The campground was well maintained and the staff were some of the nicest I've ever met at a KOA! It's also in such a convenient location to enjoy the peninsula

The location was great, but the room filthy. I know it is camping, but it didn’t appear it had even been swept. Also, the bathroom entry code was changed without any notice! Was up in middle of night to urinate and code I had was not working.. Ended up peeing on ground, which is difficult for a woman.

The staff was friendly & helpful, the store was nice because we had forgotten a few items. The campground had a lot of trees. Kids liked pool & bike rentals. Only one restroom, which was inconvenient and fairly cramped with about 2’ between restroom stalls & shower stalls. Beds were EXTREMELY hard & uncomfortable, even with my 1.5” foam topper. We all had difficulty sleeping due to hard beds.

It's been years since I've stayed at a KOA, and a few years since I've visited the Port Angeles area. So staying at this particular KOA was a good reminder at what a quality KOA is like. And the view of the Olympic Mountain range was next to none.

Great experience easy check in and check out. Very clean cabin. The pool and hot tub area can be updated as well as their rec room.

Cabins are cute. Thankful for the pool. Bathrooms need serious updating and need to add more showers. Small refrigerators in the cabins would be helpful.

like how the cabins looked newly stain and the new windows are great,my only issue is the LED light is super bright ,I know we all can't go back to incandescent bulbs,Is there a way to dim them. See you next year

Beautiful and peaceful. Sites were spaced out well and there were enough trees and landscaping to make each site seem separate. The cabin was very clean and bright and we would stay here again for sure.

Everything about this trip was absolutely amazing!!!!, every port town is beautiful and the food/drinks were fantastic! People are extremely friendly. Definitely moving out here!!!!

We loved all the extra details to this place! The tall shower head to the great names of roads of site locations. Our kids loved the pool and the game room.

The front desk was very helpful and called to confirm our arrival time. The bathrooms are quite small and feel crowded but are fairly clean with good showers. The cabin could have been cleaned better. It didn't appear to have been wiped down or floors mopped. The pool was heated and clean and good entertainment for the kids. Overall, out stay was very pleasant.

The facilities are nice. Kids loved the pool and play area. Playground not so safe for younger kids. The location is not the best for traveling most of olympic sites and lots of flies. Fire ban was also a pitty

While the cabins were, there was no refrigerator in the cabin, which should be made clear in the reservation process, maybe I missed it. The bathroom/shower house leaves much to be desired. Way too small for the number of campers and the showers were very cramped, small, moldy. We were very thankful for the hot water. Won’t stay here again/recommend it unless updated.

Very clean, well maintained, lots of activities. Scenic with shady trees. Easy to find, first turn off the highway, but very quiet. Close to Port Angeles and Hurricane Ridge. Friendly service at the check in. The ladies there were really nice and had a lot of good advice about the area. Would definitely stay again.

We love this location. We love the owner, the maintenance staff, the check-in Peg. We have been staying at this KOA for years and will keep planning to stay here given the moment you show up you immediately feel like family. Truly great location and even better people.

We arrived late and everything was waiting for us! Our porch light was on which was a great thing with us arriving in the dark! I think if I went again I would get one of the cabins with a bathroom in it! The shower/bathhouse was a little small! My only recommendation would be for them to put some kind of stool in the shower stall too sit your stuff! There are plenty of hooks! So bring a bag!

all was great but the cleaning guy really was pushing a conflict with us. We were running a bit late (we ended up leaving 30 mins after checkout). He really is not easy to deal with. He sat and watched us with his arms crossed huffing and puffing saying we were his last job. It really was not ok - and I would match rather pay a fee. Very unprofessional and rude of him. I asked him to leave 3x!!

The property was super clean and very well maintained. The staff was awesome, very nice and accommodating. We stayed in a cabin and the site was very roomy. Only downside is the bathrooms/showers were a little on the small side. Still very happy with our stay.

The pros; the counter staff was outstanding.., friendly, helped me with some ideas sightseeing and general local info! The location was very safe and central and made for easy travel. The cons; the bathroom shower stall had mats with holes and didn’t feel clean at all. There was also no bench or table to set my things on in the shower stall area.
