I was there for several weeks and the staff was very responsive and communicative. They did a good job handling the large crowds that came as spring break approached. They also sent out safety texts regarding weather which was nice.

We will be sure to book a bigger site next time. Our site was a little tight for our 33ft rig. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The camping was a difficult start. The spot 179 was difficult to level because it has an upward slope at the back which made the front of the camper really high which made our steps a little dangerous. I probably would recommend that spot not be given to a camper as long as ours at 43 ft. But other than that a GREAT time was had by all. Beautiful campground and very nice staff!

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA. Would be nice if they told you when you called to make a cabin reservation that you couldn’t park by certain cabins and that you had to haul your stuff to your cabin a hilly sidewalks and down stairs this would have changed what cabin we booked. We had also stayed at other KOAs with the same kind of cabin and the partial kitchen included silverware, plates, cups.

Got a decent deluxe cabin. Had a minor issue with ants taking over but maintenance brought some spray right away. Cabin was clean- staff was wonderful. Great location. Kids loved the pool and lazy river

Our cabin was so cute. I felt a little mislead with the description that said it looked over the park. We were looking over the bus station that was so loud. Only issue with cleanliness was that an old band-aid was on our blanket, everything else was wonderful. The landscaping was pretty. Loved our fireplace! I'd recommend removing the bench in the bedroom and putting shelves or a dresser.

Very convenient location right next to the Pigeon Forge trolls station. Well maintained, very helpful staff. We won't hesitate to camp here in the future.

We loved the campground. The only problem we had was finding a place close by to walk the dog. We were at site 105, had to walk up close to front of campground to find somewhere to walk her. Loved the campground though!

We love staying at this campground. The bathrooms are clean and there are private showers. The pool/hot tub/ lazy river are always a favorite with the kids and they also love all the activities like the train rides and crafts that are planned each day. The campground is also very close to Dollywood and all the other shopping and dining and entertainment options that Pigeon Forge offers.

Stayed in KOA Patio/Patriot Park site with Paw Pen. Only negative was people kept walking through our site to throw away dog poop at our paw pen or try to put their dogs in our pen. Loved the stay but might want to make it more obvious that the paw pens are for the site. Will be back next year!

Nice campground. Great for kids. Adults and kids walked through my site often. People must be informed not to walk through other peoples site. ( etiquette must be posted and in the camping rules )

We had a wonderful stay here. Rachelle is a gem. Nice big dog park. Walking distance to the Old Mill shops which is very nice. And having the Trolly station within walking distance is perfect. So much traffic in the city. Beautiful campground.

Stay was okay, I wouldn't say the greatest. The biggest issue we had was our campsite was at a downhill slope, therefore our sewage was a nuisance to drain. Lots of trees around us, which unfortunately were trees that dropped loads of flowers all over vehicles, the trailer, and the concrete. This made quite the mess when trying to clean up and get ready to go. The good was the staff!

The campground and its amenities are very nice. My issue is the proximity to very heavily trafficked roads. The road noise in our campsite (Site 180) was excessive. Loud enough it negatively impacted sleep.

We had a wonderful experience at the KOA in Pigeon Forge. The only thing that I would possibly address in the future is a better way to get out of the property as entering onto Veterans Blvd. is quite difficult with a trailer and traffic coming hard from both directions. I also realize this isn't something KOA has authority to do, but maybe worth looking into. We will definitely be back!

We brought our pop up camper and 4 kids for a 4 day stay. My kids always enjoy the pool and meeting new friends at the playground. I love my campsite by the river with a patio! I love waking up to the sound of the ducks on the river!! The whole place is so clean and everyone is so friendly.

It was very busy. People coming and going all the time. We were in campsite 138 so we had a bird's eye view of the activity but I didn’t mind it. We oohed and ahhed at all the giant RV’s rolling in. Bathrooms super clean. Pool AWESOME! Love that lazy river thing. The girl at the desk showed us how to walk to Old Mill. Thanks for that because that became our daily dog walk. I was sad to leave.

We wanted to watch the NCAA tournament and the NASCAR race. The cable did not work at our site nor did it work at the 2 sites beside us. They attempted to repair it twice, I went to the office the third time and was told by Shara it was my issue. The outside bar seats are rotten, looks like they have been that way for awhile. The grand kids loved the heated pool, it was good location.

It was a bit packed in. There was dug up dirt where we had to do the hookups and water pressure was higher than usual. We ended up with a city water leak into the rv. It may or may not have been the water pressure. People around us were nice and helpful but we were no kids or dogs and surrounded by both.

Our new go to campground in Pigeon Forge. Great amenities , decent sized sites, and friendly staff. My only complaint is too many kids in the hottub. The age restrictions should be enforced as the # of children under 10 made it so that I didn't want to be in there.

Very cozy and enjoyable . Only thing that bothered me is in the middle of the night I went to the women’s bathroom and there was a drunk man in there kind of spooked me but the place was fantastic!!

My husband and I stayed in the deluxe cabin, and it was great. They had everything that you would need for your stay, and if you needed something all I did was asked and it was at the cabin within 10 minutes. We stayed for a week and loved it, they have a heated pool and hot tub. The girls in the office were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back. Thank you KOA

This is the loudest campground I have ever been to. First night we were woken at 4 am to metal scraping against concrete and it continued for an hour straight. Pop up sites are directly next to the road and the office. People arrived until 1 am to check in right next to us. There are good things, yes. The jumping pillow was closed. No train ride due to rain the day before. We had 3 bummed kids.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
