This is our 4th time staying there. The staff and facilites are always great. We love using this campground as our base camp for our visits to the Tri-Cities area.

A very large KOA with a whole new section. The staff is great. The only shortcoming was the fact that they advertise that they have WIFI but that is outright false advertising. The so called WIFI shows one the computer but we were never able to connect much less send of receive email. The owners of most KOAs clearly never travel or have the need to communicate with family while away.

The folks at Pasco KOA are very accommodating and friendly. It's a very nice Campground. We were sorry we cut our stay short due to weather. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Sites were well maintained. They even had cable TV with lots of channels. We received immediate assistance when the black water cap was frozen closed.

Reservation system only offered deluxe patio site (who wants the extra expense in November) when there were lots of other sites. Double checked and vans/campers only have patio site showing available. That was strike one. Checking in told that it was windy and wifi might not be good. Really? It wasn't good but it wasn't windy. We were in 'new' part - it's 2022, get the wifi right!

It's always a little intimidating to find after dark, as I don't live in the area. I always seem to get the campground map mixed up too in the dark. If I could change it, I would show the office and the stop area really clearly, and then how the roads branch out from there. It was awesome to have The guy lead us to our sight by following the golf cart. Can't remember his name, but he was nice.

I have previously stayed here and had a pleasant experience then (Sept 2022). During my stay this time a wind storm occurred. I work nights and during the worst of it I was working. I got a call at 0400 telling me my camper blew over. From that point the staff went above and beyond incredible in my opinion to help bring my camper upright carefully to avoid further damage and really cared. BRAVO!

Arrived 4:30 ish and was greeted by the very friendly reception ladies and even given a golf cart escort to our sight, a first for us and impressive. We had a great sleep, relaxing morning and our Corgi, Murphy loved rolling around on the grass at our site. Back on the road by 9am, great place to stay, Well maintained, super clean facilities and in our opinion a great value for your dollar.

I have a little 19 foot motorhome, which I love. I appreciate the welcome I receive at KOA-Pasco. I have enjoyed the new section 4-5 times. The “community” bathroom is new and beautiful. There are some swings and other get-together spots for RVers to sit together. This week the staff sponsored a Halloween potluck with main dish provided, :), no doubt other gatherings are scheduled too.

We loved this park, whether just passing through or staying for an extended period of time. Lots of grass, paved roads, indoor pool/spa, and friendly hosts.

Nice to have grassy spot for dogs. Staff took us to our pull thru site. Clean, cool Halloween decorations. Pool, hot tub, playground. Close to RV services, coffee shops & restaurants.

We arrived late because of work. We were met at the entrance, lead to our space and were given assistance with backing in, by a very kind and friendly gentleman. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The bathrooms with showers were immaculate. Great place to stay!

Our second stay in a week. This KOA gets an A+. Stayed in new section. It was really, really nice. Restrooms showers were impeccably clean. Will definitely return.

Friendly staff with true hospitality! The facilities are clean and sites are big! We are a 36’ class A and plenty of room. The restrooms are super clean and very nice. Will stay again when in Pasco

New sites are wonderful, pull thru was easy to get in and out of. Facilities were very clean. Services ( garbage pick up, propane refill) were great. Staff was very friendly. I will stay there again.

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
