Where to start...we checked in friday afternoon. Friday evening at approximately 12:15 AM your campground allowed a family of 3 cars to pull in running a generator and car lights and spot lights to set up. We asked them to turn it off, quiet hour at 11 pm correct? That went on for about an hour and people yelling from their tents! They lit firecrackers and had to come on my site to get their kids

We appreciate hearing from you. Yes it was unfortunate that there was a very late arrival who was not very respectful. Our security guard had to practically sit with them to get them settled. We are aware that someone in your party was helping rescue kids from the river, therefore, on your site.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. We have being staying at this KOA off and on for over 30 years and have always enjoyed ourselves.

We love this campground and its friendly staff. Staff was responsive to an issue with very loud neighbors, although that was after we lost most of a night's sleep. Reminding campers of quiet hours when they check in might be helpful.

Tent Camping along the Brandywine River was great. The camp site is very spacious. It clams to be a grass site but had mostly dirt for usage. To give you a reference. The sites on the river with electric and water are big enough to house 4 vehicles if needed, but only 2 vehicles are allowed per site. Bathrooms were clean. The store has a good variety of supplies and souvenirs. Staff was helpful.

We had a great time. Beautiful setting on the River, nice pool, playground, jump pad, mini golf, store. We had a wonderful time making memories. Only thing I would say was you need more security to tell others to be quiet after the hours. I had to tell a site to be quiet cause they were partying at 12:10am.

Had a great stay with my son for 2 nights. Only thing I would change is the amount of walking and climbing hills to get to our site and the store area.

I have had 3 kids and I have had pet dogs. Kids can do more damage to a cabin than a dog. Yet you allow lots of children but NO pets in the cabins. My kids are grown, so just me and my dog would come to KOA often if you change your policy and allow a dog in the basic cabins. You will have more guests and no regrets! Also everyone would appreciate you reset the bath faucets for over 4 seconds!

Wonderful place! Beautiful tent sites along the Brandywine. Nice pool, playground, jump pad. Store has just about anything you might need and more, and staff are friendly and helpful. This is a perfect place to take young kids camping.

This was my first camping trip with my bestie Kelly! We had an amazing time. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The bathrooms were super clean. The staff was awesome! Thanks Ms. Doreen for adding more awesome sauce to our stay!!! We will see you soon.

The weekend before our reservation we visited the site and reception confirmed they locked in #126. Upon arrival the next week we were assigned spot 125 AND the spot was occupied. We were informed because the spot was not locked in as we were informed, nothing could be done. We were assigned #124. A different helpful employee gave our 2 yr old ice cream - thank you. Loud teens - music &barking dog

My family and I have visited this KOA in the past and it is yet to disappoint us! This time I can honestly say was even better than the last time. The customer service continues to be top notch and the campground is very beautifully maintained. This is my absolute favorite of all the campgrounds I’ve visited.

Campsites for tents were lovely, right on the water. Bathrooms were spotless, the store was well stocked and the staff were so nice and helpful!! My only wish was for hot coffee available earlier, but next time I’ll just bring my own way of making it :)

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.

Very nice KOA campground. Nicely laid out and extremely well kept. The “standard” we now measure other KOA Holiday locations by.

This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.
