We’ve been coming to this KOA for over ten years now and we love it here still. Even though it’s a little more crowded, the staff do their best to keep it safe, clean & fun as it’s always been.

Everything was great about this place from the cabin to the pool to the variety of activities offered. If I had issue it’s that I think it’s time to expand the bathrooms. Multiple times I went to use them and all of the stalls were in use. Otherwise, one of the best koas I’ve visited.

We have no complaints. The kids loved the pool and recreation area. Our site and bathhouses were adequate. The store was very nice as were the laundry facilities. We would definitely come back!

Great location and a really nice site. Loved the beautiful pool and hot tub. Playground area could use some maintenance (esp the gravity rider) but otherwise it was perfect.

Lovely campground! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area and easy to get to shuttle bus. Shower area is also very nice!

This was our first stay at a KOA facility. I loved the cabin. It was very clean, set up very efficiently, and very cute!The customer service was awesome. The facility was very clean. We look forward to visiting again.

Very nice, clean campground. The sites are nice sized and the grounds are well kept. We try to stay there whenever we are traveling thru Tennessee.

Very expensive overnight 100.00 stay in an extremely crowded campground. We could barely get in & out of our narrow site. Sites jammed close together. Not up to koa standards.

The campground is well taken care of with plenty of activities. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect. We had 2 families both with small kids under 10. We will definitely be back.

We ususally enjoy our stay at the PG KOA, not this trip. We were in site 210, felt ontop of our neighbors both side and back. The fire pit had 1 wood plank to sit on it was splintered, the other was completely missing. Campers who park trucks half in the street had to move so we could make the turn to get out. Would not stay in that site again.

Nice place however very tight to get your camper out without asking others to move their cars. Cars parked to far out in the street while trying to drive campers out.

The site was nice and we loved the pool. The staff could do a better job of watching the area. Neighbors left dogs in camper and they barked all day. Lots of beer bottles and trash left around pool area all the time. I know people should behave better but they just don’t today.

Nice campground. It was quiet even though it was full. Nice pool, doggy area. The only problem we had was a very small site and the septic was far away from the electrical.

Very nice camp grounds. Friendly staff, clean grounds with road side trash pick up daily. Informative with camp activities through text.

As always the workers were super helpful and nice and we loved the amenities! The hot tub water definitely could have been hotter and I wish the sites weren’t so tight. Overall it was a great night of camping!

The camp site we had was clean and the landscaping was so pretty. The campground as a whole was clean and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

We have stayed in this KOA for the last several years. Very pleased with the upgrades and additions made in campground! The site we had this year was the best. We only had 2 issues: The cable didn't work. Also, The Paw Pen had not been cleaned out from previous campers. . I was unhappy to clean up several piles of feces prior to allowing my dog in it. 1st year this has happened.

Very nice spot. Walkable to all the shops at the Mill and access to Patriot Park is awesome. The new river walk trail will be really nice when complete.

The wifi did not work in our cabin and it never got resolved. The stove didnt work and the man who came in to check said that theyd need to replace the whole range so we werent able to cook the food we brought to cook and had to order out the rest of the trip. Couch was old and dingy, someones used razor was still in shower and duvet in small room with toilet only was dirty and unchanged

Convenient location, but I do have two suggestions. One, it would be great to have an outdoor clock mounted to building by the pool so you can be out by closing time or if you have to be out of the water by a certain time to be somewhere. More importantly, the water at the dump station didn’t work to rinse out sewer hose. That’s unsanitary.

We loved how clean the washroom facilities were- well done. We stayed in the basic cabins and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend- we were surprised how respectful and quiet the park was at night considering it was a very busy Easter weekend.

The entire staff and environment is wonderful. The train ride each morning and the crafts for kids are so much fun for them! A special shout out to Simon for always being so friendly and engaging with our kids. We enjoy our stay everytime!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom camping cabin. Nice Stay. a plus the camping kitchen nearby had a sink and burners ,did not have hot water though for washing dishes. had a microwave and mini fridge. 3 of the mattress were fine. one of mattress on the top bunk was very hard. Nice the pool was heated and stayed open late, my kids enjoyed it. Overall an enoyable experience and would stay again.

The staff is absolutely amazing and the only reason they got 3 stars. I know some people enjoy it here but you are packed in tighter than sardines. I have stayed at some tight campgrounds before but this was insane. Not only are the sights tight, you couldn't even have 2 trucks pass each other on roads, one would have to pull off into a campsite to let the other pass. AGAIN, staff was AMAZING.

Stayed there a week in a cabin, after a 12 hoour drive from michigan we went to take a shower/bath for my wife and the hot water was not working. It was working in the kitchen. It was after hours so we had to wait till next morning. I asked front desk when we checked out if we could get a partial refund for that day and she said because it was fixed no. Just thought that wasn’t right. Thanks

Great cabin. Fun playground. Heated pool was a bonus! Convenient to park as well as tourist attractions. Very happy to have an economical, pet friendly option for our vacation.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
