I love the Deluxe Cabin. My parents are elderly and they are easy to access. The location is perfect. The campground is awesome.

We enjoyed our stay. Would have rated a 10 and 5 stars if our shower would have had hot water. Sink was hot, but shower never got warm. Also, on our best weather day, we arrived to the pool at 8:04pm to find it closed when we were told closing time would be at 9pm.

We had a great time at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We loved our cabin, enjoyed the lazy pool and hot tub and everyone we met was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back again!

Rachel was the best EVER. She made us feel welcomed the moment we stepped in th office. She even placed my baby's milk in their refrigerator until we could check into our other cabin. Thank you to Pigeon Forge KOA team. Yall made our stay Phenomenal. As we were leaving they were putting mulch out in flower beds ect, making it look beautiful as ever. Aging thank you for your hospitality.

We had an awful problem with ants our entire stay and had multiple other problems with our cabin. Maintenance gave us a can of Raid to use after we had already had to buy other stuff. Management told us we shouldn’t have used it inside despite the invasion of ants and lack of their help to get rid of them. We had to throw food away due to them. Management was rude when they called after our sta

Our stay was wonderful. Checking in and out was easy. The cabin and outdoor area were well kept and just as advertised. My only complaint would be the upkeep of the showers and camping kitchen. The showers were understandably dirty at times, but it seemed like the camping kitchen was never cleaned, so we didn’t get to use that amenity. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Love the cabin we stayed in the only thing was the tv work but it was fuzzy and the young man work on it twice and couldn't get it clear . And koa was awesome they gave me a little discount . Love it and will stay again soon.

Loved the deluxe cabin it was very nice, clean and comfy. The lady at the registry camp office was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.i like that you had a cabin to fit 8 .

I worked for KOA back in 2016 to 2018 in Cherokee and loved every minute of it. From the customers to my coworkers. The stay in our Cabin DC6 was phenomenal. We had Enough room for everybody in my crew. Customer Service is hard to work in so please people if this KOA don't make you happy. Go else where. Don't ruin someone else's stay just because you want to be a Karen. Thank you Pigeon Forge KOA.

We tried checking in at 3 pm on Saturday March 11th. They told us that our cabin wasn't ready yet. Said they would call us and didn't. I went back in there at 3:30. She said it was ready. We've been a Koa member for years and never had this problem. Most if the time we could get our cabin early at other places.

The cabin was great and we had a great time. There needs to be more gravel added at the parking area for cabin DC7. My mother in law fell in the mud and could have been seriously injured.

We stayed in a cabin. Everything was nice and clean. We were staying for a weekend teen prayer conference so we needed to check out late so we could attend the 10 am service. I did wish you would accommodate late check outs with a fee during off seasons versus paying for a whole day when I checked out at 2. I would not mind pay even half the cost of a day versus a full day.

The campground was absolutely wonderful and the staff was even better. For someone who hadn't taken a vacation in 5 plus years, this was perfect especially for a 5 year who said he wanted to never leave and we should just live in the cabin. Thank you KOA, we will definitely be back!

The only issue we had was finding our cabin after hours as the map wasn’t clear. But after riding by it twice we finally found it. Other than that, campground is great. The staff that we met were extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if we found the cabin ok and I explained what happened and they apologized several times and stated we didn’t get the updated map. Things happen. We’ll be

We’ve stayed in Deluxe Cabins at the KOA twice now, and both stays were great! We enjoy having space for everyone in the cabins, and the KOA location is convenient to attractions.

We usually bring our camper and stay but thus was a short 2 night getaway so e stayed in a pet friendly cabin. We are so thankful that you allow pets. This is the only place we stay when coming to pigeon forge. We usually come at least 4 times a year. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The first impression by the staff was exceptional! The grounds were clean and inviting. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and we were very satisfied. We even got Valentine's Day candy and fresh roses from the staff! How sweet!

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
