This is the best campground in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area! The amenities are awesome, the bathrooms are pristine and the staff is the best part of all!

We had a site on the river 150.00 per night construction they were putting a walking path in so everyday at 6 am the beeping and banging of trucks started, I know KOA cannot dictate when the city is going to do that but when it was planned maybe call or email would have been nice. On OCT 11 I tried calling office from 3-7 no answer when i told office the answer was we are busy and short of staff

Bath houses were very clean and there were a lot of shower stalls. Campsites were well maintained. The pool and playground were very nice. Pull through sites were a little tight but overall, not an issue.

We liked the location that we stayed. Our picnic table was split and a man that was working stopped and he was able exchange it right away. We appreciate that because we use our picnic table almost every day. The people that work at this park do a great job! One thing that I think the park needs to do is fix all the concrete patios that are cut on an angle, the patio needs to be squared off.

We stayed in one of the campsites in the middle of the campground. We barely had room to park our truck. The fire pit was too close to where we had to park it. I know there was an overflow parking lot, but we wanted to keep our vehicle on our site. The campsites were so close together that we could hear the neighbors walking inside their camper and their dog barking inside it, also.

We love pigeon forge KOA. This where we always stay. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are so sweet. Our three favorite are Santa,laurel and John they always make are stay very nice. We have booked our stay for next June 2024 already.

We had several issues: SMALL children zipping around on their scooters, dodging trucks, trailers, etc., cable and wifi didn't work for the first 5 days of our stay despite maintenance man trying his best to fix, and backing up to "the Indy 500 aka Dollywood Pkwy., wasn't pleasant". However, Mary, her husband, Laurel and Raeshell did their very best to try to keep us comfortable.

This is our second time at the KOA in Pigeon Forge and loved it as much as the first. Services were fantastic and site was clean and ready for us. We will be back again!

Everyone was overly friendly and accommodating. Christian was wonderful to help with my in laws bags down to their cabin when they weren't able. Everyone worked hard to keep things clean and tidy. Only downfall, we were in spot 210, and there is a big tree that hindered getting to our outdoor kitchen and in the way of our awning. But we had a great time.

99% great, however, we stayed in spot by Patriots Park that the barstools were not usable and part of the bar counter top was broken off. That was disappointing. Otherwise it was great. Did get teased with an offer to stay an additional night, but was not able to due to someone scheduled to come in behind us. Oh well. We still had a nice time.

Space are incredibly small. There was no more than 1foot.of dapce between my trailer and the one next to me. The roads were also very narrow making it extremely difficult to get to the site. Noise was a huge issue as well. This park is entirely too crowded for a relaxing vacation. It's almost as if they use the excuse of being near Dollywood to over pack the park. Not my kind of relaxing tim.

We wanted to add 6 more nights to our 2 night reservation we made through the KOA app. Mary was able to make this happen during this busiest time of year/month. We'll just make our next year's reservations sooner �

It's a little tight and the showers need some attention. But folks are probably there for all the fun things to do in G-berg so not the end of the world if your neighbors are a bit too close.

Been camping 20 yrs & just never thought the extra cost warranted staying at a KOA. HOWEVER, I was so wrong. First most campgrounds are now charging much higher “post Covid” prices & second we have NEVER gotten the service we received for our inaugural stay at Pigeon Forge KOA! From the friendly, informative check in staff to excellent personalized directions to our site! Well run & well staff

This is the second time we have stayed at this KOA. It is VERY clean, and the employees are always so nice and helpful. When we come back to TN, we will definitely stay again!!

Pleasant stay. Congestion at the entry point should be controlled. My WIFI service was terrible. Your band with needs to be increased. Otherwise a nice stay.

The people were great. There are nice amenities. It is located in a GREAT spot. What I disliked the most was the way campsites were so close together it made driving with a camper difficult. It’s obvious they added more sites everywhere possible. Roads were not wide enough for 2 rigs to pass especially with trucks parked alongside the road. It might be better to make these roads all one way.

Full feature campground next to a trolley depot with connections to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood all without crossing a busy street. Walk across the street and the possibilities are endless.

The park was nice but very crowded. Our camp site was small and our neighbors camper was almost touching ours. It’s a nice KOA, with a great pool and other amenities, but they packed way too many campers in a small space. It’s a bit pricey too but the location, in reference to The Smoky Mountain NP and Gatlinburg, was great.

2nd time to stay at Pidgeon Forge KOA this year. Had a wonderful but short stay. Will definitely be back.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
