I had a great stay up until the last day. My neighbors had about 30 people and were partying until 4am. It was loud and not relaxing at all.

My cabin was super dirty when i arrived and without power. Disappointed in this stay this year. Also did not like the constant disturbance from staff. They complained about some playing music but not others was very frustrating this year.

Normally we enjoy our stay. But this time we came in to no electricity which was returned back on pretty quickly. Our Kabin K64 you could lock but it would just open anyway. I informed the young girl in the office and she didn’t seem to concerned about it. We also did not have any trash can in the Kabin. The train was not able to run due to mechanical problems. Not the greatest weekend.

We always enjoy our stay here and have another trip booked in 2 weeks. The park is always clean and the staff is always very nice. Much for the kids to do too I highly recommend this for your next trip

The cabin was tolerable, but the campground was unbelievably noisy and smoky. I actually worried about the effect breathing the air would have on my lungs. This campground is too large, too dense, and too expensive, and the young people who run it aren't really up to the job, unfortunately.

This was our 1st time staying at this KOA and we loved it , we had our daughter and our under 2 years of age grandson and found lots to enjoy for everyone. We would recommend this park to anyone and already have.

Kinda like the Chucky Cheese of campgrounds. We prefer a little quieter and less crowded. If you’re into big crowds this place is for you. They have many activities.

Never been treated so poorly by ownership and staff in my entire life. Will never return. Possibly going to reconsider KOA’s all together.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We uttered 14 words reminding you that golf cart was due back at 8:00. You responded in a text with a 203 word diatribe of mistruths. Asst Mgr went to investigate your allegations and was met with extreme aggressive behavior. We have entire orig meeting on video with sound. Business 101 -BE HONEST!!

Always a great time! Campground management does a good job of keeping on top of campers and following the rules. Appreciate all the amenities and cleanliness of the campground.

It was a nice stay although not the best I have been to. Some of the staff were rude. Our cabin was empty and cleaned early per the cleaning crew but the front staff person would not let us in until 3pm although our family members were able to get into their cabins early. The cabin was not the cleanest, blinds super dirty and floor dirty. Things were priced high for families with many kids.

Loved the flowers, beautiful flower arrangements really added that special touch to your property! Everything was super clean the pools were spot on. The only disappointment was no train running due to technical issues. Really enjoyed the tractor ride you offered for my family! Also, it was very nice to have so many people checking in everyone instead of having to wait long lines.The best KOA

We had a wonderful stay at the Port Huron KOA Resort. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy. The facilities were clean overall. Staff were friendly, helpful, and constantly working to keep things tidy. At one point, a bad storm blew threw taking down several large tree limbs, but as soon as it passed, the workers were all out helping clean up. We would definitely stay here again!

I would give 5 stars, the communication was great, however, when we arrived the power was out, they were aware that morning but did not include that in the text that morning. We would have brought a generator had we known, instead we had to drive 2 hours to go and get the generator. They gave us 50$ off of our stay, but it was, in our eyes, very unprofessional.

Great for families. Lots to do.The park hosted a wide range of activities for the kids.Our site was one of the newer pull thru sites which was supposed to have the fire pit on the patio and instead was in the grass that was a puddle so we couldn’t have a fire the first two nights. Our gazebo had a very uncomfortable picnic table instead of the nice table and chairs others had. Would stay again.

Dog houses were so disgusting my dog wouldn’t use them. BBQ didn’t work and it was an ordeal to get any reimbursement. Staff was unsmiling at every encounter.

Need bunkbed sheets that are fitted. Need to have cleaning staff be more diligent. Our broom was in seriously sad shape and I almost cut my hand on the destroyed metal handle. Also the linens should accommodate for the total number of people in the cabin and well as a quantity of garbage bags on site.

Great stay. However something needs to be done or enforced with children operating golfcarts daytime and nighttime without training or lights. Scooter/bicycles operating at night without lights are very very dangerous to occupants and walkers. Several times we were nearly hit by these children after dark and during the daytime. . Very dangerous park to walk in day / night.

It was cold first time staying with you. We stayed over on-site 348. I would strongly recommend this campground, we loved it. The only downfall Was all of the people walking around and driving golf carts smoking marijuana? I understand It is now legal. It just makes the place look trashy. Like a giant place to go, do drugs. And the message that we are sending to young children as their were man

Very big campground and friendly staff. Was super busy so all 3 pools were very crowded. Rules need to be enforced better. Quite hour is 11pm, music still being played at 2am. Also no majuana rule was not enforced. People driving around on golf carts getting high. A lot of road traffic due to all the golf carts, bikes, and cars. Really need to pay attention to kids on bikes.

You really need to limit the amount of dogs allowed per site. At the very least visit sites with excessive barking. Also more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Way over crowded! There was too many people on some sites. The pools were so over crowded and we could not enjoy them.

Staff was very friendly, and many things to do at the campground. However, cabin was not very clean. Ceiling fan looks like it had never been dusted. Floors & toilet were also not clean. Neighbor also had very loud music playing until 1 AM.

The Port Huron KOA was our first experience staying in a KOA. I am not convinced this is my kind of camping. The kids run wild in this place and have no regard for anyone or anything. They run through the campsites, down the road, around the pool etc. with no supervision. It was an absolute zoo. You can forget about trying to get a chair at either of the pools. Moms and kids gone crazy!!

Our site was very dirty when we arrived, had to clean up lots of garbage on the ground. They do not enforce the rules, people stayed up partying and being extremely loud until 3am when quiet time is 11 pm. We could smell marijuana the majority of our stay even though it states it’s not allowed. The staff was not friendly, it’s all kids. The bathrooms were very dirty and out of soap for a full

This was the worst KOA camping experience we have had! You are packed in the sites like sardines, the nice wooded sites are for the cabins which are people who really don’t camp! There was so much congestion with golf carts all around ver the place. There was so much chaos at the pools! Teenagers being so annoying and dangerous, there should have been security! Will NOT be coming back!

Excellent staff. Way way way to dangerous for kids to cycle in any form. Need a better traffic management system before someone gets hurt. Adult hours for one of the pools would be great. How about a traveling snack/beer seller like on a golf course! Need more trees. Way too many people for such a small park. Nice campsite. Tenters should be seperate from rvs

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
