The cabin was so poorly lit we could hardly see anything. The queen mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It needs to be replaced. Way too much money spent for such terrible quality. We won’t be back.

Overall, it was nice. Our deluxe cabin, L314, was not the cleanest when we arrived on 8/16/2023. The floor was wet , the blinds on all the windows were very dusty the curtains on the doors we ripped. The shower/tub should have some grippers on the tub bottom so people don’t slip getting in or out. I slipped getting into the shower Wednesday night and bruised my left leg.

All of the workers are so family-oriented. They even filled up our flat tire on our car so we could drive for help. Cabin for 8 of us was clean and as advertised. Lots to do here at this KOA for little ones and teens. My only suggestion would be for pool to be open until 9 instead of 8.

Other than the late night loud neighbors next door (a diff fam each night)) we enjoyed our stay. As always. I referred someone and they already booked tree house for a couple nights. Staff very friendly and courteous

Overall, it’s always a very nice time. Lots of activities to keep us busy. I love the new text messages before closing and at quiet time. One suggestion - you should use the text messages when activities are cancelled. We were disappointed to when we left the pool, rushed to change to get to the train only to discover it wasn’t running that day.

The cleanliness can be a lot better my cabin had a lot of flies and knats when we arrived. The size of my refrigerator was absolutely ridiculously small and there was a area for a trailer directly behind my cabin I felt like I had no privacy with someone less then arms length away from me to close I actually had that cabin before and that area was not there really a inconveniences no good activi

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Our cabin was nice, the staff was very efficient and courteous. Lots of activities for everyone. I would recommend to anyone. The price is right as well.

I enjoyed staying in a lodge this time. However, the mirror was to high and the sink stopper didn't work and neither did the clock on the wall. Really loved having my own bathroom and being able to message the office with questions instead of walking all the way to the office. We will come back for sure but do the bunk beds instead of the loft next time. Thanks for the great vacation.

This was my first time visiting with my grandkids, and we had a ball! The staff was helpful. The property is well kept. My only legitimate complaints would be the dust in the cabin. Or her than that I will definitely recommend and visit again!

We love this resort. The lodges are always clean so is the campgrounds. The only recommendation is to upgrade the WIFI.

They ended up having switch us to a different cabin that they "deep cleaned" because our first cabin was so filthy and smelled awful. The second cabin looked better and smelled so much better and we are glad they tried to make it right, but disappointed in the first place how it was not throughly cleaned in ages. Last year we stayed and loved it, but not sure will do it again next year.

I enjoy the park and the amenities but our cabin was much smaller than pictures. Also did. It know that we would have a shared bon fire pit. The floors were dirty with crusted food and corners were filled with old dirt. The grill was dirty with old food and grease all over. Table was stained and sticky. Futon was old and matted down and very uncomfortable.

It is a four not a five because Camping rustic cabins should have screen doors. We did appreciate the shared outdoor kitchens.

I loved our secluded spot and the lodge was very nice but did not have a porch light until the last night of our stay. I been told a crew member to come and see about our porch light but they forgot and came when I asked again. Due to not having a light I fell on the sidewalk and sprung my hand I was in pain for a day or two fyi...So I did not like not having a porch light for that night.

Was great other than rain which could not be controlled and the kabin was still sort of dirty still had glowsticks and cereal around in the kabin. (We swept quickly and then no issue so minor). The mad dog pizza manager was so nice.. they were short staffed and were not going to deliver to site but he overheard staff on phone and said he would deliver, food was delivered piping hot and was good.

We were so glad that the train was working - first time in several years we’ve been able to get on it! Kids had a blast on the banana bikes and the jumping pillow and didn’t want to come home.

Had a great time. At checkout I mentioned that I was missing a bolt on our gas grill lid..also, the table legs in the kitchen were broken. We caught it as we moved it to play cards...other than those 2 things, everything was PERFECT

We stayed in cabin L288. We love KoA and come every year. Everything was great except the sliding glass door in that cabin needs to be repaired or replaced. It is very difficult to open and close. In case of a fire, that would pose a risk of exiting the cabin in a hurry. We adults struggled with opening or closing it. Very dangerous for your guests. Do better please!

It’s a nice campground with lots of activities and food options, my children loved it. Great outdoor spaces! It really is popular location, super busy, family focused My only disappointment was the cleanliness of the cabin and the pests. When we checked in, there was trash under and around the futon couch and dust everywhere. There were many wood roaches outside the cabin and we found one inside

Excellent campground. Lots of activities for the kids. Well maintained facilities. A lot of the older staff members were beyond rude, the rest of the staff was great.

This is our 6th visit to KOA Port Huron. We do enjoy the facility and campers all around are generally friendly and there to have a good time. We have seen growth in areas with new builds but no updating or maintenance of the existing cabins or washrooms and costs continue to rise at a fairly high % rate. We may return next year but will also be looking cost competitive alternatives.

It's such a great location, but we were disappointed to find that things have declined since our last visit 5 years ago including the service level. Staff poorly trained and not very knowledgeable about park amenities. Our cabin was quite dirty upon arrival with Dorito chips on floor, sand on mattresses, layer of dirt on blinds, etc. Waterslide info should be removed from website - disappointment!

We have rented lodges for the past 20 years. Through the years the price per night has increased and the amenities and cleanliness of the lodges have decreased. When you arrive you would expect the proper number of bowls, pans and utensils. Each year items available have decreased. I would expect that as a cabins is cleaned missing items would be replaced using a check list.

Cabin did not have soap in the bathroom, toilet seat was very loose, and dozens of flies upon arrival. They brought soap and fixed the toilet seat. We bought a fly swatter. Had a good time, but cabins are very close.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
