Campground was very nice and conveniently located , but for the price we paid, would have expected the Wi-Fi to be better. It was terrible.

Too expensive for a campsite. I would not encourage anyone to stay there. Not worth the price. I wouldn’t pay that price at a hotel for a night. Very disappointed when I received my bill.

Stayed with KOA Piegon Forge,Tn. Was a very please experience very clean lots to do for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional! Always clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Simon, Rachel, and maintenance supervisor(didn’t get his name)! All very attentive in seeing our stay was amazing! Will return soon!

This KOA is one of our favorites. It is centrally located to all area attractions. The bathhouses are some of the best in any RV park in the country. It's a very clean and orderly park. They also have a trolley stop that will take you anywhere you would want to go in the area. I would rate this KOA in the top two in the country.

Stayed there about 5 years ago on site 207 which was a premium site. Expected to be in that area again but instead was on F-5 which was very congested and crowed. Very disappointed ! Maybe corporate should keep up with the maintenance instead of trying to put a site on every 10'x10' piece of land they can find. Blacktop broken up. Our first visit to a KOA! We had so much fun! The campground was so clean and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful!! Definitely a place we will return to in the future! Our toddler loved making new friends and just running free! The jumping blob on the playground was her favorite! We cant wait to see yall again soon!

Our stay at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA was awesome. The park was very clean and neat. We really liked the family atmosphere and efforts the staff made to make the park family, kids and pet friendly. The play areas and pool were great. Our visit was near Halloween and the staff had events planned for trick or treating, movie night and a golf cart parade. We enjoyed it so much. We'll be back!

Sites are too crowded. Your web site does not adequately show your campground. Everything was so close together. No room to park except parallel to the road. Came up to go to Dollywood and was so disappointed in the campground. The best thing was the close proximity to Dollywood. Will not be back.

Have stayed at this campground many times over the last 30 years and never disappointed. The only thing that we notice is over that period of time campground cost is becoming almost too expensive for us seniors.

Great location near the attractions of the area. The campsites are excellent and the staff very helpful. The restrooms were clean and adequate, though, I thought a bit outdated, hence the 4 rating.

Had a great time, short trolley ride to Dollywood. You can likely walk everywhere, we dis to the DP Stampede. Had a great time, very nice Campground!

Tight, crowded, however pleasant, clean, quiet. Upgraded kamp spots very nice and pretty. GREAT kampground for families. Thankful proximity to trolley station. Request: would appreciate propane service in Kamp.

Just a suggestion: for BINGO…play many more games with prizes like candy, cookies, etc., then for the last game, make it a cover all, and give out the main prize, 50/50, FREE Night at your site, or FREE Dinner Show, etc.

Front office was great! Loved the firewood being delivered. The best was our electric box needed rebuilt and it was done right away!!

We really like the KOA and have stayed there many times. The staff is excellent and always polite and helpful. My only complaint is site 112. This is a premium site with a premium price that has a hackberry tree that drops sap on Everything! We couldn’t use the furniture because it was nasty! I had to wash my truck and RV when I got home and they were awful. Please consider removing tree.

The only reason it's not a higher rating is every night we stayed, we saw MICES running from the bushes to under our camper!!!! I was concerned one would come in the camper. Checked the camper before we left and rechecked when we got home. NO MICE! I will now have mice traps just in case. Other than that the camp ground was very nice. Staff at check in was super! We were at site X.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
