Very Clean Location, but this park was packed with full time living. Sites were cramped even when I paid extra for the "larger" site with a view. So close to other sites I could not leave my windows open. I was either getting bombarded by cigarette smoke or diesel exhaust. Would be a good stop for the night, but not ideal for a family excursion. Sorry...

Good location. I stayed over one night. The pull through was fairly flat; enough I did not have to levelers down. The pet fenced in area was rather small but better than not having one.

I had to attend an event the people working there helped us find the location and they were always available for what ever we needed . My husband also stated the bathrooms/ shower rooms were the cleanness he had ever seen. Everything is well maintained and the staff are great .I would recommend it to any one travelling in these parts

They went above and beyond my expectations. The gas fire pit didn’t work properly and when the couldn’t fix it they went out and bought a new one and installed it that afternoon. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you and if we ever travel through Pendleton Oregon that is where we will be staying.

It wasn’t the stay that earned the 10/10 it was the manager’s (Kana) actions after we left. We had an unfortunate experience with one of the staff members but Kana went above and beyond to rectify it and to make me want to come back again. She excels in customer service and went above and beyond. Thank you Kana.

We only stayed one night traveling through on our way to the coast. Staff was super friendly and when I discovered an issue with a brake on my trailer wheel, they went out of their way to suggest places for parts and /or repairs. The spaces are a little close together and there appears to be a lot of year round trailers on site. Full hookups worked well. WiFi was not good.

The propane fireplace did not operate, was out of propane, traded tanks with BBQ and still would not operate. Facility was clean and spot was ready and clean. Seemed to be allot of long term residents in park.

It was an overnight stay. The grounds were full but so quiet, got a great night's sleep. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. However, we could not hook up to their wifi.

Nice campground, but there were too many who were long term. They should be placed up front in the campground. Too busy with the kids going to school and the cars with loud mufflers coming in and out till late hours.

We were.very happy with our site. It had a lot of space and felt very private. Though the barbecue did I work the first night, there was a brand new one waiting for us the next evening. Great service.

Nice place and clean but very hard to back into and could not open our slide. You should redo your spaces to fit today’s RVS. as we all know without your slide open very difficult to be comfortable and get around in your rig.

Backing in isn't a problem but the trees made the manuvering a 45 minute process. Should have been 5 minutes. The space for our truck was so small it stuck out 2 feet. The people are great and they try to make things nice. We needed a larger space. Very clean and easy to get to.

Safe, clean and quiet. The hosts and staff are awesome! One night the neighbor’s dog was barking uncontrollably for a long time. It was well after “quiet time”. When we finally had to call Kana, she took care of it immediately. The staff is friendly and helpful, and cook-up some terrific meals on occasion.

Premium site on end is in no way a pull through, as most of the sites are so crowded and tight. The park is more an established trailer court than a campground. There needs to be more bathrooms and showers to accommodate the number of people living there.

The park is tidy. The part I was most impressed with was the CLEAN Bathrooms and Shower!!! I like to use the shower in a park every once-n-awhile because the water pressure usually feels nice through my long hair. These facilities were clean, smelled nice, and the water pressure was great!!

We stayed at the Pendleton KOA Journey in April with a large 5th wheel. We didn't expect to find a pool, spa or other amenities. Pros: *Easy to find and access from I-84. *Quick check in with reservation. *Has a small store on site; propane available *Road was paved; turns were easy to make *Beautiful view from our level concrete site *Tow vehicle parking space at the site *Nice, new wooden picnic table at the site *Clean park and QUIET at night *Pet friendly; has a doggie park *Really nice, caring 'people oriented' managers *Cable TV was clear and good; hook ups were good Cons: *Tight sites (if your RV/trailer is long and/or has slides on both sides) *Long grass & weeds at sites *Too many 'long term' RV-ers *There were wooden 'porches' stored in the way across from our site so we struggled backing into it. Rehooking and pulling out was okay. This park is really nice for a night or two stop over, but because of the 'long term' RV-ers, we personally wouldn't stay longer than that. One of the nicest 'Journey' category KOAs we've stayed at. Recommend reservations ahead of time if possible.

Very nice park. Level sites with great views. Staff is friendly. Best little dog park. Only here two nights, but this goes on our favorites list. Highly recommend.
