The staff there was friendly and kind, grounds were pristine and well maintained and the pool was crystal clean and so warm. Had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

I believe that with Very Little work quite a few sites could be made more level! I'm a certified Engineer. Just a recommendation...

� first…Pool was next to the dump station…when the wind blew watch out and a child tried to rinse off at the dump station because it’s right in front of the pool. �…Staff were nice and helpful. Bathrooms clean. Overall a nice campground.

Only had one working shower in our area and one womens x bsthroom. Staff in office was very nice and helpful and friendly. A bit hilly sites position of campfire rings difficult to find level area to sit safely by fire

We do offer 2 restroom buildings that accommodate both men and women for our guests. Unfortunately, repairs do need to be made and the building closest to your site was down one shower.

We chose the campground over others for its riverfront sites and booked one online. Upon arrival after a 7 hour drive, we were told that we would not be on the river, but in the RV park, due to a glitch in the reservation software. We requested a discount but were declined by the very unfriendly & unaccommodating owner who claimed the inconvenience was actually an "upgrade".Didn't stay a 2nd nite.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Your reservation was made at 10:20pm after store hours one day before your arrival. Upon opening in the morning, the discrepancy was discovered and we called you 1/2 after opening to inform you of the issue. You did not answer and did not call back. What were we to do?

This was our first stay at the Philadelphia/West Chester KOA. Myself, my husband, and grandson stayed a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was my grandson’s first camping experience and he had a wonderful time playing with a few really nice children his age. We would recommend this KOA location to everyone. It was very well kept and clean, with very friendly staff.

Me and my son really enjoyed ourselves this past weekend. Tho there was a large group that wasnt very considerate to other, I was really pleased with the staff. My son had so much fun with the activities with the tie dye and the popsicle hunt! Thank you for a great stay. Johnathan Wilson

a nice campground and all of the staff was wonderful incredibly friendly and helpful. I will defiantly be back. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my only complaint is the water pressure it is not very good which made showers and doing dishes difficult. I talked to some other people that were there and they had the same problem. But other than that minor inconvenience it was great

This is a well kept and clean campground. The staff is also very friendly. The water pressure is alittle low but other then that we really enjoyed this campground. Will we be back!

The July 4th weekend was so much fun! Every employee we came into contact with was pleasant and extremely helpful. The balloon artist and the rocket making and launch were tied for the best activities of the weekend.

This is a very clean campsite and very friendly staff. The pool can get crowded on the weekends in the summertime, but plan accordingly. We come to this campground atleast 4 times a year. We love the KOA patios. Very well maintained and nice size campground for our needs.

This is a very nicely landscaped and clean campground. This was my 3rd time camping here. It was a little tricky with the bridge closure so check on directions before you go.

Access to the campground from the south is closed due to a bridge that's out. The other access roads to the campground are navigable but narrow and windy with low hanging tree branches in some locations. Plan your route ahead based on your rig and take your time on the access roads.

We knew that there was a brdge out before arriving. However, we could not figure out how to get to the campground. Our GPS could not figure it out either. We called the campground and a kind camp worker came to where we were and guided us to the campground. I think the campground should provide more detailed directions. The sites are not very level but they are spacious. The staff were great.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the fixing of the bridge to get to the campground. We do our best to direct you in. Calling is always best as you see we went out of our way to bring you in.

Quiet, clean and very well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back as soon as possible. My only concern was about how a state with a 10 Billion dollar surplus, with one of the HIGHEST GAS TAXES in the US, has such crappy roads. It was like driving in Afghanistan. The governor must want to give campers the Conestoga Wagon experience getting to a destination.

Major concern for other campers at this site. I did tell my "complaint" at the front office. I hope the concern would be addressed. The sewer pipe is too HIGH to accompany the out flow of dirty/clean water from the RV I had to up lift the out going tube 2 to 3 times a day in order for the water to drain into the sewer pipe. For an elderly person it gets to be quite a chore. Please correct.

Very nice site. Clean quiet shady. Charcoal Grill and fire pit excellent. Patio chairs and umbrella were very handy. If we get this Far East again we will definitely stay here. Thanks.

Amazing campground fun for all ages. One thing, rv sites by the river filled with poison Ivy on the hill. Little kids all over the place so we had to be careful. We had a great time though and look forward to our next trip as this was number 3 there for us!

Beautiful campground. Clean & well maintained. Great staff. Wonderful patio site. Quiet country setting. Access to the facility fairly tricky due to storm damaged bridges. Some added directions & signage would be helpful.

The camp was clean and beautifully maintained. The owners and their family were very friendly and involved throughout the stay. There are so many cute activities (ceramics, smores, lollipop scavenger hunt) throughout the weekend. The pet enclosure area is the best we have seen, with lots of room, benches and an extra security fence to keep your furry ones safe.We will definitely stay again.

Actually the associates were very nice and gave us good information how to go to Philly. The camping areas seemed to be “helter skelter.” The roads to get to the park and to go anywhere sightseeing etc were very narrow and tree lined.

We love this campground! It’s clean, quiet, and well-run. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The camp store is well stocked with everything you might need plus lots of extra fun stuff. We will be back for sure!!

We had a blast over Father’s Day weekend. The organized activities for the families but especially the kids were great, especially the annual rocket create and launch!!! My husband and whole family had a perfect weekend!!!

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.

This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.
