Staff was very helpful. Camground is neat and clean. Lower site had great view of Brandywine Creek and farm on opposite bank.

We were there in a 32' class C camper with our 3 small ndkids for two nights. Patio space was very nice for our purposes. Kids loved the playground and the jump pad. We even went fishing in he Brandywine creek. This KOA is expensive but well maintained with a very nice camp store. Staff were friendly. Country roads in and out are very tight but we saw a few big rigs, so I guess they found a way.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our site was perfect, the set up worked well and it was an easy walk to the camp store. We had our 5 year old grandson and he loved the playgrounds, bounce pad and fishing.

Our stay 5/23-5/26 Staff was very helpful Location was very well kept If you're looking for a place just to kick back and relax definitely the place. It was about 1/4 full definitely recommend renting a Canoe or bring your kayak for a up stream trip . We also had our bikes but didn't use them, the main roads are a bit tight so we didn't want to take a chance.

Previous guest many times. Nice to see that the roads are finally getting paved. It is very hilly at the trailer sites and could be rough with the gravel climbing the hills pulling a heavy trailer. Overall, nothing to complain about. Everything is always so nicely maintained and the staff always friendly. Shower houses were clean. Look forward to my next stay here!

We stay here at least 3 or 4 weekends every year. Amazing campground, great staff, always a fun time. Highly recommend it!

The pool was only open on Saturdays. The other days we also wanted to go swimming (after all, it is a facility that is advertised) but for no reason the pool gate remained closed. Too bad, otherwise a nice campground, but if one can't use the available facilities, then that is a bad rating

I was very pleased with my stay. Actually was very surprised at how nice this campground was. It’s a smaller campground as far as sites are concerned. Laid out very nice. Beautifully groomed. All amenities. Clean clean clean. Great pool, playground, dog play area, Folks at check were very nice as well. Planning my next stay in august. I was site 30 over this past weekend. Thank you

Campground was nice, staff was friendly. Not sure we would return because we have a fairly large 5th wheel (45’) and sites were very uneven making it hard to level. Roads leading to the campground are not for the faint of heart.

First time ever staying at a KOA very new to rv. The girls at the front desk were great, super helpful. The park was really nice. I’d definitely go again.

Our reserved back in spot was unworkable because of trailer size and configuration of the site. The staff was most helpful in relocating us to a great location. We had a most enjoyable 4 day stay.

Beautiful site, peaceful campground, very well maintained, great play areas for the kids Only downside currently, the bridge on Embreeville coming from the south is out so you have to follow detours to get to the campground. The detour signs(I believe the state or county is responsible for these) are hard to follow, directions need to be more clear

Quiet CG. Friendly, helpful staff in the office. Well stocked store. Clean restrooms. Plenty of hot water. Road getting to the CG is rough, narrow & winding (no fault of CG). Once in the CG, getting to our site was somewhat of a challenge. Site was NOT close to being level. Actually saw absolutely no level campsites.CG is over priced.

The only issue was the sewer drain at my spot was as high or higher than the outlet on my TT making it difficult to empty my tanks. Other than that a beautiful campground and friendly crew

We have been staying at this campground for many years & come at least once per year. It is very well-maintained and clean. We like the looks of the new improvements, including patio sites with nice landscaped fire pit seating areas. Need to try one sometime. It is a great location to visit numerous gardens, especially our favorite, Longwood Gardens.

We were escorted to our site upon arrival which is always nice. Campground was very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Our site was a bit small and where the fire pit was located, we were unable to use it as it was too close to our camper and our neighbors camper. This was a little disappointing since that is one of my favorite parts when camping. Overall - great place.

Stayed around 18 days, wonderful newer site with patio, loved it. Quiet, clean, neat and fantastic service. Staff were very friendly, attentive and customer friendly. Had propane filled easily when needed. Trash pickup a d site, grass maintenance was excellent. I highly recommend this park!!

Beautiful campground. Stayed down by the creek. A bit muddy. Just needs some gravel and an upgraded fire pit. Otherwise perfect!

We were unimpressed with this campground. With paying extra for kids, we expected more activities and didn’t expect that we would have to pay extra for crafts. Also we had a river front site which is why we picked this campground and were told we had to move for our 2nd night but they wouldn’t refund our 2nd night if we wanted to leave since we couldn’t have the view that we wanted due to

It is a lovely well run campground, however we had sites down by the Brandywine and there is no bath house facility down there. It is unclear on the campground map that there is a very steep hill you have to use to get to the bath house next to the office which is the closest. This is a very difficult hill to maneuver for a person with slight disabilities. Problems with bridge being out

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.
