Picacho / Tucson NW KOA

Experience a true taste of the southwest

Get away from the concrete pads and city hustle to a desert oasis perfectly located between Phoenix and Tucson.  We are just off I-10 nestled between oleander hedges and under shade trees that hide away the highway.  The natural beauty of our surroundings coupled with great amenities; large, level pull-thru spaces and a heated pool make for the perfect place to unwind.   Bring your camera for the gorgeous pink to orange sunrises over the Picacho Mountains and the sunsets on the pastures to our west.  Your walking shoes will take you to plenty of attractions and activities including Picacho Peak State Park, Rooster Cogburn's Ostrich Ranch and the Casa Grande ruins up in Coolidge.  Museums, galleries, restaurants and shopping are 30 minutes away in Tucson (I-10E) and Casa Grande (I-10W past I-8).  Now open year-round with a pool and activities for plenty of family fun. Join us on an overnight stay on your way through Southern Arizona and stay for an extended visit where you'll want to return time and again.
