We always have a great time! Our kids love the activities and the community! Clean facilities and well maintained sites. The staff are second to none. They are always friendly and helpful.

The new sites are fully in the sun not graded well as far as levelness and not as wide as the other sites we were moved after I tripped several times to a much nicer older site as the trees grow and things settle I hope that the new sites will be better very responsive management

Stayed in two room cabin this time. Very spacious, bright and clean. Grandsons stayed with us and had their own bunkbed each! Campground always updating, improving and landscaping but keeping the wonderful trees and grassy areas. Updated internet which we didn’t use much because we were swimming, crafting and watching a late night movie outside. This is our family’s favorite KOA. Staff is gr

Stayed a couple days, on the way home, from Gatlinburg. Very nice, updated campground in a beautiful area with very helpful staff. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

Only concern is the tightness between you and your neighbor. Like to have more room but it was fine and if we return then we will stay at a spot with patio for sure.

Thanks for the comments, we take each review seriously. Since 2019 we've added 23 Patio RV sites, and have future plans to work on the original sites to expand in diff. ways. We do try and make up for the tightness with activities and overall awesomeness!

We will never stay at this campground again, or recommend it to any camper we know. We took our dog with us & the mosquitos would not allow us to walk her far even with spray on!! We ended up picking a spot online unaware it was in the "new" part. Which had a small amount of grass growing, the trees were newly planted. 400 is obviously NOT enough because I am not done yet have no more characters!

We're sad you feel this about our KOA. Wish you would've said something during your stay, instead of damaging our review average w/ low scores. Mosquitos-while-camping is a thing,yes, but we spray often & have a service that comes out monthly. Looks like we didn't start early enough, sadly.

We really enjoyed our stay. We don’t have little children, but it would be a perfect place for families. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained park. The premium spots with deck, table, chairs, and fire pit are SO nice.

Our favorite place for a get-away with family friends. First time playing on the new Ga Ga ball court...what fun! Staff, Marc and Starr are so friendly.

Stayed 3 nights in a rustic cabin, and loved it. I met up with several other friend for the weekend, and a good tome was had by all. Marc and Starr went well beyond expectations to ensure a pleasurable stay.

We r new at camping. So the place that we bought the camper turn us on to Kia. Have been to two of them. They both were very nice. But the one in Paris was outstanding they went out of there way to take care of all our needs. Very helpful and friendly like it so much we r going again next weekend.

We had a pleasant stay in a rustic cabin. The only complaint was the mattress was too firm. Other than that, very enjoyable.

Mark And Starr do a wonderful job. It is one of the cleanest KOAs that I have ever stayed in. The Staff is very helpful and friendly.

What a lovely campground. Would definitely stay here again, not sure hubby would want to make the drive though as it was a lot off our route. This made it nice and quiet though. Next time I would pay the extra for the upgraded campsites as they came with a really nice patio/deck with great seats and a really nice fire pit.

I have stayed before, but the 2 ladies that camped with me had never been to KOA and they were very impressed with the whole atmosphere of the place as am I….Very enjoyable experience

This KOA was very well maintained, the people very friendly, and the surrounding area beautiful. The new sites are very nice with patios, table and chairs, and stone firepits. However, because there is a drainage issue in parts of the new area, a few of the fire pits, like ours, filled with water. Thus no way to have a campfire. Once that is fixed, we wld give this KOA the highest rating.

FIXED as of May 12th! We listen to our customers, and we put in a double trenched french drain in two areas. It's been checked after a 7" rain in one day...next day...BOOM, no more firepit water! Come back and build that campfire!

I highly recommend this Koa. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. This is an amazing place for kids. They offer so much more than most campgrounds for kids. The entire campground is super clean and well maintained.

Stayed here 4 nights with our grandchildren. There were so many activities for them they were not able to do them all. The grounds were clean and well kept. The camp store was fully stocked. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We really hated that we had to leave. I would recommend this KOA to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay.
