People are great. Our space was very unlevel and most all grass everywhere was dead and had not been watered or well maintained. In such a beautiful place the dead grass made it feel dreary. There was no fire ban in MT but they band them likely because they didn’t water the grass.

Just a BEAUTIFUL campground with amazing staff, gorgeous Flathead Lake views with large campsites. Also, great, immaculate laundry room! My only negative is wifi was marginal at best. Had a ton of trouble getting and staying online. Verizon hot spot works well though, with good connection. Hardly a reason not to rate this KOA as one of the best in the USA! Keep up the great work!

Very happy with our stay at this KOA. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry area are very nice, clean, and open 24 hours. We like the pull-through campsites for easy access and exit and the miniature golf, swimming, and hot tub. Close to town and activities but not in the middle of town, so it was a quiet stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Horrible experience and I will never go back. Got there to check in and stood there for 10 minutes while 6 staff members hucked it up. When they finally got to me they made me feel that I was a inconvenience. The staff ran the place like it was their personal campground. Very unprofessional and not up to KOA standards. In 25 years of going to KOA it was the worst experience I had ever had.

We came for a wedding and this was our first KOA stay. The staff was great and helped us get settled. They offered may opportunities to gather in the morning and evening with food and beverages. The Happy Camper shop was well equipped and open late. Grounds were nicely maintained. It was nice to see so many dogs about. Very enjoyable.

Great resort with friendly people every thing is good If I could offer 1 comment it would be to pave the main gravel road going up the hill to the maintainence area as there is a golf cart constantly going up and down ant it’s noisy and not peaceful

Stayed in space 29, this space was very Unlevel we had to go a buy a step to get in and out of our 5th wheel trailer. The stay was great after we were parked. Great for kids!

A very clean and well kept KOA. The bathrooms and showers were spotless, and the grounds were well groomed. It had a nice pool area with an incredible view. The camp spots were a bit small.

the property was nice but not on the lake. the staff at reception and gift shop were not very friendly. the pool was nice but super small.

Wonderful, clean, great views of the Mission Mountains, friendly folks, cool coffee kiosk, just a great place. Deck is amazing to catch a sunrise. Minutes from food, fairgrounds, airport, movies, and the lake. Polson has the nicest movie theater you can imagine.

Internet was a real issue, you should be honest about the connections, we had to leave our camp so my husband could do his business. This is a town and not much for transportation to get to a better connect location. Good thing we had friends at the rodeo they came and picked us up, so my husband could go do his business. Otherwise nice camp ground, quiet. Clorox spray for showers encouraged.

We had a beautiful spot up front, overlooking Flathead Lake. Staff were very friendly and got us in our spot easily. Really nice covered patio at the store area where you can sit down with a drink and look at the lake. Nice dog park, too.

Friendly, courteous staff. Grounds were clean, it was quiet with a beautiful view. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone going out that way. Thank you for great experience. My only regret; we had to pack up and take off.

Loved the view from the patio. Park is in a great location for Flathead Lake. Felt like there weren't enough bathrooms. Only one set for the entire campground. While the RVs don't need the bathrooms, those of us without sewer required them. Not much shade for the non-RVs.

We had an excellent time from the moment we pulled up through the time we pulled away and headed home. Our deluxe patio spot was perfect and the views of Flathead were insane! Very friendly staff, huckleberry pancake breakfast was great. We are already planning next years trip!

Not knowing this place is right next to an airport.being charged dumb fees for such a basic tent site.And the amenities have a fee too.hours on the office door did not match the time they stayed till either.it was a nice place and staff,but the extra fees and airport would deter us from staying or recommending this place.
