Went midweek which was perfect traffic and people wise .. Nov 8-16. We did however need to move our spot ! We were in the front by the traffic and it was so loud , couldn’t sleep , had 3 fans going to mute some of the noise ! They were kind enough to move us to the back once a spot was available! We were in 181 those numbers are in the front ! 2nd spot was 205, so quite :) bathroom super clean

Great campground with an extremely helpful staff. I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the terrible Wi-Fi. My speed never was higher than 7 mbps and it had nothing to do with bandwidth because I tested the speed at all hours.

blessing. we had alot of trouble with the shower and trying to get it up to hot even after letting it run for awhile. we also could have used more interaction with housekeeping. we were kinda at a loss of where dirty towels were to be placed and we needed the sheets replaced and didn't know how to ask. we'll bring our own the next time

Perfect family campground for exploring the kid friendly area and visiting Dollywood. Trolley is conveniently located next door to the campground.

This is our favorite campsite now! Within walking distance to The Mill Restaurant and so many other fun places! Even a craft show right down the street!!! Our dogs loved running in the fenced in dog area. Already planning the next trip!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll preface this by saying we had to leave after only one night, however...During this trip we stayed at 4 different KOAs, at each we stayed in their version of a deluxe/fancy patio. The Pigeon Forge patio site was without a doubt the worst; skimpy, old furniture, a grill from the 1950's and tiny. Too many spaces jammed into a small area.

Nice campground!! Was very neat and tidy through our entire stay. I rented a premium site with the stone and pergola and it was fantastic. We had some campfires and spent some time under the pergola and it was very nice.

Section we stayed in this trip had roomy sites. Dog barking and no leashes is off the charts lately. (Everywhere not just KOA) would love a dog free section in campgrounds. Seemed a little short staffed, But grounds were nicely kept and in working order.

This is only the second time we have stayed at this location and it has been nothing but outstanding. We have now stayed with and with out our children and have truly enjoyed our stays. The bathrooms and showers are always clean. We also misplaced our dog's leash, conveniently the store at the KOA has a section for pet needs as well. Definity will return for future trips.

The cabin was wonderful! The campgrounds in general were very tidy and welcoming! And the two wonderful women at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and cracking jokes and being actual people!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean park, activities every day for the kids, and heated pool kept open in Nov, which was fantastic since it was in the 70s! Of course, it is the perfect location, just 2 minutes from the main Pigeon Forge strip. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The staff was awesome with the little interaction we had. The downfall of this campground is the space. We ran into traffic on the way but thankfully made it in time for an employee to direct us to our site. 2 separate guests had to move in order for us to be able to back in. Had we arrived later this would have been impossible to back into. The sites are very small and need additional space.

We stayed two nights 11/10-11/12, Veterans Day Weekend, in site W with a small motor home. Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful. The Veterans Day Dinner was delicious and such a wonderful tribute for our veterans. Also, this KOA is right on the Trolly Line, with a dedicated route to Dollywood, where they drop you off at the front gate. We will definitely be back!

I don't like rating this low. It's a lovely campground with very nice employees. My issue is the fact that yall don't limit the number of dogs on a site. We were beside someone who brought 6 dogs. That is ridiculous. I get being dog friendly. We love our dogs as well but it feels like being dog friendly is becoming more important than your customers. Hearing alot of barking isn't relaxing.

There for pleasure and to visit family. Weather was perfect! The camp site was good, a bit tight but not a deal breaker. Everyone friendly.

Late check in so didn’t get to use a lot of the amenities, but looked nice. Late check in was great. Staff we saw were friendly and helpful. Clean and modern rest rooms. Priced on the higher side. Need faster/ stronger Wi-Fi signal.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
