Sites are EXTREMELY small & very close together. You get more bang for your buck in a state park.

Overall good stay. Grass was very tall and didn’t seem to be kept up. Our spot had no grass which was unfortunate for our dogs

Everything was great, the only thing that I had problems was connecting to WiFi . Our tv connected no problem but none of our devices could.

Traveling in a motorhome with no tow vehicle. The location of this KOA was so convenient, with a trolley stop right outside the door. The staff were super friendly, the grounds and facilities were spotless. We'll be back!

This was our first experience staying at a KOA and it was a great experience. The facilities were well maintained and clean and we enjoyed the variety of activities available; especially all the dog areas!

Best KOA ever! The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful! Grounds were pristine, amenities and location 10/10! It could not have been a better location- steps to fun-time trolley made access to Dollywood a breeze! Loved the Lazy River! We can't wait to come back! Would like to see umbrellas by the pool but that's my only suggestion!

I would have given a 5. However the grass in the camp ground even over by the beautiful cabins needed to mowed. We did have rain however we had mostly dry days for them to cut. That is a pet pea of mine. No one wants to stay where the grass is tall and bushy. I also looked in the shower stalls at the top loop could use new shower curtains and a little dirty. Bathrooms are nice else where.

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the heated pool with lazy river. Also the hot tub and fireplace. We even extended our stay an extra day. Even dodging the rain drops we love that it’s located close to be able to walk so many different places to eat or grab a Trolley day pass to go anywhere where in Pigeon Forge or over to Gatlinburg too. BEST EVER!! The staff was amazing, super friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. This campground is beyond pristine and immaculately maintained. This was also the most incredible location just steps away from the Old Mill Area, and Fun Time Trolley, which made access to Dollywood a breeze! The amenities were incredible- loved the pool, hot tub, lazy river and dog parks! We will be back for sure!

It was probably the tightest campground we have ever stayed in. It was a challenge just driving the tow vehicle in and out. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were not supervised. It was a zoo.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
