Campground was perfect for our one night stay. Clean and I liked the layout of the sites with nice tables and chairs. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were all alone, because the camp was closed for the summer heat and we were the last campers to reserve. The young man in charge said he had work to do for several days and didn't want to cancel us. That was nice, but it was getting hot there and we understood why they would want to close.

It was a fine overnight stay. I do see an unfortunate trend of KOAs becoming overpriced for what they offer, especially for overnight stays. It wasn't nice enough to be a resort destination itself, so I can't recommend it for the price.

The two ladies in the front office were very nice and super helpful. The campgrounds were very clean and updated. We will be coming back and yes we are telling all of our friends and family. Happy camping at Picacho KOA.

Small quaint park. Very clean, all needed amenities. Nice long sites. Privacy fences between many of the sites. Great patio options. Large shade trees throughout the park. The park itself is very quiet. There is road noise from traffic on I10 but it did not disturb sleep. We will definitely visit again. (We had RV slideout issues while there and the owner was very helpful and accommodating.)

The grounds are very well maintained. Wide variety of pull through sites. Lots of room. Game area and dog park areas. 8 minutes from Picacho State Park. We had an excellent stay. Thank you.

Stayed a quick overnight. But, found everything to be peaceful and quiet and totally acceptable for relaxing and getting a great night's sleep. That was most important to us.

Very clean and well kept. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Best to stay here during winter. Months as it gets very hot and windy late spring and summer.

Great park! Great staff. Everything was clean and organized and well maintained. Owners have put a lot of effort into little extras that make it more beautiful. Would stay again for sure. We were there 5 days and had a great experience.

We were just passing through for the night and were checked in by the owner who was very pleasant and welcoming. The park was neat and clean like every KOA! The road noise of I10 was somewhat constant but quieted down in the late evening.

The camp hosts were wonderful and accommodating, all around amazing people. The campground itself was peaceful and well kept. We will definitely visit again!

Stayed for over 4 months and would definitely stay there again! The people that work there and the owners are very helpful and generous.

Really appreciate the thoughtful touches! Decorated campsites, rocking chairs and picnic tables. Spotless grounds and lovely pool. Kindness and shade trees. One of our favorite stops this trip! Also loved the horses next door!

Everything was great as always. The park staff was upset about the outage but it was fine to us, it wasn't that long. Love the new upgrades done to the sites and looking forward to when more of them will be done. The staff always courteous and friendly. Will be back in the fall hopefully with some of our neighbors coming with their RV.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very neat and tidy park. Good sized sites and spaced apart . Some sites even have privacy fences and patios. It’s a smaller park and they have created a very peaceful setting. We were only there one night but would certainly go back and stay longer next time we are passing through.

We always stop here in our Class A, towing a vehicle. I reserve on the KOA website. We avoid arriving around noon as owner and family close for lunch. When pulling in, it can get congested at entrance, if a few RV's are all arriving at same time. Walk in, give your name and they give you a site map and an escort to your reserved spot. 3 minutes tops. Nice people, good service. We've been staying here since before the new owners a few years ago. We're in good hands with these owners! Clean restrooms. SEVERAL Big showers. Laundry. Mini-market. Otherwise Elroy is just a few Mile's before this KOA.

Clean campground with fabulously friendly staff. Good WiFi and laundry facilities and perfect spot for an overnight or extended stay to visit the many nearby historic & natural attractions.
