everything is great about this park . only one thing is that there are eay to many for the size of pools .need to add a bigger one

The young workers were harassing, and threatening visitors, refusing to give refunds for food that was ordered and paid for to certain people, harassing children about adult/police problems. All in all out of all the years I’ve been coming to koa port huron. This was the absolute worst visit I have experienced! I felt unwelcome, as did a lot of others. I personally wont be back for a while.

Excellent place for the family. Been coming here since 2007 and never disappointed, but the only setback this time was the pull out bed in Cottage 101 is extremely uncomfortable. I am surprised that the campground hasn't replaced it yet, especially since it is a resourt.

My stay at KOA PH was awesome. I stayed in Lodge 297 and I loved it. Although I wish KOA would do some updates in this lodge like the newer lodges. The Television is outdated and the futon is super uncomfortable. Over all this my favorite lodge I just wish a few things were update for the rainy nights.The campgrounds are getting better with time. One of my favorite places to relax and rest

Had a great time. There was some issue with people smoking pot not far from our site. Some of our mattresses and futons in our cabins need to be replaced and porches and steps need to be cleaned up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

The stay it self was great. But as the second year staying here the lodge that you have need new futons and the one had mice in it. So maybe upgrade these . Would make it a 10 out of 10.

Overall excellent park and excellent stay. One downside, futon mattresses in Deluxe cabins need replaced/updated. Very thin/uncomfortable.

Just an overnight stop, but we absolutely loved the park. So clean, colourful, and vibrant. We’ll definitely return.

We had a great experience! From the friendly faces in the front office (Jersey, Kielee and Madison) to the amazing amenities! The staff was super amazing and friendly! Kim was so nice while helping us with one of our problems. Amber was super helpful with helping us find our lodge! Way to go! Keep up the good work! Can't wait to stay again next year!

I would give the PHKOA 3.5 actually. The campground looks like it has lots of amenities /activities for long term guests, but expected more for $80/night. We especially like clean bathrooms. We found the bathrooms mediocre and the young ladies who checked us in were knowledgeable but certainly didn’t go over the call of duty. We probably wouldn’t stay at a KOA for a 1 night stay again.

Everything was clean and great. The only thing was the fold out sofa/bed in the cabin we stayed in was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep in. It needs a new one!

This park is unlike any KOA we have stayed at before. The park is full of activities and very lively in a great way. If you travel with kids this is a must stay as there is so much going on. Sites are OK and a bit tired but the list of activities is long. The Wifi is terrible so don't go there with the thought you will be able to stream or get any work done. Staff are king and park clean.

My registration was horrible because I booked a year in advanced. They moved my spot saying they emailed me which I never got. Booking a year in advance you pay extra to reserve your spot. However after moving my spot was still available but imagine at the higher rate. Price gouging while my friend who booked a cabin for 5 days. Only gave her 1roll of tissue and 1 trashy said she had to pay

Very nice campground/resort. But, too large for my taste. For retirees, I would recommend Sunday until check out on Friday as the best time to camp here. Weekends get very busy! Staff were very kind and helpful! Good location to beautiful Lake St. Clare!

We are Over 65 and loved the bumper boats. A little fella was all alone when we got there and he loved soaking us! Made us feel young! �ϋ��Nice clean fun park

It was good for the most part. The campsite we had #85 was very very small for the price. The camper next to us was so close, we didn’t really have no place to sit and the fire pit was almost next to the road. We have been coming there since my kids were small children. The sites got smaller and the price is extremely high. Thank god when I come now, I split the cost with my girl friends.

Cute cabins, beautiful trees and site. The wheelchair accessible bathroom by the gaga ball court isn't accessible: there is a few-inch difference between the outside sidewalk and the inside that made it difficult for my child. I hope that will be addressed in the future.

Lots of people smoking weed. And blasting music. Did not like that. You should have managers frequently driving around and shutting that stuff down. The train should definitely run more and not deny rides to people waiting in line because there's not enough room. My kids look forward to the train and don't want to wait in line just to find out we didn't make it on.

Lots of things to do there at the campground. We are a couple of 40 year olds with no small kids so it wasn’t super great for us. But the kids running around seemed to enjoy themselves. Local attractions were good. We took a boat tour and went canoeing in St Clair. Def more of a family spot but we had a good time!

We love everything about KOA Port Huron. The staff are friendly and helpful. The camp grounds are so clean. If I had anything negative to say it's that the showers lose hot water fast. Take those showers early.

We had a very nice time with our stay this past weekend. The cabins were quant and the clean. Very rustic. There where smoke bombs set off in both women's bathrooms that were closest to us but Staff resolved that pretty quickly. There was a cute skunk roaming around our cabins but we didn't have an issue with that either. Overall very nice experience.

The cabin we rented was not completely cleaned, there was a bunch of dog food and chips on the floor. The first night the owner drove his golf cart thru our site and accused my family of smoking Marijuana. He was very rude and did not introduce himself as someone who works there. Just because he smelt it in the area. We were not smoking, not even cigarettes. Other than that, it was fun. Lots to do

The check in time was not even worth the stay for one night..3 pm to 11 am. Cabin was not even clean when we arrived. When brought to staff attention nothing was even done about my situation but a sorry.. will not book again nor recommend port koa to anyone.

The cabin was filthy but to be honest the cheaper cabins usually are that’s just camping. Sawmill city only open 12 hours the whole week. No slides. Train down. Stores don’t answer phone calls. Visitors had to park down the street and couldn’t get a courtesy cart back after an hour of calling had to walk babies and pool stuff after paying to come in. Than I was double Charged for my last ni

Our cabin was very dusty and dirty (L330). The vents in the air conditioners haven't been cleaned. The dust everywhere, fan, ledges, etc. The door, just go and look at it. The grill outside needs to be replaced. The grease is all over the tank and the bottom of the grill is almost non existent.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
