I had my camper at this location and the staff and park was awesome. Couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay.

Awesome place. Very clean and quiet I look forward to staying again for next years BBQ and Bugs show 2024. Very clean campground and the restrooms are off the chart excellent. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a relaxing weekend. See you next year!

This KOA was immaculate, even though it was 3 weeks after a hurricane! The staff was so helpful with lists of nearby attractions, events, and restaurants. Love the little store!!

We stayed 1 night. Had a nice gravel pull thru spot. Was able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. If staying longer, the premium sites looked nice. Will stop again if we’re in the area.

Loved it! Only complaint was the super bright security light right by our campsite (b2). Next time we’ll go with a back in site!

This was definitely our dogs favorite RV park! We stayed on site C9, with the fenced in patio and dog run. Should we ever return to the area she'll insist we get that same site. There was a lot of noise from the work crews cleaning up after the hurricane but we understand and are confident any future stay would be more peaceful.

We visited Perry knowing that hurricane Idalia had gone through the campground and the town. The owners are most gracious and friendly as usual. We stayed in one of the sites that has an enclosed patio where we let our dogs loose as we enjoy the outdoors with them. We have visited this KOA multiple times and it is always clean and inviting.

There were plenty of campsites that were empty, but we were placed in a site that was right next to the brightest streetlight I’ve ever seen! Even our blackout window coverings couldn’t make the motor home dark. The live-in campers had loud trucks and motorcycles late at night, and early morning going to and from work. The convenient location is the only reason I’d go back.

This is our second stay here and the improvements they have made are AWESOME! We LOVED the new patio sites along the tree line! We have already booked 2 more stays and this is definitely our go to place when traveling northwest out and in Florida from our Indian Rocks Beach home!

Just 2 weeks after Idalia roared through, we were amazed at the work being done to get the campground cleaned up & sites repaired. The staff cleaned the laundry building & restrooms daily, picked up trash & were the kindest people in a difficult time. The pool was wonderfully clean. We plan on stopping in next summer on our way to Missouri & Arkansas. And we LOVED our corner lot at the pasture!

Beautiful park, very shady with old large Oaks. Sites are spacious, clean and hookups in good working order. Great amenities and friendly staff. We will return. Very nice relaxing weekend. Thank you!

For the price point, I expect more from a campground. While they were still cleaning up a bit from the hurricane, I could tell it was just okay even before then. The dog park was re-opened after clearing a tree, but all the little twigs and branches that could literally poke out an eyeball were still there. We took a few minutes and threw out as much as we could, not sure why they didn’t do

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Considering other recent reviews, your crystal ball might need a tune up! All staff, including part time staff, has worked full time without days off since they returned after the mandatory evacuation. If twigs are the only ongoing issue then we have awesome staff.

It was post hurricane so we didn't know what to expect...campground was all pulled together, nice shady site, great bathrooms, pool was open etc. It was a little buggy so have some spray or candles on hand. We will definitely be back.

Not much can be said, they survived the hurricane pretty much intact. They were wonderful hosts while continuing their cleanup. Would surely stay again.

They were just days after a hurricane had did sever damage to the Perry area and they were back up and running. They unbelievable helpful in spite of the extra hard work they had to do to get every repaired, cleaned up and taking care of business. We were their on an overnighted but we would return.

This was a great find. A very large campground with beautiful sites. Ours had a beautiful Oak tree on it and a swing. The staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Stayed two nights in C12 back in sight while on a area bicycle tour. Very nice well shaded pride of ownership is very evident throughout the park. Facilities were super clean. They were doing groundwork site setup and they turn water off 2 days in a row short time only. Communication regarding that was excellent and shows they are interested in further upgrades. Well worth the visit. Will return!

This park is now one of our favorites. We will be staying here ever time we go through. Very clean and all hookups are updated. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional. They made us feel like we were very special.

Shana was great on the phone before we arrived. Campground is immaculate with awesome pool and shower facilities. We plan on returning with some fellow campers. Have been to several KOA campgrounds and this rates at the top of the list.

It is a very nice park and the staff was wonderful. Bathhouse is great. Sites have nice picnic tables and fire pits. Some have nice wooden swings.

This KOA is so beautiful and well maintained. I love the site with the dog yard that we book under the big oak trees. Bryan and Debbie are constantly making this campground better. The general store had what we needed and even delivered an item to our RV without being asked. That was so unexpected. We do call this KOA our retirement spot.

We stayed 4 weeks at the Holiday KOA Perry and didn't want to leave! The Staff is super helpful, the grounds are extremely well kept, and WIFI and internet are top notch! They are are even expanding to add more sites in a completely shaded section in the "woods"! The sunsets! We loved it SO much, we are going to book another month towards the end of the year! I highly recommend the Perry KO

Absolutely the best koa I have been to, will certainly return, owners are very friendly and accommodating , everything is clean , pool , bathhouses, close to take out chinese food !!

Park is nice, well groomed and clean. Sites are spacious and level. We paid $71.00 for our premium site. It had a nice pation, chairs, and fire pit and plenty of room. I have two complaints. The bath house was being worked on so it was not usable at all. The sew connection was recessed 3" down in concrete and we could not connect our sew hose fitting.Owner said buy a extnstion or hold the in/

Great stay with ample amenities. Staff is super friendly, and we love the spots with the gated room for our pups to play freely. They also have a good-sized dog play area if you are traveling with a pet and don't snag one of these spots. Nice little store, clean restrooms, and a pool/spa that is open 24/7. Great place to take a trip to, or stop at during a long trip for a break.
