Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet! Clean and warm showers and bathrooms. A wonderful place to rest up and clean up between dry camping. And we had a nice gas fireplace and a view! And a great price!

Your Facility is pretty good for a Private RV Park. Good for a safe, clean short stopover. It met our needs. My biggest criticism was the frustration and difficulty in Changing the Date of our reservation. Difficult with much ball dropping and excuses by your staff.

The staff were great and there were some nice things about it, such as the showers, bathrooms, laundry rooms. The part I was unhappy with was maybe unavoidable for where the property is but the tent camping has no wood fire option as well as being placed close together and right next to an apartment complex. It’s more like camping in someone’s front yard than actually camping.

Good stay! The site is close to the highway but we couldn't hear traffic at all, which was great. Great facilities and super friendly and fast check-in experience. The only thing we thought could be improved was the wi-fi. The connection was pretty sporadic, but did work. That aside, we enjoyed our stay and our time in Pendleton.

We were there for just a couple of days and had a very nice visit. The folks are all very nice and the park is really well taken care of.

Great, had to cancel one night stay because of a medical recovery. Sent the notification to them and within an hour they changed my reservation and had a new one.

Wonderful! I can't say enough good things about Pendleton KOA! Thanks to Josie, the restrooms are SPARKLING clean, Maya, Michelle, Andrea and Kana are delightful and reservations and extending stay at last minute was pleasantly accommodated! I would go out of my way to stay at this fantastic KOA again!!

Pleasant staff, easy check in. We stayed in a Pull Thru with a 39 ft 5th wheel. Lanes were wide enough but the sites were a bit small.

Good. The site we were assigned originally (site 71) was unlevel meaning our best efforts with the hydraulic levelers and blocks fail to level our unit. With the assistance to the campground attendants, we were moved to site 40 and were able to level our unit.

We stayed there for a couple months while working in town could never get a receipt we got hosed on the amount of time we stayed the last month there I actually got suspended from work for a whole day because we couldn’t get a receipt and my boss was absolutely furious as they pay for my space. The campground was decent and the people were nice

We stayed one night mid October. The park is very clean. Sites are close together but it's quiet & pretty level. There are some building lights that are on during the night which can be a little disturbing. The K-9 area is clean and very adequate.

Very Clean Location, but this park was packed with full time living. Sites were cramped even when I paid extra for the "larger" site with a view. So close to other sites I could not leave my windows open. I was either getting bombarded by cigarette smoke or diesel exhaust. Would be a good stop for the night, but not ideal for a family excursion. Sorry...

Good location. I stayed over one night. The pull through was fairly flat; enough I did not have to levelers down. The pet fenced in area was rather small but better than not having one.

I had to attend an event the people working there helped us find the location and they were always available for what ever we needed . My husband also stated the bathrooms/ shower rooms were the cleanness he had ever seen. Everything is well maintained and the staff are great .I would recommend it to any one travelling in these parts

Web site showed no tent sites available, only wagon for twice the price. On arrival find tent sites open, all night. And WiFi weak or not connectable throughout.

They went above and beyond my expectations. The gas fire pit didn’t work properly and when the couldn’t fix it they went out and bought a new one and installed it that afternoon. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you and if we ever travel through Pendleton Oregon that is where we will be staying.

It wasn’t the stay that earned the 10/10 it was the manager’s (Kana) actions after we left. We had an unfortunate experience with one of the staff members but Kana went above and beyond to rectify it and to make me want to come back again. She excels in customer service and went above and beyond. Thank you Kana.

We only stayed one night traveling through on our way to the coast. Staff was super friendly and when I discovered an issue with a brake on my trailer wheel, they went out of their way to suggest places for parts and /or repairs. The spaces are a little close together and there appears to be a lot of year round trailers on site. Full hookups worked well. WiFi was not good.

We stayed at the Pendleton KOA Journey in April with a large 5th wheel. We didn't expect to find a pool, spa or other amenities. Pros: *Easy to find and access from I-84. *Quick check in with reservation. *Has a small store on site; propane available *Road was paved; turns were easy to make *Beautiful view from our level concrete site *Tow vehicle parking space at the site *Nice, new wooden picnic table at the site *Clean park and QUIET at night *Pet friendly; has a doggie park *Really nice, caring 'people oriented' managers *Cable TV was clear and good; hook ups were good Cons: *Tight sites (if your RV/trailer is long and/or has slides on both sides) *Long grass & weeds at sites *Too many 'long term' RV-ers *There were wooden 'porches' stored in the way across from our site so we struggled backing into it. Rehooking and pulling out was okay. This park is really nice for a night or two stop over, but because of the 'long term' RV-ers, we personally wouldn't stay longer than that. One of the nicest 'Journey' category KOAs we've stayed at. Recommend reservations ahead of time if possible.

Very nice park. Level sites with great views. Staff is friendly. Best little dog park. Only here two nights, but this goes on our favorites list. Highly recommend.
