Very nice and clean park. RV spaces are wide and big for our truck and travel trailer. Staff was helpful and very nice. This is our 2nd time being here. Love that they have a gentleman in his golf cart to escort you to your campsite. Close to get on and off the freeway.

The grounds were immaculate and they had trash service at our site. We also had the option to take our garbage to the dumpster. There is always someone running around maintaining the grounds. Very very very nice campground. We were running late on getting restocked for a long journey home to Alaska and they allowed us to stay over an hour. That was very much appreciated.

We loved our site and the park was extremely clean. Arrived after office hours and still had an escort to our site. Would highly recommend!!!

My wife and I were in the Tri-Cities to visit friends and family and the KOA campground was conveniently located. We appreciated the easy access and nicely maintained campground and facilities.

The crew there was fantastic. The original spot we were supposed to be in, we weren't able to fit because of another car in the way. They moved us to the new side and gave us a sweet corner spot with a patio, BBQ, furniture, and a fire pit. The unisex private bathrooms were outstanding and honestly a great little retreat from the hot summer heat!

The water was turned off all morning and no one told us this would be happening when we booked the stay. The kids weren't able to go swimming, which is why we stayed there. Besides that it was clean.

Great place; kind people; simple arrival and parking, no long explanations.....of course - we've only been to like 32+ camp sites. This was the end of our scheduled 14K trip - which actually turned out to be 17,800. Three months we saw much; we laughed much; we had interesting interactions with some of the KOA sites, but this one here - it was the cherry top - great ending to a great trip

The campground was a permanent residence rv park with sites stacked on one another. The site I was given was on a hill and had to bottom out the hitch to get level. The sewer pipe was up hill, and the connection point was angled away from camper and threads were striped. Had to hook up camper when moving and pull forward to drain. Whole site smelled of sewer gas. Worst stay/site of 3 week trip.

Too crowded. Doesn’t feel like a campground. More like a trailer park.

Hi Jim. I'm sorry about your experience. We have two sections in our park. You were in the older section which is tight spaced as it is over 23 years old. The new section has bigger & wider sites. Next time just give us a call and we can definitely try to give you one of those sites if available.

They are always prepared for the guest. Sides are always clean and well managed. The staff picks up garbage in the morning at trailer site which is a huge convenience. They are always very friendly and willing to help.

Everyone was nice and the property was nice. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is terrible. For the price, I expect the Wi-Fi and internet to work.

We enjoy this KOA and the people who work here. We upgraded our stay to include a patio and then after we got there we were told that we had to pay an additional $10 for the use of a propane tank for the BBQ! We are already paying additional for the patio, & that kind of nickel and dime is just pitiful. Like saying you can use the pool but if you want water in it, you have to pay extra. Be better.

Office staff was super, friendly and helpful! We had a level site, spacious and good utilities. We could never use the WiFi - needs improvement. Thought we would enjoy the pool but it didn’t look clear. Maybe because it was indoors. Location of the park was excellent - close to town and quiet.

It was so hot out that it is perhaps difficult to be fair in rating this place. The sites need trees for some shade! It is great that they have a (small) pool to cool off in. The Saturday breakfast was very good and so inexpensive.

Stayed for two nights at the old sites and I thought that was great, but then on my morning’s walk, I went through the new section. All I can say is WOW. Beautifully done. Your staff are so kind, cheerful, competent and very helpful. It was indeed a pleasure to stay. See what you can do about the heat �. Than you all for a wonderful time

Clean campground but other than the main road in, the streets are narrow. Had to worry about next camper whose tow vehicle was sticking out in the road, and a possible residents/seasonal camper whose car was always parellar parked in the road when returning to my site and when it was time to leave.

The staff in the main office was friendly and our needs were met. There was no sound on the TV in the Clubhouse as someone had torn the cables apart. When we asked an employee about it we weren't offered any help. Still made the best of our visit. The sound issue should be repaired. The clubhouse was a refuge for tent campers on a 100 degree day.

We have stayed at many Koa’s over the years and this by far was the nicest with the most amenities. Indoor pool and shower house were immaculate and are one of a kind. Highly recommend everyone check it out.

Overall great stay. Clean, level sites. Pool & spa were lovely. The outdoor propane fire pits looked like they’d be great in fall (we were there in summer). The gym had no ac or fan and it was just too hot, even early morning, to safely enjoy. That’s my one suggestion for improvement. Oh & the laundry room was solid. Overall, positive visit for the week we stayed.

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
