Only 1 dog park is hard and is on far end with only pavement to walk on. Felt crowded.

Staff were awesome! Nick (with a "ck" not just a "c" ;) ) was great - so helpful and spot-on with recommendations for Chinese food as well as a great place for breakfast. New single style restrooms where the best we have ever encountered! Sincerely, David and Lisa McHale

Tina was professional. We were put in a spot that was too small for us. We had to park perpendicular between two power poles and that was unacceptable. Man who talked to us was rude and said if we didn’t like it, we could leave. Pd til 31, left 24th, got no refund.

Wow that was a great stay. Started with the team communication before we arrived and then continued through our stay and follow up. The park was very clean and quiet. Surprised by how nice the bath/shower houses were. Will stay again maybe next time when it’s not 110* outside so we can do more. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were assigned a lot that would not in able us to open our slides. When I brought this to their attention they quickly looked for another lot for us with no issues. We would stay there again.

Very nice park, love rock and cement landscape, keeps camper clean. Very nice sites and the people were nice to find a spot for our satellite to work. Thanks for your park. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved the unisex bathrooms which were self contained bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower. Super clean!

We got there late and my envelop was not taped on the door. Nick came to my rescue. Really nice guy and very helpful. Took all of my anxiety away. Very nice park. Very nice restroom shower combination. Best I have experienced. The young man next morning was very helpful when we were checking out.

On July 12th and July 24th, traveling to and from Montana to visit relatives, we enjoyed quiet and comfortable overnight stays. As we had reservations everything was ready for us. The staff in the office and in the field knew their jobs and were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

Great KOA - very clean and well run! The "old" section is mostly rented out for monthly renters. The new section is really nice, has large sites with plenty of room and nice green grass. Bathrooms are very clean and private. The indoor pool is small but very refreshing on a hot day, and the hot tub is relaxing!

We were there for a swim tournament for our granddaughters. All accommodations were clean and neat. Wish the pool was larger but it was cool and refreshing in 100+ heat. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

We have stayed at the Pasco / Tri-Cities KOA several times and have never been disappointed. On this trip Nick was very helpful in assisting us park our travel trailer and in making sure we had room for our slides. I highly recommend this KOA if you're in the Tri-City area.

My experience started out great. I was warmly greeted and then a very nice gentleman had me follow him to my site, where he proceeded to help me position my trailer to reach services, allow for my slides to extend and some of my awning to extend. The site was way to tight to allow for my awning to go out completely as I was into a tree. I could go on, but I see I’ve reached my limit on words her

Older KOA that could use some love. Not what you're expecting based on their website. It's a small, quiet campground. No real playground, and the jumping pad was very dirty. Staff was friendly.

Big, level sites with grass in between. Very noisy. The road behind the park must be a local drag strip. Wifi was worthless.

Staff is great, sites in New section are great, bathrooms too. The pool being indoors and higher rates are only deduction from 5 stars. Still, a best option in Pasco.

The campground is very large. There is an entire section of long term renters. The facility is well maintained, centrally located and quiet. The pull thru sites are comfortably sized. The driving areas are sized well and the sites are level. The pool is indoor and the camp store is well stocked. I like having an escort to my site and curbside trash pick up. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time; the staff is wonderful! A shout out to "Squirrel" the maintenance guy, so friendly and helpful. We were in the South park, which was a bit of a walk to the boat moorage and the store, got our steps in daily!

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
