Check in was fine, The park is very dusty & spaces are too tight. We do have a class A 40ft. w/tow. We were called while on our way that they need to adjust our spot because we were too big. The larger spot didn’t hv sewer. 1 night no problem! It’s when they attempted to fit another 40+ foot bedside us (hit another camper & almost hit us) we had to take in our slides &move over! How inconvenie

Thanks for the comment. There was plenty of room for the two rvs out there. We cant control the way people drive and he brushed up against a pop up tent trailor with hardly any damage. I was standing there and I didnt see you have to put in your slides and move so it shouldnt have been inconvenient.

It looks more like a permed out mobile home park. Nice grass sites around the edges and a few nice grass tent sites but the pull throughs are dirt ours didn’t even have a table or a fire ring

Thanks for leaving a comment. I don't know what permed out means but all 16 of our tent sites have grass in them and every one of our rv sites have a table in them, as for fire pits we have portable ones that we lend out, all you had to do was ask and we would have brought you one down. Tom

In the ladies bathroom, the larger shower stall (w/toilet) was disgusting. The mat in the shower was dirty & slippery. The mat may have been an attempt to cover up the stained & DIRTY shower pan. It didn't work! When stepping out of the shower onto the black rubber mats, I found the black came off onto my wet feet (forgot my shower sandals). The toilet (around the bottom) was revolting!!!

Gravel pads were so tilted, even jacks would not keep trailers level. Bathroom was functional, certainly would not want to use it again. The park looked rundown. 1 night was ok but if I was staying longer, I would be on the internet searching aggressively looking for somewhere else. It was very quiet, which was nice. Front desk person was very friendly.

We stayed for three nights and noticed a very bad sewage smell during our stay. It was so bad that we couldn’t sit outside and couldn’t keep our windows open.

Over the last 2 years I have stayed at the Pocatello KOA 6 times, every time was enjoyable. However, it would be nice if the campers staying more than one night had a sewer hookup on site. Instead of having to un-hook and move to be able to dump the black tank and gray tanks. That adds about half an hour to our leave time. This has only happened once and was very inconvenient. Thank You

Thank you for such a great working staff, They made us feel welcome and listen to our needs as we traveled to and through the area. The area was so clean and we felt they listen to any concerns we might have had. We would recommend them for anyone traveling the busy hwy through Idaho.

Very nice & quiet campground. My goodness, Rose who manages the place deserves an A+! So nice & friendly & accommodating! Store is stocked well. We’ll definitely go back. No pool, but that’s ok.

Not enough sites with full hookups including sewer. Free dump station hose had an end on it to prevent attaching to trailer for flushing black water tank.

Sorry you were not happy with your stay. The hose end that is on our dump station was not put on there to prevent you from hooking it to your black water tank it's just the one that came with it. There is a faucet right across from the dump station that you could have hooked a hose to. Tom

Overnight stay on our way to Montana. Sites have trees. Not much in amenities, no pool, but the store was nice, and the lady from Michigan that checked us in was very friendly and we shared stories of our travels to Oregon and San Diego. �

Only issue, I reserved a month in advance. I reserved full service. But did not get sewer and the ckerk flippantly told me that they were sold out for weeks. Yet, we had sewer 4 days previously.

Quiet smaller well-managed park close to town. We stayed one night passing thru town. 2 miles off the freeway and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Store sells ice cream in the evening. Friendly staff, good hookups, level spaces and shade trees. First park that I have visited that sold gasoline at the same price as the local community.

Clean, in a nice area, close to stores, dog park area, spaces a bit close together but normal to me as far as most r.v.parks ,they are pull through which is big plus for me, no individual sewer hook up, maybe sewer is just for extended stays. Lots of trées so nicely shaded. . Good stop for me

The campground is clean and well kept for a older resort. Staff is friendly, nice store, and laundry. Good for a overnight rest. If you are tent camping or a Class C camper perfect. Our issue was we are a big rig with tow vehicle. Very tight, difficulty leveling, because FHU 50 amp on a downhill. Sites share with neighbor, tall trees can’t get satelite, no cable, WiFi is no streaming.

Very basic. To be expected at Journey KOAS, since they are set up for a night or two, not a destination. There are lots of large shade trees, which I always appreciate. The grounds and the buildings are well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. I did wish that the dryers in the laundry room would allow to choose drying time. Nice playground. We enjoyed our stay.

I'm used the staying at a KOA that has more big rig sites. This park had mostly 30 amp sites and very few with sewers. We stayed there because we didn't have another choice. The person who made the reservation told me we had 30 amps but didn't mention that there was no sewer at the site. Also the trees were very low and I hit the top of my motorhome getting into and leaving the site

I was using a shower in the evening (past daylight). Another woman was using the shower next to me. When left, she turned off the light on her way out the door. The room became DARK (not a single sliver of light). I panicked because I could not see how to unlock my shower door, and when I finally was able to, I then had to sorta find my way to the main door/light switch. Very scary & I was upset.

Customer service was good but the bathrooms were dirty. Too expensive for the ammenities offered.

First time we had comment on our bathrooms being dirty. They are cleaned for one hour every day from 11 pm to 12 pm. check the internet in the future for KOA rating and complaints. You will see we are 4.5 out 5. In the future come with complaint and get a refund. It cost money to maintain a business

• Staff are excellent. • Site was fairly level. • Very quiet and peaceful. • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • Never tried the WIFI, I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have gas and propane on site. • I would stay here again.

Great people staffing this KOA. Sites are spacious enough but lack privacy as each site is reversed so the living area is shared between RV's. Okay if you are travelling with friends but otherwise not so much. Good washrooms and laundry. I would consider the rate of about $70.00/ night to be high.
