Like everyone they seem understaffed. Bounce pillow was not open for the kids, even when they asked for it.

I reviewed your reservation and it appears we had rain on the day you are talking about. When the jump pad is wet we do indeed keep it off for safety reasons

The KOA was one of our favorites that we've ever been to. Our only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to get to.

Friendly staff. Site was ok. Need more Bathhouses and a few boards in bridge in nature walk needed replaced. Grounds overall were very well kept and we enjoyed our stay.

we were there for the weekend. We had site 104, right across from the Brandywine river. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There was a farm across the way and in the morning hours...early, with the mist and ducks swimming by, horses in the field and some deer it made a great picture. It was nature at it's best. The site was clean and pretty level. We will be staying again in the near future.

Our site was very unlevel and we weren’t even able to have enough space for 5 of us .

I reviewed your reservation and it states your party was 2 adults. Had we known the correct number of people, you may have received a different site and charged accordingly

The the directions to get there are crap. After dealing with "Bridge Out" issues trying to get there the trip is ruined from the start. I would never go back.

I have been staying at this KOA for over 20 years and most of my time is spent in center city Philadelphia regional rail is nearby so I do not have to drive into the city and as a senior the rail trip is free.

Road in is pretty much cars/trucks only. Bent TV antenna on tons of low hanging tree branches. Shower facilities left allot to be desired! Overall not worth the $$$.

Clean. Spacious pull-thrus. Not overly crowded even tho a gorgeous weekend in June. Great area for walking (trails/tracks). Stream FULL of great-sized bass! Only bummer was the longer route needed to get there from the bridge wiped out by Sandy.

It was absolutely one of the cleanest,well-kept campgrounds we have ever experienced. Our site was incredibly beautiful with a view of the woods instead of neighbors. The staff were so friendly and helpful. If I could I would give it 10 stars!!!

For years we would see Judy and Dick at the store. Sorry to hear of Dicks passing. The new generation is doing a fine job. Rebecca i believe her name was, seemed to enjoy doing her job in the store as well as on the Cart helping outside. There also was a young man maybe in his 20's. Gauging his earlobes. was also very nice. I am part owner of pretty large company- Very nice to see enthusiasm. VG

We always have a great time at KOA West Chester. We have been going there for 30 years and always make great memories. So many fun things to do and it is so clean amd well maintained.

I would say trying to get to the KOA is really a hassle. Coming from Rt 1 and 82 detoured onto 842 was like going into nowhere. I will need to try another route going there .My one concern at the site was that i could not receive TV service, no matter what I tried.-- new cable and all. My van TV works well at other KOA'es without any problems. This is not the first time at this site.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely resort with fun amenities, a well stocked store and spacious sites. The property was well maintained, clean and landscaped very well. Loved it!!

Access to park very poor with trees overhanging roadway and brushing side of coach. Arrangement of pull-thru sites not far enough from drives. Someone entering near us hit our Awning. Sewer inlet was below grade and surrounded by ant bed. Dog park needs some attention including large gaps under gates.

Beautiful campground but rude owner. We stayed in a deluxe patio site and our young children (5 & 2) used sidewalk chalk on a few of the patio stones. (According to the owner this was "defacing his property") Two hours after check out we were charged $50 on our credit card, without our permission, for a damage fee. Nowhere in any of their policies was this damage fee outlined i is n any way.

Thank you for the comments , however when a campsite needs to be turned around and extra work is necessary due to negligence a fee is sometimes warranted. If sidewalk chalk is so easily cleaned it should have been done before departure which would be good camper etiquette.

The campground is nice. Small but clean. Great pool and store. Everyone was friendly. A challenge to get to after leaving the main highway. Very narrow roads to the campground.

Every one we dealt on the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, throughout our stay.. One of them spent 45 minutes helping us back into a terribly difficult location. The camp grounds are beautifully maintained, clean and neat. We can't say enough good things about this KOA.

Always a great time here. Right on the Brandywine river. Fun for the kids and us adults. Thunderstorm rolled in and staff got everyone out of the pool right away. I don’t know about the restrooms because I didn’t use, but the campground is clean.

We absolutely love this campground! We stay here twice a year and still have not seen or done everything nearby. The campground itself is beautiful and well maintained, as is the surrounding area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Campers are kind, respectful and pleasant to camp with.

Staff was very helpful. Camground is neat and clean. Lower site had great view of Brandywine Creek and farm on opposite bank.

We were there in a 32' class C camper with our 3 small ndkids for two nights. Patio space was very nice for our purposes. Kids loved the playground and the jump pad. We even went fishing in he Brandywine creek. This KOA is expensive but well maintained with a very nice camp store. Staff were friendly. Country roads in and out are very tight but we saw a few big rigs, so I guess they found a way.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our site was perfect, the set up worked well and it was an easy walk to the camp store. We had our 5 year old grandson and he loved the playgrounds, bounce pad and fishing.

Our stay 5/23-5/26 Staff was very helpful Location was very well kept If you're looking for a place just to kick back and relax definitely the place. It was about 1/4 full definitely recommend renting a Canoe or bring your kayak for a up stream trip . We also had our bikes but didn't use them, the main roads are a bit tight so we didn't want to take a chance.

Previous guest many times. Nice to see that the roads are finally getting paved. It is very hilly at the trailer sites and could be rough with the gravel climbing the hills pulling a heavy trailer. Overall, nothing to complain about. Everything is always so nicely maintained and the staff always friendly. Shower houses were clean. Look forward to my next stay here!

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.

Very nice KOA campground. Nicely laid out and extremely well kept. The “standard” we now measure other KOA Holiday locations by.

This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.
