We have loved KOA for many years; however we are being priced out. We stay once a year now and have been staying at several other campgrounds in the area because of the price. We stayed in site 141 this trip and the band from the pool was so loud you couldn't have a conversation at our site. I understand privately owned is a lot different from corporate ownership. We loved the old KOA.

We love this Koa. The people are so friendly! The amenities are fabulous. Location is unbeatable! My kids love Simon who is over recreation!

We've been coming to this campground every year for the last 3 years and we absolutely love it! We're never disappointed. The amenities are always clean and working well. The accommodations are always perfect and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly! We have recommended it to many family and friends and have actually had family come stay as well. Always a wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous time! Halloween decorations made it so fun and we loved all the offered activities! Will be back again same time next year!

There were constant issues with the restrooms; clogged sinks and toilets, soap dispensers were not in working order, hand dryers were also not working. These issues were brought up on multiple occasions and I was told, "I'll write a note for house keeping." They went unaddressed for two days. Very disappointing, used to not be like that. Maybe there was a management change?

We loved that the pool was open in October, and the live music. Halloween weekend is so much fun!

The restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained except the vents in the showers were dirty and needed cleaning. Twice when I went to take a shower one row of the showers never provided hot water. The row of showers with the handicap shower were very hot. I mentioned it to personnel in the office but after 3 days it had not been corrected. The sites are very close to each other.

Ironically disappointed that a special discount was made to extend our stay and save 25% off additional nights, but the advertised 10% military discount was not honored for the days I stayed. Lots of dust due to leaf blowing activity.

Enjoyed our stay. Customer support when checking in was great. Quick access to trolley was great for trips to Gatlinburg & Dollywood. Great shower facilities.

We stayed Sunday thru Thursday and had a great time. This campground is our go to place. It's convenient for all our activities.

I love this campground, but we were surrounded by a family reunion and everyone congregated beside us. 20 people on the site at one time. 3 dogs and at least 5 kids. It was not an enjoyable visit.

Just a couple things….the fire pit was full of ashes, and the cement around the fire pit, and the entire site needed sweeping/ cleaned up. There was a lot of debris on the site, leaves, wood crumbs, and ashes.

Had to change site in the middle of our four night stay. Never seen a KOA with the campers packed this tight. Lost water for several hours on Saturday, just when my wife was in the shower. Listened to thud, thud, thud, thud, for hours, might have been a life band. Great location, other than that I would not stay here again.

For the past 5 years my wife and I, have spent one of the Halloween/Trick or Treat weekends at the KOA in Pigeon Forge. We spend a full day decorating and setting up a display for the Trick or Treaters. Always a lot of fun. This year, not so much. The Trick or Treat hours were shifted to 5-7 pm, prior to sunset. Most of our props include lighting effects. Kind of hard see during daylight hours.

After booking my stay and seeing a 25% off for another night, I extended. Calling the office locally, I explained I needed to come in late but to please honor my reservation. Getting to the campground with myself & my special young adult at 1:30 (my reservation was night before), Sarah had us stay and we were checked in at 3:10 instead. Buying firewood and supplies I was told she would keep it.

Loving the location, pool, hot tub this was a good vacation. After our 2.5 hr delay in cking in due to “a tech error” & Sarah cking us in after 3, we depressed. James n Ashley- staff were so good! We love the KOA and free delivery. The bathrm had same old soap in last stall whole time there n no soap r after it was “cleaned” at 9:20 am, by “BR”. Loved it as whole and most staff was gr

What a great KOA! We stayed in one of the cabins, it came with a fridge, microwave and tv. The KOA is really right in town, although you could never tell! We had a deck that looked over the campground and it was a great place to have our meals. The Bath House/Restrooms were kept very clean, as well as the entire campground. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful! We will be back!!

My trucks emblem was stolen off the front of my vehicle in the middle of the night while I was inside of it. Need to do a better job securing the premises

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
