoyed our stay as a family we had only one problem we had the kitchen outside the grill got wet because it rain none stop on our first two days there but maintance came out to get the grills going but was only able to get one but he was so nice and he worked on the grills almost 2 hours I give him a A for effort

The air conditioner did not work in our unit, there were large holes in one of the window screens making it unusable. There were cigarette butts and a used bandaid in our firepit when we arrived. The bathrooms were filthy. After calling for assistance maintenance put packing tape over the hole in the screen. Nobody ever came to clean the firepit so we never got to use it and bathrooms were not cle

Enjoyed our stay as we always do. One issue I did have is I went to the store by the jumping pillows to buy a tshirt for my granddaughter because the other stores didn’t have them. I was told to wait in the golf cart reservation line which would have taken at least a half hour. I should have been able to make a purchase without waiting that long.

I love the campgrounds. There's so much to do especially for the kids. Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable. I thought the deluxe cabin was nice but the queen bed was awful. We found it uncomfortable and it made horrible noise every time you moved or turned over in the bed. Wasn't expecting top of the line furniture but for the rate paid the bed should have been better quality.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
