NIce place - friendly staff. Roads in the campground need some work. Several potholes.

Campground itself was ok. Sites level & shaded. Biggest problem we had was the cable has snow so bad you couldn’t use it, and the Wi-Fi would barely work with email. So streaming was out of the question. Made for a very long rainy day.

Driving to and from this location was challenging. Other than that, it is in a very serene, quiet location with lots of amenities. The public restrooms/showers were excellent.

Level site, however was a little narrower than expected. Not a KOA issue, but the roads leading to the KOA are very narrow in many areas.

Although it was a rainy weekend, Wi-Fi was spotty at best a lot of washed out areas, unorganized activities nothing on the website for events for the weekend

110 power did not work at our site, lucky no one beside us so we could use theirs. Beautiful spot along the river. Wifi was terrible, travelling so needed ability to use. Overall clean and nice.

Roads inside the park are in bad repair and most of the sites need work and are not level. I would not recommend bringing a large RV to this park. Roads leading to the park are small and twisting and have a lot of tree overhangs that scrape the top of the RV.

Back roads on the campground are uneven and have many potholes that need to be fixed. We had to ask for another site since most of the sites are very uneven front to back and side to side. These really need to be graded better. Older campground with site maintenance needed.

The camp is welcoming and well-kept. The camp store is also very nice. Be prepared for the hills and curves, something that just comes with the territory. We can't comment on the bath or laundry facilities because we didn't use them. As far as area attractions, getting there can be an exciting drive. The roads are very narrow and curvy. Add some extra time when venturing out.

Fantastic camp ground and site. Cant say enough about this location. A beautiful well maintained location. The check-in and greeting we received by Emily was also top notch. Definitely on our list to revisit.

For being one of the smaller KOAs I have been to, it was a great little camp ground. Bathrooms were clean, the site I was in was clean and level. Wood was reasonably priced, everyone was really nice. The only thing is I remember seeing about fires needing to be out by 10, but feel that is a bit early. Can still be outside hanging by the fire and still honor quiet hours. Overall it was a great stay

We had a great time. The campground was very clean and well kept. Staff friendly. The sites were very spacious. We are excited to come back on another trip.

The campground was very nice and well taken care of. Nice campsites on gravel, several cabins and places for tents. Clean showers & restrooms.There are many activities for kids & families, unfortunately rain confined us to our camper for a few days so we did not get to use them. We did get to kayak one day in the creek running alongside the campground. Staff was great! We would definitely return.

Certain areas of the gravel road paths are in really bad shape and need to be paved or repaired, especially considering that the entire campground is very hilly and sloped. The TV cable connection did not work at our camp site (67). Other than that, everything was fine. Not a bad stay at all. Bathroom and shower were both clean and in good order. Very secluded location out in the country.

Great campgrounds and BEAUTIFUL patio site. Problem is access roads! Ridiculous bridge one way, low hanging trees and bad roads other way. Sorry! Really a challenge for big rvs!!

The lady at the office was so nice , the place was clean however our site was very difficult !!! It was a pull through however not enough wide and slented and we were obliged to put the trailer at the maximum of our calls !!!41/2inches to raise de trailer one side to be leveled and almost 6 inches in the front We do not like to sleep one over the other !!!!! And/ or our head in the the head bord

We stayed overnight and had a problem with our RV when we were getting ready to leave. The staff was very understanding and helpful. Beautiful area. Local restaurant delivers right to your campsite and their food is delicious. Only downside is roads are very narrow.

We enjoyed our camping stay at your campground. Campground was very clean and maintained. Staff was very friendly. Love the escort to your site and the morning pick-ups of trash. Did some fishing at the nearby river. Next time we will bring our kayaks to enjoy on the river. A visit to Longwood Gardens was enjoyable....only 10 minutes from the campground.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great smaller koa off the beaten path a bit tight getting there but well worth it. Park is hilly but the sights are fairly level. Quiet, clean and well kept park. We were under a black walnut tree unfortunately so those darn nuts kept falling on the motorcoach no fault of the park. Thank you koa staff for a great 5 day stay.

Overall. a good experience. Facilities & utilities were clean & up-to-date and staff friendly & accommodating. Only downsides were several large potholes & ruts in the gravel roadbeds and the very slow WiFi.

We stayed at west Chester koa for 7 nights. Very nice camp, well maintained, facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a back-in site, it was a little tight for our motor home and tow vehicle but we made it work. We definitely will come back to this koa.

site was good, except for cable service was very poor connection, however plenty of Over the Air digital stations. The site requires better leveling (side to side) since my 37' Fifth Wheel RV hitch required disassembly to disconnect the truck from the RV. driver side RV had to be raised about 4 inches to level RV. Otherwise eveything else was very good.

Got of to a bit of a bad start but turned out to be a great three days. the staff and manager were great and went out of the way to help us during our stay.

New ownership is showing sign of cutbacks to the care of the park. We were on site 82 and had to blow off the grass clippings and rocks. The shrubs are overgrown. The potted plant is horrible. And the furniture needs replacing. Not the quality of a premium site. This is so unfortunate as this is/was our favorite place.

Good amenities, beautiful campgrounds, roads are not the best (potholes) for a large class A rig (once you get up the hill). The public road to get to the park was windy and narrow for a large class A coach.

The roads on the property need work. Huge potholes and a lot of erosion. However, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are great. Friendly, helpful. I love that there is a creek on the property and we can bring our kayaks. There’s lots to see and do in the area. Improve the roads and I would give it a 10.

I have been coming to this koa for at least 10 years. It might be nicer if they would improve the campground roads.

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.

This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.
