I stayed in a cabin during my annual fishing trip in mid-October. It was conveniently located only minutes away from the sections of the PM I fish. The cabin had a bathroom/shower, small fridge, sink & microwave. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to store my things. Fire pit outside w/chairs, along with a charcoal grill, plus chairs/table on porch. I would definitely return.

The deluxe cabin was very nice. We only had one campfire due to the weather but it would be better if the wood was kept dry. It was hard to get the fire started and very smoky. Especially since the price is higher than at a store.

It's a Fantastic Family Fun Place ���� staff is always friendly and helpful grounds are well kept and lots of activities for kids. Can't wait to go back next Summer � and again for Halloween �

Great place to stay. Nice deep and wide sites in the back. It would be nice if the wifi extended further into the campground. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay and we’re impressed with your campground. It is very nice and can see the amount of work that was put into making it a nice place. We will definitely consider staying there again if we are in the area.

The people running this KOA are ALWAYS available if you have questions. It’s absolutely amazing how friendly they are and the amount of activities they do for all the kids. Keep up the great atmosphere and we’ve already reserved our spots for next year. Thank you!

Very lovely park, well maintained and perfect for kids. A lot of really fun activities were available to the kids for the weekend and they had a blast. The camp staff was also very friendly and helped anyway they could.

We stayed the last weekend of the season and were doing Leaf Peepers. They had quite a few fun looking Halloween themed activities for kids and families.The facilities were clean and well maintained. The KOA staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were really pretty. We plan on staying during the summer and coming back for the Fall colors.

It was quite upsetting to be hassled over $8 KOA campfire wood non purchase. I paid over $600 for the deluxe cabin and did not need the petty evening hassle by I assumed was a KOA staff member. My guest did not know the KOA rule and promptly made the firewood purchase. They were told they do not mark down the campsite that purchased the firewood. Also, FYI, Fry pan in cabin no Teflon, toss it.

We had a great stay. The only thing I would change is to have staff available on weekdays as well as weekends.

Everything is run down and over priced for the location. Slide wasn’t open but a couple hours. We usually do all of the activities where we camp but this location was an exception. We went into Ludington for activities. RV sites were crammed together unlike any other campground we’ve visited. I would not return or recommend this KOA. The next time we visit Ludington we will stay at state park.

Stayed one night, it was fine A lot of new construction, and I'm sure it is going to be a really nice place in a year or so.

Cabin was very clean and well kept. Staff was extremely attentive. Loved cabin #5, close to the pool and store but because of the way the cabin is situated it felt like we just camping in the woods. Kids also had a ton of fun Halloween camping here!

All the people we talked with were great and were able to help with all of my questions. We stayed in the new part of the campground and although it is still very rough I can tell it will be very nice. My only issue is with the fire wood if we can't bring our own then the wood for purchase should be less expensive or at the very least dry. Overall a great stay and we will be back with friends.

Brian was very friendly and went out of his way to provide great service. Loved the newness of the upper park with patio, chairs-tables and full hook up. Great location for enjoying the natural surrounding resources. Park was clean and orderly. Hope to return 2024-2025!

We had a great time at this KOA. First time at a KOA for me, but I enjoyed it! Great location and the sites were huge for tenters! Always something to do as well! Facilities were clean and the upkeep was great. Would recommend this to friends and family.

It was a great experience. Facility and events weee great. I just hoped that there was a more flexible cancellation policy for cabins just like the hotels.

My only complaint would be the number of text messages I received. Too many for my situation as a single camper. Just there for fishing. I can see that as a family with children it would be good to know all the things that were going on. There should be a way to opt out of the text messaging.

I was very pleased with the amenities available and the privacy of my campsite. Check in and check out were easy and quick. The campground bathrooms were clean and organized. I look forward to returning.

I have been to this campground for my yearly fishing trip for 12 years now and this year I decided to bring my family along with me and my girls had a great time. The facility has been improved so much since the early years. I'll be back many more years. Thanks to the staff for being awesome! The Brown's

My boy and I have used the KOA for several years when we come up salmon fishing. Staff members are always friendly. We are looking forward to coming back in a couple of weeks!

Definitely not a typical KOA and that was the cool part. Plenty to do and they offered a lot of unique things like the warm cinnamon rolls in Saturday morning. It was perfect while we packed up to head out to another KOA. The staff were more than helpful after we showed up late on check in night.

Nicole pre-trip advice on road selection made our travels event free. Sites are spaced apart giving comfort to our stay. Excellent playground for the kids. Restroom/showers dated but very clean. And the icing on the cake- staff always smiles and waves

We return every year, with our group of friends, to enjoy the many things to do in the area. We tend to need different amenities as some want to use RV's and tents while others want to use the cabins. The staff was very accommodating and we all enjoyed our time there.

The owners and staff were over the top helpful and very responsive. The campground was well maintained and very clean. The internet was not good on the weekend with a full house but all the other factors make up for that issue. Great place!!

Upper camping area has numerous larger lots. Were on lot 232, probably the best lot. Also probably the nicest lot that we have stayed on ever. Only one bath house in the lower area. Various activities for kids to do, but no train ride Located about 30 minutes away from Ludington. In a very remote area, so very quiet from outside noise. Hoped that there would have been more grass on/near lots.

My family and I had an incredible stay! The campground hosts went way above and beyond in several different ways to make sure it was a great experience. We had everything we needed available to us and there were plenty of activities. The campsite was private, shaded, and huge. Everything was very clean and easy to find. The staff was readily available and so helpful!!

Stayed last summer with family. Lots of activities for the kids. Pool area is nice. The male owner was fun, nice, and helpful. We didn't care for the site we had and he showed us around and moved us. Wish the roads would have been paved so kids could ride bikes/ scooters everything is large gravel and rocks. Staff was helpful and delivers fire wood. Kinda a haul to Ludington.

By far my favorite KOA in the state of Michigan. Secluded but with all the great activities. Close to the Pere Marquette River for fishing and kayaking and a quick easy drive to Ludington as well. The kids love this one and so do the dogs. We have brought our camper and those sites are so nice and we have also stayed in the cabins and they are always clean and comfortable.
