We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and gorgeous during the night. The pool was warm and perfect size! The host was friendly and personable. The store was well stocked. The club house was very clean and comfortable. The laundry was exceptionally well kept! We will absolutely come back to rest again!

New owners have made significant improvements to this park. It is a nice desert park; th estaff are friendly and competent. My complaint is that while I was able to connect to the park's wifi, I was never able to get internet access at all while we were there. It would seem that this park has a very limited pipe into the internet.

Nice facility’s desk staff was helpful. Young man who showed us our site was not very friendly. Never conversed with us or made sure our utilities were within reach. It’s a shame because we tip our guides. It’s not like they were busy we were one of maybe 10 trailers there. The Wi-Fi did work either and were told it normally doesn’t. Very nice, clean and easy to get in and out. The staff were very present and helpful. The campground store was bright and well stocked. The grounds were well maintained and everything was in working with exception of the WI-FI which I was unable to connect to. For me this is not a priority and did not impact my overall impression of the park.

We have stayed at the Picacho KOA several times over the past 3 years. Every time we come we see that the owners continue to make improvements to the facilities. The management is very friendly and helpful. We plan to continue staying there when travels bring us back to the area.

Very nice campground. Larger than normal spaces, nicely landscaped. Nice clubhouse with TV, games, dvds to borrow. Clean laundry with newer machines. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

They only have one grassy pet kennel sight and we were lucky enough to get it. The owner was very helpful and she helped us get into the site which for a 35' vehicle was not easy in the corner spot. We will definitely stay again.

Loud trains all night long. Truck freeway traffic horrible. Perhaps is you stay the furthest away from restrooms and pool would be quieter

Stayed 3 nights. Very clean and tidy park . Bathrooms, showers, pool area clean ., laundry also clean and tidy! Only negative was the constant hwy noise and railroad traffic all night. Realize that was not the parks control. This park is doing a great job. We will return.

Older park that is being updated and repaired by new owners. Couldn’t be nicer and accommodating staff. Very large sites and roads which is always a plus for larger rigs. Will be back!

It was quiet, not a lot of campers, understandably because weather is still hot. Everything was so manicured, and the owners are such friendly people, the first time I talked to her when we arrived, you felt so good, she just has such a nice aura. Thank you!

The directions to this place are pathetic. One would assume that you would have "potential" customers get off of I-10 at the Eloy exit and be only 2 miles from KOA..instead you have people get off on Picacho Peak exit and have to go 7.6 miles on "unmarked" service road (towards the Eloy exit I might add). I'm going to assume that you doing this allows you to tag your location as "Picacho Peak"

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

IF you are using google maps, you must change your settings to allow back-tracking! You must back-track 1 mile along the frontage to get to us, which we agree is better than 7 miles direct. Road signs, directory, website & us on the phone all say DO NOT exit at 219! USE 2-1-1! Thank you!

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of September. The owner Felicia was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to pick our own site with a lot of shade. They have done some great improvements on this park and continue to do more. They take great care of the grounds. We will stay here again.

Loved all the outdoor touches decks, furniture, fire pits, dog runs, games and the rec area was very nice. Super clean and quiet. Big Bunk friendly, we will stay anytime we are in the area!

Stayed for 6 weeks. Nice people but strict about the rules. Locally can see ski divers, climb Picacho Peak, go the Phoenix or Tucson. Would stay short term again.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay here at the campground in May of 2023. Sites were very clean and easy to get in and out of with a big rig. We felt the sites were a generous size. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Nice doggie park and play area for the kiddos. Highly recommend!!

Above Excellent! Our 1 night stop turned into 3 as our RV would not start. Brian Vesper Mobile RV Services was out 2 days in a row. He was unable to get the RV running and still charged us $445. Felicia, Brian, and Audra did everything they could to ease our stress during this breakdown in their KOA. They allowed us to return home, leaving RV there, even keeping a set of key for a Tow Driver.

Our campground site was spacious, the utilities (even the wifi) all worked fine. The pool was clean, and our contacts Felicia and her sister were extremely helpful and friendly.

If you need a clean, friendly and amazing place to stay, look no further! Felicia is the bomb! She was so friendly, kind and accommodating! The laundry facility is so clean! The clubhouse is organized and clean. She goes out of her way to make you feel cared for. The sites are large and plenty of room to spread out if needed. We had a little shade due to the trees. I can't say enough about this place. If only the KOA in Lordsburg, NM was this nice! It's not even close! Highly recommend!
