The lady’s in the office was very nice & Nick laid us to our site he was really helpful & new so much about the area then advice about getting to our next stay. This was the best park we’ve stayed at ever

We left early and only stayed one of the two nights booked. We didn’t enjoy having to pack up our camp site at night because of the sprinklers. Our brand new truck needed to be moved as well in order to avoid water spots on it. This feels more like a permanent resident location than a camping/vacation spot.

We had a fabulous time! The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was very clean, worked splendidly, and looked great too. Easy to find and our space was easy to get into, level (gravel). We were close to many things, especially golf courses ( for us, we like that). We look forward to another stay!

Bathroom/showers were sparkling clean. Staff members were all very helpful, even when our RV stalled out and blocked one of the roads.

Every employee of the park are kind and very helpful when you need them. Some really go out of yhete way to be of help. Clean facilities. And they work hard to keep the grounds clean. I would definitely stay there again.

It would be ideal if you could pick your site, next to those you are with. We had part of our group in the new section and part of us in the older section - very far apart. I would also suggest keeping those RVs/campers that are more permanent stays grouped together. We had a LARGE rv across from us that had 3 dogs left in there the entire time and were barking, when the owners weren't there.

I stayed in the newer section. Sires were large and easily accessible. Roadways were of ample width allowing easy manuvering with a large motorhome towing.

Loved staying here! Place is well maintained and beautiful. Only thing I wish they had was a fenced K-9 park.

We stayed in the new part. We appreciated the well planned area. The bathrooms were fabulous! Nicely done!

Campsite very clean, we arrived late with no reservation and they had a board with avail sites listed at the office. We had an easy time finding a spot. Clean site, washrooms, showers. In the am we met the owners. Lovely people. Helpful and informative. Great place to stay.

It is a beautiful KOA. We checked in after hours and Nick was very friendly and assisted us to find our spot. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
