Dirty Window blinds, Room not available when stated it would be. 1/2 hr late. to get into room. toilet seat loose, dirty behind the bathroom door. Manager at 3:30 on 7-1 rude when asked when I can get in. "He won't let anyone help him so I don't know when he will be done cleaning". Asked if I get money off my stay told no!.

Our family really enjoyed the stay! Only a couple complaints...the showers needs to be cleaned more often...and Sawmill City needs to get better organized

The campground was pretty but very dirty in most parts. The bathrooms are vile, along with the showers. We witnessed a worker literally just sweep out the cabin next to us to get ready for the next guest. Where’s the sanitation products? Our cabin smelt like burnt food from the guests prior to us. The pools were oily and gross too. Other than that we had fun driving around on the carts.

Did not keep campers next to us quiet after 11pm for 3 nights! Bothered us to move our 2nd car while unloading but allowed several sites to have 2-3 vehicles all weekend.

The front office is quick and friendly. The pools were over crowded and dirty which was a bummer for how hot it was. The Lodges look nothing like you advertise. They are old, very used and gross! We had to run home and get towels, rugs a broom etc. I took pictures of the disgust. The broom was snapped in half for god sakes. The freezer was a chunk of ice. Needs a good defrost. Dirty fans.

Been going to this campground for years, great place for kids and the staff is great. The only suggestion I'd like to make is that I think the camp should start recycling recyclable waste

our cabin 337 I loved how close is was to the pool and my brother cabin was 338 we enjoyed our stay as a family we had only one problem we had the kitchen outside the grill got wet because it rain none stop on our first two days there but maintance came out to get the grills going but was only able to get one but he was so nice and he worked on the grills almost 2 hours I give him a A for effort

Very good until the final night. A large group partied well into the night....3:30 am it was still going on. Called security at 1:30. Wondered why we needed to call security when we know that quiet hour is 11:00. Informed manager the next day. Was told we would have a response that afternoon. Waiting for the response.

First visit to Port Huron KOA and we really enjoyed it. It was super busy due to the holiday, but we still had a great time. Only drawback is that we were in the very back of the campground and it was a hike to everything! Also, that you cannot keep the golf carts overnight is not convenient!! Lots to do there and all the employees were very friendly. Grandkids had a great time as well!

I’m sorry , but are you letting just about anyone in now . We used to love your campground but the stench of pot and rap music non stop is ridiculous! When did things change ? It’s honestly out of control .

first time to campground would have like someone to help us to the camp site. going by staff directions on the map had us turned down the wrong lane. the pull thru angle was the wrong way had to work our way around the campground to get the right way of entry. friendly staff, very clean, lots of activities. would return.

1. The main bathroom by the second pool is slippery to the point of dangerous, humid and constantly nasty. 2. They don’t enforce the marijuana, noise or underage golf cart driving. There was constant noise well after eleven 3. It’s so crowded. Individual spots have room but the traffic from all of the golf carts, bikes, hoverboards, banana bikes etc is overwhelming. We had a great 4 days and the staff were all excellent, being retired we love to sit and watch all the action as kids and families have fun , the park is close to groceries and shopping with great restaurants too , all good !!!

The air conditioner did not work in our unit, there were large holes in one of the window screens making it unusable. There were cigarette butts and a used bandaid in our firepit when we arrived. The bathrooms were filthy. After calling for assistance maintenance put packing tape over the hole in the screen. Nobody ever came to clean the firepit so we never got to use it and bathrooms were not cle

Wish you didn't have the rocks everywhere. When you have a group of trailers (we had 7 families together) it would be nice to just pull through the site as we arrived. Nice you don't require all trailers to line up perpendicular to the road. Allowed us to make some open areas to gather. Men's bathroom was disgusting. IF you can't fix urinal then cover it so it CAN'T be used.

Washroom cleanliness - but i do realize it’s the guests not the staff - as soon as the staff clean them someone messes them up - no respect So short of staff checking them evert 1/2 hour not much you can do

Very conjusted place during long weekends and our site no 69 was the worst experience we had. There is a big tree in the middle and gravel at entrance. No way a 6 person tent can fit there. We had to pitch our tent in #70 as that too belonged to our friends Don't think I will visit again.

Thought I had signed up for full hookup, but the site lacked sewer. Bathrooms and showers were clean. One toilet had a loose handle. Need arrows painted on pavement to indicate one way. Many people including staff going wrong way. Nice that you continually pick up trash bags at each site. Had extended siren go off on 07/03/23, but no accompanying text to explain what that was for.

That is a BIG KOA …lots of things to do keep the kids busy all day …just a stop on way home from Nashville might be a little too busy for us but would stay again we had a nice large site lots of tall trees …easy on off 69 …as usual very friendly staff …

Enjoyed our stay as we always do. One issue I did have is I went to the store by the jumping pillows to buy a tshirt for my granddaughter because the other stores didn’t have them. I was told to wait in the golf cart reservation line which would have taken at least a half hour. I should have been able to make a purchase without waiting that long.

I love the campgrounds. There's so much to do especially for the kids. Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable. I thought the deluxe cabin was nice but the queen bed was awful. We found it uncomfortable and it made horrible noise every time you moved or turned over in the bed. Wasn't expecting top of the line furniture but for the rate paid the bed should have been better quality.

Has really gone downhill. Bathrooms were filthy, looked like they’ve never been cleaned. prices have undressed a lot. Kids riding the car things dangerously. Willl not return

Bit on the busy side with people driving golf carts in and out of traffic, otherwise offers lots of amenities and large beautiful sites!

Nice stay, but cabin was dirty. The floors were never mopped. I had spilled water on floor & wiped up with paper towels & it was completely black. Dust everywhere.

A very noisy park, there were still kids out playing at 1:00 am. Golf carts and electric scooters racing all over the place at speeds well in excess of your posted 5 mph. This included the staff in golf carts also.

We had booked multiple sites for a birthday party. We had a lot of visitors coming in the day of the party. Front office was amazing at helping us get everything set up and situated. They were a huge help day off when visitors came in. Huge shout out to front office staff, Kielee, Jersey, Kamry, Madelyn, Emily and Trevor. Thanks for everything.

Everything was great as always. It's our favorite campground. Kids love it! So much for them to do. Fun activities all day. They are never bored. Very clean and well maintained.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
