This campground is pristine. So beautiful and maintained. Sites are all spacious. Great amenities. One of the best KOAs we’ve been at!

You were ready for me. Check in was quick and friendly. We took advantage of your breakfast pizza and pizza and chicken bits for dinner. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A friend had told us how then enjoyed their stay. I was attending an engagement party for my grandson at Latitude Marg??ville,and Point South was the best place to stay.

Very nice place, all staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left. The property is very clean and there is a lot to do at the campground. We even tried the pizza on the 1st night since we were both tired and it really was good, nice extra touch.will stay again and would highly recommend.

You always know what you will get at point south koa. They are consistent with their excellent customer service and attentiveness to the clean and beautiful campsites. Plus they have the best coffee.

Always enjoy our stay. Have stayed here several times as our halfway stopping campground. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Will be back again.

Level was of sites very bad. Could use some fading. Very friendly group of people.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Me. White, we will certainly look into site 51A needing grading and leveling. That site is full 98% of the year typically with multi night registrations. You are the first to mention an issue. As you can see by the hundreds of reviews level sites are not a typical problem. Jennifer~

I was in the area to attend a convention in Yemassee. I really did like your campground. We plan to return with the grandson next pool season. He will have a great time. It is a lovely peaceful place to be. ALL staff were very friendly. Thank You and hope to see you in the future.

As always everyone on the staff is very welcoming from the staff that escorts you to your site, the maintenance team and of course the office staff. Will definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night, but the staff was very courteous and friendly. The campground was wonderful I'm sorry we couldn't stay longer.

This RV Park is convenient to I95. We love to stay here as the staff & owner are friendly. This park has an onsite restaurant that serves great pizza and beer/wine in the evening and coffee and pastries in the morning. The sites are large, level and easy to navigate. We highly recommend this park.

Outstanding seamless check in. This was the best KOA we have stayed at. Pat at the front desk was a pleasure to talk with she made us feel like we were family. The field team was on top of every need. This KOA location will be a regular stop on our trips North from Florida.

this is the perfect stop for us when we are traveling back to Florida. We have stayed here several times and always had a great time. We had their breakfast pizza this time and it was delicious!

We were initially a little concerned by the area as it is a bit run down and littered, but the campground itself is lovely. The park is very clean, well maintained with a lovely coffee shop and walking trail. The only downside is traffic noise from the Interstate.

We were looking forward to dinner and a beer at the Cafe. They had a cat inside the Cafe allowing it to walk around. First it's unclean, second I'm allergic to cats. Next the road noise was loud from 95. Our sewage hose didn't reach. The staff was very nice.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Ms. Potts, site #2 can host up to a 40' mh so your 28' travel trailer had plenty of room to move for the sewer allocation. Open 13 hours a day we would have been happy to assist. Boo, the cat, has been here for 12 years with great acceptance and no issue. We would have thrown her out had we known.

Loved this campground. Absolutely the nicest owners/staff. The sites were well kept and nice size. We came here to visit with family (we are from TN) and the staff was so accommodating! We will be back and back and back. I am also recommending this campground to my daughter as she camps a lot also Thank you again for a great stay

This is our “go to” KOA, we deer hunt in the area and we stay here multiple times a year, for over 20 years now. We love the campground, and especially the people! Clean and well kept, the pizza is a nice bonus!

Friends had told us about the campground. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We especially liked the cafe. We had pizza, wine and beer and met 2 couples and have a very enjoyable evening. The cafe concept was a great amnenity.

We have stayed in many KOA’s as we have made three cross-country trips. Even though this park is small, we can see why it rated campground of the year a few years ago. It has so many amenities, a beautiful pool and the friendliest, most helpful staff. One of the big bonuses is that they have an extensive coffee bar, beer and wine bar, and a pizza bar! It was so much fun chilling out there.

Very clean, safe, and well maintained campsites. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, one even helped me find my missing car key which was beyond his job description, saving me a mental breakdown far from home. The kids and I both loved it and plan on returning

I enjoyed my stay at Point South/I-95/Yemassee KOA. The staff was very friendly. They have a nice bar/lounge, big playground and a very nice dog park with short walking trail. The bathrooms were very clean.

A gem of a KOA, possibly the best one we have been to (and we've been to many). Lovely park and well maintained sites. Great, clean facilities and lovely coffee/wine/beer bar - maybe a few outside tables so those with pups can sit and imbibe).. good location although in a bit of a food/liquor desert but we got by! It was fun to watch the daily cycle of caterpillar life on some of the trees. Loved meeting some fellow Airstreamers but all the people staying here were really nice - no political flags on display which was a pleasant change. Definitely will return when in these parts of the US again. Stayed for 3 nights. Should have stayed more.

They have a bar and pizza menu in the campground store. The on tap amber ale is excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful. This is our favorite KOA!
