Beautiful campground. Very clean and nice level spots. Very friendly staff. The only thing I would change in tent site #1 is to get rid of the lamppost next to the white fence. It made it hard to sleep. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

Despite being fairly busy . The campgrounds are always well kept & the staffs customer service is always consistent. Because of this often use KOA’s instead of my Thousand Trails membership. Good job KOA team.

Facilities were good but the lack of security is a no go. Squatters come in after 8pm occupy sites, and leave about 5:30 am. Homeless use the showers and restrooms, and the employees were unconcerned about the lack of security. We will not go back.

Thank you for your comment, however, we did not have squatters in the campground. All the tents sites that you are talking about had a reservation for those nights. They arrived late and left very early. You could have come into the office and asked us instead of assuming.

We enjoyed that there was a swimming pool indoors and lots to keep a toddler entertained. The noise from the freeway is pretty loud in a tent but we were able to sleep through it.

There for only a one-night stay - on a very hot day - staff was very kind to find the shadiest site they could! Placing us behind the wall of the Kamping Kitchen, we were able to set up our chairs in the shade of that wall. The grounds are very well maintained, and we were comfortable on our tent site. Having both electricity and water enabled us to charge up and refill our water containers.

Tent camping, just passing thru. Staff excellent! Curious about inside tent water leakage from above in middle of night from top of tent...maybe from neighbor sprinkler?? Otherwise, great. Clean and thoughtful amenities.

It was so hot out that it is perhaps difficult to be fair in rating this place. The sites need trees for some shade! It is great that they have a (small) pool to cool off in. The Saturday breakfast was very good and so inexpensive.

The staff in the main office was friendly and our needs were met. There was no sound on the TV in the Clubhouse as someone had torn the cables apart. When we asked an employee about it we weren't offered any help. Still made the best of our visit. The sound issue should be repaired. The clubhouse was a refuge for tent campers on a 100 degree day.

Great facility in the heart of Pasco. Many perks with indoor pool, small fitness room, clubhouse. If you want the extras checkout the sites in the newer section. #200 and up! Friendly and informative staff, Tina the manager especially.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Indoor pool was nice and cool and refreshing. They had a BBQ for memorial day for us all. Overall it was a great visit. I will definitely be back again.

Nick was very helpful. I showed up 15 min before the end of his shift and needed silverware (I packed food but no utensils). He found some for me. Bit loud in a tent, but the facilities were very nice.

The tent site, bathrooms, and grounds were clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the neighboring tent site not adhering to quiet hours and waking us up at 5am. We would definitely consider staying here again, though.

Electric outlets did not work at my tent site (T01). Place seemed more of an RV park than a campground.

We really enjoyed our stay. My only grip was how noisy it was, as it is located right beside a busy road. It’s sad that most of the sites are for full-time RV’s, and not for folks traveling that can reserve a spot to stay one night. Not KOA’s fault, just how times are changing. The bathroom was clean tide. The front desk folks were nice and even called to see when we would arrive.

The toilet (women's last stall on right) was pretty disgusting night I arrived but clean next morning. I arrived 9 pm so maybe that's why it hadn't been cleaned. The tent site was pretty clean; trash had been collected. Gym unused, dusty, kinda sad

This place looked awful. I got there at about 9 pm. The noise level from the highway was deafening. The campsite was right at the entrance and behind the wash station. Heavy traffic area. There was a very small patch of grass that was too small for my tent. No place to park like the other 3 sites. Bathroom was dirty. I left to stay at a $179 hotel room and ate the $35 KOA fee. Awful!

I paid for one night but the 102o F. Temperature made my tine sleeper a sweatlodge and my dog was panting beyond control, so I left and drove home. Usually like this place a lot.

The campground was clean, nicely landscaped and the shade cover over the picnic table was a nice touch. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.

Great for what I needed which was a tent site for a quick stop and sleep on my way through. Very clean and the staff was over the top friendly. One of them even offered use of his cookware because I did not have any. Best thing about KOA is that you and your vehicles/possessions are safe. You don't have to worry about your vehicle being broken into or your catalytic converter being snatched.

The afternoon of my arrival I received a call (from Tina?) to verify my arrival time. Since I would be arriving after hours she went through the check in process which was pretty simple and was laid out just as explained when I arrived. Nick came down and checked on me. We had a great conversation. I would rate the service from these two as a 12 out 10. Both were extremely nice and helpful

Excellent bathrooms and facilities VERY clean. Good spot for tent camping with shade cover and dish sink near by. Seems like a lot of full time RVers staying there. Campground is very quiet but there is road noise Lots of amenities- pool, playground, etc.

We’ve stayed at a lot of KOA’s across the US. This by far is one of our favorite places. Look forward to coming back again.

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
