Far from the road so quiet. Mattresses in the camping cabin are a bit too hard. Easy to get to Philadelphia from there. Staff very helpful.

Sites very un-level side to side and front to back. We were in a pull through carved out of a slight rise. Cable did not work- young lady in the office was not helpful , but pointed to TV in office that had a clear picture. Another employee told us on our second day that they are having a lot of trouble with reception. Damaged our SatDish and OTA on very low trees on roads to the KOA.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Grounds were very well maintained and the setting is lovely on the Brandywine Creek.

We stayed in the pool for several hours, our campsite was beautiful and next time we want to bring our dog. The staff were kind and helpful. It is very clean.

This was our second trip here and in the same cabin. This is a delightful area and a relaxing was to spend the weekend with friends.

Very friendly staff with everything a campgrounds needs. The only recommendation is to make shower stalls ADA accessible.

Friendyl staff and very helpful. Camp ground was clean and very inviting. Extremely quiet at night which was perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Our stay was pretty much perfect except that our next door neighbors decided to pack out and leave between midnight and 2AM. They did not even attempt to be quiet and were dropping kayaks and yelling the whole time until 2AM. We are all so exhausted. As much as we loved all the amenities at KOA and the friendly staff, I don’t know if we’ll stay again. Yelling and music next door until 2AM s

We decided to stay at the last minute while passing through. The staff was kind and helpful, and all of the facilities were very clean.

It was amazing! We rented all but one cabin for our students and staff and everything was clean and well tended. The students enjoyed all of the activities that the campground had to offer. We already booked for next year!

Beautiful campground. We stayed at site 82, one of the deluxe patio sites, and the view was beautiful! Greta staff and amenities. We’ll certainly be back!

Store was open until 9pm daily. Our group of seven visited the store at 8:10pm with the intention of buying ice cream. We were rudely told that they stopped serving ice cream at 8pm. A family of four before us had just been denied ice cream service as well. When we questioned the store closing at 9, we were rudely told that the ice cream hours are clearly posted.

Everything was really nice. Clean park. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only issue was we went to the pool around 7:20 pm knowing the pool closing time was 8 pm, but around 7:25 a staff member comes over to tell us that the pool closes at 7:45 to close it down. That was disappointing. If the pool actually closes at 7:45 pm, then the sign should state 7:45 pm, not 8 pm

This is the second time we have stayed at your KOA. It is a great location and generally speaking, the staff is very warm and welcoming and helpful.

My only complaint would be, the cabin. I paid for 2 nights, not cheap and the cabin was filthy. The cob webs, and dust were awful. They need to be cleaned

Park was extremely clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Staff was all super friendly. Pool was clean and refreshing. Ice cream was delicious. The store Carrie’s many items all reasonably priced. The only negative thing I can say is too many flies.

Enjoyed our stay at this location, beautiful campground. Very clean and lots of ammenities. I would like to add a suggestion - put ice cream hours on front door, assumption is that you are scooping until the store closes, never would have thought to look at the actual ice cream case to see hours, dissapointed family of 7 at 8:05 when we realized that it closed at 8pm not 9pm when store closed.

Site 44. The whole area around us smelled like dog urine and feces. Area was clean but the smell was too much to sit outside. We were not close to the dog park either. Campground was really nice other than the smell. Shame bc it really permeated the entire area.

Campsite and campgrounds are beautiful, perfectly maintained and clean. The cabin was great for my kids and I. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience, this was my second year in a row I came to this campgrounds with my family.

We had a really lovely stay! The cabin was quaint and clean - just the right size for a quick weekend getaway! The facilities were great. Everything was well tended to! The playground, gaga ball, jump pad, butterfly garden, mini golf, and pool were awesome for our 5 year old! The general store was well stocked. Everyone was friendly!

We were appropriately notified in advance about access issues due to road closure. This did make it difficult to find RV appropriate roads when we were leaving. Site well maintained. It was a good thing we had a copy of our online receipt as we we escorted to a regular site, not the the patio site we reserved and paid to use. The discrepancy was resolved and our 2 night stay was fine.

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.

Very nice KOA campground. Nicely laid out and extremely well kept. The “standard” we now measure other KOA Holiday locations by.

This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.
