There was no shade at our camp site. We did have two dead pine trees next to the camper. When we arrived there were lots of flies and we found dog poop. We asked the lawn person to clean it up which he did but then we had to rinse the area with water. When we arrived the staff was complaining about work hours and no sleep.

Thanks for staying, your site had two trees that have been removed and they were sound we made sure to have them checked out. and thanks to our customers we have been busy to remove then during the busy time. As for the flies sorry we are in the country and we don't have a dome over us.

We like to stay at Pocatello as it is a good stop on our way from Bozeman to Springville Utah , near where our son lives. However, on our last stay, there was a small dog barking that woke us up a few times . The managers are very helpful and friendly and we will be staying there in the future.

The Wi-Fi worked really good. But the park looks like it needs some improvement. I thought the price was a little high for what it was.

The KOA was easy to find right off the 15 freeway easy to pull in. Check in super easy. The lady behind the desk couldn’t been more friendlier just a Pleasant stay in a nice little KOA.

Nice small park. Some area grass for smallest campers. But for most part dirt & graves. No cable. Office very friendly. Laundry clean. Close to everything

No full hook ups, poorly landscaped, sites were too close together. The property. I thought, was not even close to the other koa’s I have been at. Never again.

Tried to upgrade us to a site with dead trees. Checked out early because a young man was shooting cats in the park. The manager gave him the gun. Park poorly maintained as evidence by the dead trees. kOA needs to set some standards if they are going to put their brand on these parks.

Ok all you where in w/e site and I thought you would like a full site since you where going to be with us for 5 days, as for the tree it died this year and its sound we had it checked. we put you back to w/e. As for the gun its a salt pellet pistol trying to get rid of wild cats. Not harmful

Always clean! Easy in and out. Friendly staff. Great soft serve. The only thing was when I tried to get wifi, the KOA network didn't show up on my phone or tablet. It always has before.

First we were told they didn’t have a space for our RV. We went online and book one for our 25’ RV. No room for a table and no room to sit by the RV. Also no Fire Rings!!

when you called and stated what you were wanting and we explained nothing was open, and you made the reservation on line and this is what was open. all sites have tables. fire pits we have a no burn order in our area, and if not we could have brought you down one if all was good. just ask. r

Very nice campground. Nice big pull through spaces. Very quiet. Everyone that works there is very friendly. They have fuel for cars and propane. Very close to town. P

We have stayed here a few times. Once in a cabin and once in our roof top tent. Each time has been great. Office staff has always been friendly. Would stay here again

Pleasant shaded grounds, strong WiFi & tv cable. Unfortunately, our site was far from level, & the biggest negative was constant construction noise from a hugh construction site next door. Impossible to have restful sleep!

Our pull through site was very unlevel. I have a hard time when the ownership expects us to give a 9 or a 10 on recommending . Yes, Tom behind the desk was nice, but overall the KOA is decent, not great.

Staff was very nice. The spots are dirt pads - although level. They have an ant problem. Ants climbed up our water hose into our bay area overnight. They charge a huge amount for kids (8.00/kid/night)! Most we have ever paid - If they had amenities, it would be tolerable - but there was NOTHING for kids (SMALL playground)..We paid for 2 days, only stayed one - No refunds were given.

The lady that works in the office is rude obnoxious and will never stay at a KOA again because of it in Pocatello, Idaho, or any other care way. If it was my company, I would check into that lady’s attitude, and I have not only seen it towards myself, but towards other customers. I can’t remember her name, but there’s only one lady that works the office with the other gentleman Tom nice ever

ok, you where a monthly and never kept your site cleaned as our rules states take your dog up to the provided area. you where asked many time in the year to do so. And pay your rent on time neither was done so yes you where asked to leave. Our quality team even stated your site was a mess. RV

Great KOA, best handout paperwork of any RV park we've been too with all sorts of local info and park info. The k9 area was again the best abs cleanest and best kept up of any KOA as many are neglected and a second thought. This is a great park and we will return again when traveling. Great work team Pocatello KOA!

You always know what you're going to get at a KOA: Friendly staff, clean mostly level sites, warm showers and laundry. The kind folks are working with us to get our cell phone returned, thanks for going the extra to keep it safe until we got home.

• Staff are excellent. • Site was fairly level. • Very quiet and peaceful. • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • Never tried the WIFI, I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have gas and propane on site. • I would stay here again.

Great people staffing this KOA. Sites are spacious enough but lack privacy as each site is reversed so the living area is shared between RV's. Okay if you are travelling with friends but otherwise not so much. Good washrooms and laundry. I would consider the rate of about $70.00/ night to be high.
