The staff was the greatest from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. They had activities all day Saturday for both the kids and adults and the place was kept very clean. A must stay when visiting middle Tennessee, we will go back again.

We showed up about 10min after 7pm but the staff stayed since they knew we were coming. I expected them to be bothered but they were SUPER friendly and welcoming. This was our first time taking our camper out and I guarantee that we will be coming back to KOA PARIS LANDING soon!!

We gathered for a early Christmas get together due to our mom, grandmother, great-grandmother will not be in town at Christmas. We had a blast! Little ones had so many things to do. Prices were great for the stay and activities for the kids made for a great time!

This was our first time staying in a deluxe site and we really enjoyed it! The hayride was a pleasant surprise on a perfect fall evening, too. We appreciate the hard work you guys put in to the campground!

This KOA is likely one of the best in the country! The owners time and again demonstrate that customer satisfaction and FUN are their top priorities. They certainly do everything in their power to ensure everyone has fun and has something to do if they want. They continually make upgrades to the facilities which keep people coming back. It also shows the level of pride they have in their business.

This was one of the nicest KOA’s we have been to. Staff was super friendly and the building & campgrounds we’re very clean. We don’t have small children anymore, but back in the day they would have loved the playground and all the fun activities that were planned.

This is our 2nd time staying at this Koa. It was after Labor Day so the camp was pretty empty and some activities were closed or only opened on the weekends, but that didn’t bother us. They have added more of their deluxe sites, which are nice and spacious. Clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was opened but the water was cold, but staff has no control over the weather. Will be back!!

We had a great time. The campground is packed pretty tight though, we prefer a little more wiggle room.

Great place. Very clean and organized. Sites are good size and furniture provided. Even has a deck, fire pit and grill . Pool is clean as are the restrooms. Definitely a place to stay. Thanks

This was our second time here and have now decided to do an extended stay! Love the way they make sure you know everything going on during the day and the texts so you don't miss anything. Staff and the owners are amazing!! Love this KOA!

Great for the size. There were a few activities that were “sold out”, an example being the duck race for the kids. It could have been run I’m a couple of heats to include all that wanted to participate, or it should have been made clear there were a limited number who could sign up.

Thank you for your review. This was our first year doing the race and it'll get better every year. We did let everyone know about the duck race upon check in and that there were limited. Next year we will have a ton more to go around.

We enjoyed our stay, love the trees and our site was good. The amenities were fun for my kids too. The only negatives we seen were staff smoking right outside the pool and camp store several times, and it did feel like several residents lived there full time and took over the pool and such.

Thanks for your review. We pride ourselves on so many repeat guests, but we make certain we never look like a "trailer park", and we don't really have residents here, just a few monthlies. Labor Day weekend does mean a lot of people at the pool, too. We love that the kiddos had fun!

Great place to stay, lots to do (pool, cornhole, bingo, mini golf). Nice level space, fully stocked store on site for all your needs. Lots for kids to do also (train ride, hayride). Pet friendly with dog park. Friendly helpful staff and owners makes it a great place to visit.

Had a great time - a lot of things to do for sure- the staff was great - We had a Tiffin 37 BH Phaeton and had a pull through spot. We would most likely book the larger spots next time due the size of our pull through but these were not available when we booked which is nobody's fault. Definitely recommend staying here for sure. Go see Ft Donelson if you get the chance and eat at Blues Landing.

Campground is very clean and well tended, bathrooms clean, good space between spots especially the spots with the decks. Convenient location. Good wifi. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this Koa. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. This is an amazing place for kids. They offer so much more than most campgrounds for kids. The entire campground is super clean and well maintained.

Stayed here 4 nights with our grandchildren. There were so many activities for them they were not able to do them all. The grounds were clean and well kept. The camp store was fully stocked. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We really hated that we had to leave. I would recommend this KOA to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay.
