All staff very friendly and helpful, sires were decent size, only issue was bright spotlights at night, made it very hard to sleep, otherwise would have given it 5 stars!

We had a very nice stay ,the camp was clean. The only thing I wish is that we had had a fire pit at our camp spot.

The managers and staff are top notch. Always willing to go beyond to assist me. I visit 3 to 5 times a season. Great place. Always quiet and friendly. Gas, LG and convenience store on site.

The RV site was more than big enough for our crew cab pickup and fifth-wheel travel trailer. Late night check-in was simple and easy. Lots of big trees for shade; although, we were there for only one night. The shower and restroom facilities were nice and clean. The hot shower was great. The only issue was not being able to hook up a hose to flush our black tank after dumping.

Nice place for an overnight stay, wifi was iffy and hard to connect to, looked like they where using and apple phone for a hotspot.

Disappointed in slanted slot for our trailer and no streaming service available. Nice to have trees, dog park, on-site gas station & all other amenities.

Was looking forward to this rv park, was very disappointed I level sites wasn’t able to level rv. All gravel sites. Didn’t use restrooms or showers.5th wheel next door had to move our picnic table to park truck.

We enjoy staying at the Pocatello KOA. Friendly staff and the campground is located in a quiet location. It is also easy to get to from the interstate.

Stayed 3 nights in September. Very quiet and clean campground. No complaints about anything except we didn't have a firepit, which would have been nice.

I was a good stay. service was quick and friendly. I only wish you guys would level your campsites up. I am always several bubbles out when I camp there. This requires pulling up on a leveling device.

Staff was awesome. Management may want to rethink renting a site that has 2 large obviously dead trees. As a retired Commercial Insurance Claim Investgator the liability of the KOA should an obviously dead tree cause property damage or injury or death is certain. The trees did not die yesterday, it is long term. The income from the site vs. the risk is too great and certainly verifiable.

The campground itself is beautiful, but the spaces are pretty bad: uneven and muddy when it rains.

Staff was unable to figure out how to apply my email (paper) gift card to my bill. After I emailed the corporate office the Pocatello staff was instructed on how to apply the gift card and I received the credit to my bill.

Thank you for coming and for us to see a printed grift card well it was the first and we showed you that the message stated that there was no funds on it. You stated that you would give your family member a call to see what the issues were. We just go by what we see on our computer system.

This is a great KOA away from the sounds of the highways and city noises. Nice dog park with thick grass, the rv site we were in was more than enough for our 42' 5th wheel. Office staff was very friendly and the store is stocked with lots of great items. Will definitely choose this KOA again.

Reservation dates were wrong but staff helped me out anyway. Spaces very close together Half of sites had no sewer hookup.

Interesting layout of pull through sites…kinda “buddy” style. Lots of stone, dust/dirt which would be a huge mud problem in the rain. Nice touch are the gas pumps on site. Too bad they don’t have diesel. It was an ok place for one night.

Our stay wasn't intended to happen until my truck broke down. Then the owner and management did everything they could to make us feel welcome and helped us find the right services to get back on the road. We enjoyed a nice clean well run RV park at the Pocatello KOA. Can't thank them enough.

• Staff are excellent. • Site was fairly level. • Very quiet and peaceful. • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • Never tried the WIFI, I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have gas and propane on site. • I would stay here again.

Great people staffing this KOA. Sites are spacious enough but lack privacy as each site is reversed so the living area is shared between RV's. Okay if you are travelling with friends but otherwise not so much. Good washrooms and laundry. I would consider the rate of about $70.00/ night to be high.
