Staff was often unsure about procedures. Especially the rental of golf carts and process to change campsites. Overall everyone was extremely friendly, but some additional training and reference materials could help.

I loved the stay it was a nice get away my only issue was for what we were charged for the master mattress was almost falling through the platform only one person could sleep on it one side was completely warn out and couldn’t hold any weight at all I would recommend having it replaced my site was 300L

Employees made up their own prices. Mad Dog Saloon has 10pm posted closed times called to order pizza at 8:50 and they said they closed at 8:45 and hung up on us. Lodge 338 had yellow jackets entering bunk room, wasps coming through the front door. Staff would come spray and leave right after without checkups so worker bees would keep coming back. Cabin wasn’t clean.

Everything was great! K2 Rustic Cabin was very clean and comfortable. L339 could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Overall service from staff friendly and accommodating. A high rated thumbs up. Hope to be back next year to make it 4 years in a row.

Our first time and we enjoyed it and plan to return. Only a few issues as we stayed in a handicap cabin for my daughter, the bathroom had a mirror that was great for my daughter but I had to duck in order to see myself. Should still think of others and have a full mirror. Also the bed was brutal to sleep in. Had to lay on pillows. But everything else was fantastic and was pleasantly surprised.

Walked in to our cabin, we found many things that completely grossed us out. Kids went into bunk room to find a pad, wrappers and food all on and under their mattresses. There were pube hairs all over in the sink and shower in our bathroom, along with a dirty towel & washcloth left in the shower. Then when we made up the couch bed, DIRTY and I mean dirty sheets left. We got 1 day refund but still.

I had an enjoyable stay at the koa had fun and beautiful weather. the staff was great went far and beyond to keep me safe at the campground this week I’m looking forward to come back again

It was really fun. This KOA has a lot of activities to do for all ages. The new trailer section this year is a really nice upgrade. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a bathroom added to the sports court building so you don't need to walk to other one.

I've been coming to KOA Port Huron since I was a kid. I've had so many great memories with my family. So much for kids to do and a great family environment. Now that I'm older, I still enjoy the campground and everything it has to offer.

For the first time....disappointing. Our cabin was filthy..Spiderwebs in all corners..behind the fridge was disgusting...and our mattress had something sticky on it..maybe something spilled on it.....We had to wait for our cabin to be cleaned...not complaining on that too much...but the cleanliness was awful as the bathroom and shower area..

I enjoyed my stay and believe that this location has great amenities!! I’m also looking forward to our stay next year that’s already book. One small thing, definitely not a deal breaker though, is that the lodge/cabin could have been a little cleaner; toilet/tub. Other than that, great accommodations!!

Our refrigerator went out in our cabin and they came and replaced it. We were there Hawaiian weekend. What is a Hawaiian weekend without Hawaiian dancers?

We love coming there. The staff is friendly and usually handles anything needed. I rent the lodges when we come. The futon in L317 definitely need to be replaced . It had no life left in the mattress/cushion. It was not comfortable to sit on let alone attempt to sleep on. They did offer me more blankets for cushioning. That did not solve the issue. I paid a lot of money for that cabin for 3 nights

We had a great time! So much to do for all ages. It was me and two teens. We enjoyed pickle ball (my first time) and tennis, and biking around, go karts at sawmill city, the ice cream was delicious, we had late night spider dogs cooked over our campfire. The lodge we rented was great too. Going to come back next year !

Our stay was great! We loved the fact that sawmill city was right next door. The only issue we experienced was the timing of when everything opened. We stayed one night, therefore the day we got there we only had 5 hours for sawmill city, the pool, and everything else. We had to leave by 11 the next day, and thats when everything opened! I wish the pool, and the arcade opened earlier in day!

The cabins really were pretty dirty. The AC units smelled badly of mould. It rained on and off so a lot of the activities weren’t available. Would be nice if other things were offered in this case

For the amount of money you charge for a lodge we would have expected it to be so much cleaner! Feet were black walking on the floors with no shoes. Dirty washcloths in the bathroom under the sink. An empty juice box in the top bunk. So many cobwebs and so much dust everywhere! Very disappointing! Been coming here for years and this was very disappointing. Getting worse every year.

The employees are so nice and helpful. The bathrooms and shower areas are cleaned often. Plenty of activities for kids and adults. Problems or concerns are addressed immediately. We will continue to make the Port Huron KOA a yearly stop for family vacations.

The one girl Addy in the pizza place is amazing! Friendly and very patient. The one guy running the place has a very short fuse! He was getting very flustered with them and she had to calm him down. Not good! Our cabin was filthy! We had no broom! Spider webs and floor was sooo gritty when we first arrived. I couldnt even clean it! Our closest bathroom was filthy! Over flowing toilets!

Wonderful and well maintained campground! There was plenty for the kids to do. However, I was surprised that there wasn't plastic bottle recycling bins anywhere at the camp. I've been to other KOA's that had recycling.

Place is starting to show its age for sure. Our cabin reeked of weed and cigarettes, so while they did some air filtration for us, it still smelled for days. I don't see how there's any way they thoroughly clean these cabins. Ac unit is moldy, our propane tank was empty so didn't have hot water for a while, etc. How do you allow someone to check in when it smells and the tank is empty!?

Every year it gets more expensive. I understand inflation but with higher prices, the cabins/lodges should be clean!! We had a few families in our group and everyone complained about the cleanliness of the cabins! My cabin had old spider webs and spider egg sacks above the shower in the bathroom. AC vent not clean/spillage side of fridge!

The campground was great! Lots of activities for the family! The staff was polite, the cabin was as expected, and the bathrooms were clean. There was inconsistency in the trash pick up though which caused us to keep all of our trash inside for two nights since they never picked up on our side of the campground. But this wasn't a big deal for us.

We have been staying here for a few years every summer with a large group.When we arrived our cabin was not ready.We waited around.Then once we did get into the cabin it was dirty.When I received our welcome message I let them know.Also, we didn't have a broom so I couldn't clean it myself. I found a toothbrush under the bed, spider webs all over the cabin, even on mirrors. No one very came to cle

The cabin had a pair of dirty socks in the corner of the main room and a bathing suit bottom under one of the bunk beds. There was spider webs in the corners of the rooms. Clearly the cabin wasn’t cleaned before we entered. The bathrooms also weren’t cleaned great. We had a good time and we had no other issues.

Golf carts need updating. Disney has chargers at cabins and renters keep them for the full 24 hours, and they are $10 cheaper. Cabins need major dusting on ceiling fans. Need better cleaning over all. Our cabin still had old food in it. Lots of fun for families. Quiet time was enforced well, felt safe walking around after dark.

Cabin need to be cleaned better, clean ac filters, cabins need exterior maintenance, some cabins need interiors are dated, the kids lover the set up but the lodge cabins really need to kept up. Also need to be more proactive with removing skunks

It was a little dirty, dated, the bath towels are way too small, dirty AC and the futon was extremely uncomfortable but besides that it was a good. I do feel for the price of the cabin, you should include some tickets for the other amenities. It can get really pricey paying for all the extras there. I also forgot our reusable kcup in the Keurig machine, if that can be mailed? Thank you!

Took forever to get there and when we finally did the cabin that I had requested with the 2 sets of bunks and also verified a week+ prior was given to someone else and was given a cabin with a loft which I didn't want. And to top it off the cabin across from us dog did nothing but constantly bark so we didn't want to sit outside and there was also 2 bees nest on the swing on the deck.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
