Had a great stay at koa looking forward for next year to come back enjoyed the peace & quiet at the campsite no neighbors were next to me it was a relaxation of a stay. The staff is excellent. Campers are friendly. Campground is beautiful

The facilities were great and people were friendly but we were very disappointed with how dirty the cabin was when we arrived. We had to clean the floors before we took off our shoes. The pull out sofa should probably be changed as it is extremely uncomfortable. The table was sticky and very dirty and the towels were very dirty and poor quality. Outside of that the experience was good

This huge campground is very well run, including expedited check-in and check-out process. Very clean facilities, beautiful shady areas, over-the-top events for Hallowe'en (even though we were there in early October), incredible extra activities and facilities... Impressive!

This was our first time staying here and we are already planning on a trip or two next year. We really enjoyed everything but would like to spend more time on our next stay, and have time to use the pools!

Very nice kabin with almost everything available. No sheet pan for the stove, garbage bags were very thin and ripped easy. Beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever used. All in all tho we had a good stay

Over priced, almost $300 to stay for two nights. Was not able to make it on Thursday night, but was still charged, even though i told them I couldn’t make it. 10pm isnt quite time. 1am seems to be. Parents and there kids walk right thru your camp site (not koa fault, just inconsiderate people, koa needs walk thru paths)

Everything was great, even with the unpredictable weather. Love LOVE that you kindly drive around to pick up the trash.. wish every campground did that. Showers/bathrooms were clean.. shower was nice and hot (once I realized it was backwards than the label �) only small complaint I was say I had, is that there is only one plug for the whole cabin (besides the one fridge and microwave are plugge

The site descriptions should be a little more detailed, such as if they have cable or not. Luckily, we were able to be moved according to the request we made while booking. We would stay here again.

The lodges are dirty filthy and run down. Our heater had hotdog buns sticking out of them. There was garbage all over the floor when we arrived. It took me 30 minutes to clean the cabin before i would attempt to bring any of our items in. Our bed had a full size mattress with a queen size box spring. We had to climb over the box spring to get to the mattress. Bring cleaning supplies with you!!

This was by far one of the larger KOAs I have stayed at and it had so much to do and it was great for everyone we will definitely be coming back with the rest of the family in the future.

Cabins are really dirty. They are run down. Driving is horrible in the park with the kids all over the street on very low bikes. We have been going there for 15 plus years and it gets a bit worse every year. This is our last year there. We are looking for a new location for next year.

Lovely, quite KOA, friendly, active staff. Lots to do at the campground for all ages. Nicest KOA we've stayed at. Would definitly return. AWESOME CAMPGROUND!!!

My first year as seasonal. Looking forward to many more. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Always have great events for the kids. They go above and beyond making sure it is always a fun packed weekend.

Litter needs cleaned up. Dog run was not maintained by users and should’ve been cleaned up by management.

Lots of activities planned for the kids. We had a great time. I think the magical pumpkin patch is a little over priced. Especially when you have more than one child. But other than that everything was great.

I was super impressed with the accessibility of the campus- my daughter is wheelchair bound and getting around was WAY easier than it usually is when we travel. Only suggestion would be to have the handicapped cabins noted so we could pick one more near the “main” restrooms - the single stall restrooms were tight with me and her and her chair- We’ll be back to camp again! Thank you !

I loved the texting feature. It was so easy and convo went to contact customer service with just an easy text. All the front desk staff was nice & welcoming.

Although the staff was great and were very accommodating to helping us get a closer site to the other campers we were with. I feel the actual camping ground had filthy bathrooms. We were also told that next year the trick or treating is not going to be there, which is why we decided to do our camping there.

Cabins were not clean, garbage on floor upon entering. The floor is warped and difficult to open and close the door. The bathrooms were not clean either.

The cabins were dirty with many spiderwebs on the ceiling and dead bugs in the windows. The curtains in k89 had mold on them and the lock to the front door of k49 was loose and coming out of the hole. The showers also had spiders in them.

It was OK. Not as good as last year. Check in and out was a lot more smooth. The scavenger hunt was switched from 8 pm to 7 pm the day of.. would have been helpful to be told this via text or at check in. It’s my husband and daughters favorite part of the weekend and we missed it so that was disappointing. Our cabin was filthy, we swept it out and cleaned it. Infested with stink bugs.

The facility was clean and organized however they were charging guests to park at a facility that they did not own and stating they would tow them. Prices are outrageous for guests, it should be by car not by a person even on holiday weekends. An employee who was tracking guests coming into the park followed my car and demanded to see ID but didn't believe that it was our camper. extremely rude

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
