The only issue we had was people using the pet pen that we had on our site 183. If there is way for you put a bigger sign on the gate maybe. Letting them know that the pen is only for that site with site number. They don’t read the sign you have attached to it. We loved the location, pool, hot tub, playground, and laundry. It was also nice that you had 2 dog parks.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river was broken (not flowing) and it would have been nice if the outdoor pool/lazy river were just a few degrees warmer. Everything else was great and I would definitely recommend this KOA to others. Also, we visited Dollywood for a few days while there and this campground is extremely convenient for riding the trolley.

We decided to head to Gatlinburg a day earlier than planned and was able to check in a day early. The spots are a little tight but very manageable to get into. We lost our power to the camper early oneorning. Notified the office and there was a maintenance man at our sight within 10 min. They had it repaired in a very timly manner. We thought the campground was extremely clean and neat.

Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back! Staff was great and very helpful. Plenty for the kids to do and the campground kept you updated on weather conditions and activity changes.

The staff couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. The grounds were well maintained. The grandkids were very happy to see the heated pool running at the end of December, that whole area including the playground is top notch. Thanks for a smooth stay.

We had a great stay over Christmas break! The campground was clean and quiet. Our kids had a blast! So much for the family to do! All of the staff wete friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We were without full use of our camper for a little more than half of our stay because the 50 amp plug was faulty. And not working it was fixed but we were not compensated for that issue we spent good bit of time taking our camper apart thinking it was something wrong with our camper but the whole time it was the shore power hook up

Easy checkin. Park is clean. Staff is friendly. Lots of dog parks on site. New sites are beautiful and large. All sites have concrete "porch pad", table and fire ring. Would def come again.

This is our 5th trip to this KOA. It is by far the best KOA we’ve ever been to and the only place we will stay in Pigeon Forge. This place is really great. You guys continue to improve, expand, and update the place.

We have stayed here twice. Both times have been great. The bathrooms and showers have been very clean. There is a lot for kids to do and the staff was great! Definitely our go to place in Pigeon Forge.

We stayed from Dec 22 to Jan 2. From the very start of booking our site the campground had great communication and very friendly. The sites are a little tight but very clean. The front office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Had some good activities even during the holidays when most places where closed. Will definitely book again when we come back.

Our site was amazing. Great location and a beautiful patio. Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience all the amenities due to the weather but the environment was nothing short of superb. The staff was GREAT. Very friendly and polite. The restroom area was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay again!

Location location location. Very nice sites, great hot tub and lazy river. Friendly staff. The only thing stopping it from being a five was the upper showers and bathrooms. Something was always dripping or no pressure in the shower

We have stayed here a few time because I have family in the area. The campground is so close to everything making it really convenient. The campground is clean and updated everywhere. The safe is very friendly. When we checked in it was after about 13 hours with 3 kids. The front desk staff was very understanding that I was in a hurry because my infant needed to eat and got me checked in quickly.

This was the 2nd time staying and we really like the campground. Was in a pull through site (F2). Very friendly, bathhouse very clean, great showers. Will definitely stay here again.

Was very nice clean and enjoyable.. the only thing was on site 94 there was no heat tape on the water hookup .. so I had some freezing issues...

This was one of the best KOAs we have stayed at. Nice and clean, friendly staff and very convenient to all Pigeon Forge. Nice amount of trees, lots of room at the camp sites.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
