Over priced very poor layout trouble trying to pull into site

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thankfully there is a campground out there for everyone. We escort 13 hours a day and you had a straight pull through so am confused. You also did not have to stay as we give 100% money back within an hour if not satisfied. Happy trails. Jennifer ~

We had a wonderful time at the KOA Point South! Small quiet campground with a homie feel. Enjoyed the pizza & craft beer/wine as well. Made our stay extra special as the workers were also very nice & accommodating. Pool was refreshing as it was hot. Thanks & hope to visit in the future �

Always great staying here on our North or South. And the staff are excellent! So are the pizza and chicken wings combo delivered directly to your door. Plus easy to get to from I 95.

Very very clean, helpful, and friendly! Thought I had lost keys and they even came to lot to help search. In my pocket!!!! Would definetly recommend this campground!

This place is a hidden gem! The hot, ready food, clean bistro with WINE, is such a treat after a long travel day. Also, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The pool, bathrooms, and playground is all is great working conditions- you can tell the owners pay attention to detail! Also, in the AM, when you are in a frenzy to pack up, you can easily order coffee/latte/cappuccino!

I always have an amazing stay when I camp here. The folks who run this campground are wonderful. My dogs enjoy the dog park and also the walk around the lake. Thanks again!.

This is a great KOA. Staff friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Will definitely go back. This is a showcase KOA. The best of the best!!!

It was a quick stay as we were in route to Florida. We were treated with excellent customer service and a very friendly staff. We also enjoyed the pizza and wings special. We'll gladly stay again. The campsite we were at was very nice as well. Thank you for making us feel welcome!!

Had a rough day, made a last minute reservation on the KOA app. Staff was beyond gracious and genuine. We would definitely stay here again. Really loved the bar, and food offerings. Robin and her husband were great to chat with. �

The staff was friendly as soon as I pulled up to saying good bye. The park is very nice and relaxing. From the environment to the cleanliness. After some time at the pool we enjoyed a pizza and the first morning we walked and got a coffee. All around great place. The staff smiled and gave off a good vibe.

We stayed for one night and wished we stayed longer. The staff was extremely helpful and the sites were mostly PT and shaded. Would recommend a few night stop over. PS they make home made pizza and delivery to you site also they have local beers.

Amazing as always. Travel thru yearly & love to stay here. Easy on/off I95. Clean pool, laundry, & restrooms. Not to mention great pizza, delivered to your site. Last, but not least is the warm & wonderful staff. One of the best KOA's in the country.

Close to the interstate and easy in and out for our pull through site. And having pizza onsite is great after a long day of driving.

This is a nice campground with a easy layout. Plenty of room between sites. The staff is polite. They roast their own coffee beans and and have a wine bar. We had coffee but is was a bit early for wine. Restrooms were clean. The only down side is some highway noise but that's the price you pay for easy highway access.

Folks were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was delish!!! My grand daughter LOVED the pool! Our only complaint is you need another table, or 2, with an umbrella….or move the unshaded table and chairs to the other side of the pool. It got too hot to sit in those unshaded chairs after coming out of the water. Other than that we tell everyone to visit your KOA! It is one of the best!!

Sadly, we have constraints with DHEC with regards to furniture and distance to the edge which precludes much else. We are so happy your granddaughter loved the pool and you had a pleasant stay, Ms. Danielson. Jennifer ~

This was a gem that I happened to find while traveling south & just looking for a 1 night stay. Reasonable prices & AMAZING people. The park looked appealing & inviting driving in. The people we met in the office were so sweet. It was a pleasant surpise to be able to order pizza and a flight of local wines right there at the campgrounds. It was a perfect last night to our trip!

One of the best campgrounds we have visited. Stayed 3 nights. Sites were spacious, level, & partially shaded. Everything was clean & well maintained. There was a wine bar & pizza shop but what really made our stay enjoyable was the staff. Robin, the Karen's, Jennifer, & all the other staff members were great. We will definitely come back & have already recommender Yemassee KOA to our RVing f

We were just blown away by the great service. From the moment we checked in the staff was super friendly and helpful! We were escorted to our site and made sure we were good to go before they left us! The pizza and wings were good, the beer was cold and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will be camping there again!

Overnight stay. Beautiful campground & landscaping. Easy on & off highway. All the good KOA amenities & then some. Expanded coffee bar in the office, and local wines available. Definitely worth a stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Point South/I-95/Yemassee KOA. The staff was very friendly. They have a nice bar/lounge, big playground and a very nice dog park with short walking trail. The bathrooms were very clean.

A gem of a KOA, possibly the best one we have been to (and we've been to many). Lovely park and well maintained sites. Great, clean facilities and lovely coffee/wine/beer bar - maybe a few outside tables so those with pups can sit and imbibe).. good location although in a bit of a food/liquor desert but we got by! It was fun to watch the daily cycle of caterpillar life on some of the trees. Loved meeting some fellow Airstreamers but all the people staying here were really nice - no political flags on display which was a pleasant change. Definitely will return when in these parts of the US again. Stayed for 3 nights. Should have stayed more.

They have a bar and pizza menu in the campground store. The on tap amber ale is excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful. This is our favorite KOA!
