No perimeter fence, Would not let me back to back of pad as it would interfere with lawn sprinklers which made parking hard. Very clean. Fast strong WiFi Overpriced.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and throughout the week. Bath house was very clean. The laundry room had seating, folding table area and a cart if needed. Pay by card or Apple Pay which was convenient to not have to have quarters! Despite being on the Panama Parkway it is peaceful. We used the dog park frequently and took evening walks. Pool was nice. Trash pickup was quick!

We loved the new campground. The pool is amazing. We can't wait to see the improvements as they are made to the park. We would love to visit again. The cabins are great and can't wait to see the finished products and customizing.

Great time by all had trouble with rv had to move into a cabin they made the switch so easy

We have never been charged for extra guest the lady a the front office told us it would be 10.00 a day and when our guests got there she changed them 15.00 per day and they left a day early with no refund. Your camp site in Panama City is very over priced

Campground was pristine, but had issues. Sprinklers sprayed our entire fifth wheel top to bottom, both sides, and truck from 4:30-5:02 am… so very loud we couldn’t sleep and what a terrible mess of large water spots; two days of this. Water spots required waxed. Site unlevel, very narrow, short pull thru. No cable-our tv isn’t ‘smart’. No patio but couldn’t use rug on grass. Very unhap

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was such a nice quite place to stay we have already booked a return trip next month.

The extra costs for my grandkids to visit were too much. We wanted our daughter and son-in-law to come eat dinner with us but felt $20 each was ridiculous! The campground is very nice but extra charges are too much especially since the rates were already much higher than other campgrounds in the area.

My family enjoyed the stay at the campground. We stayed in tents and the area was wonderful! Close to the showers and they were very clean. The swimming pool and playground was clean and extremely nice. The lady’s that checked us in were amazing ! We will definitely be back!!

In time this will be an amazing park but right now they need anither bath house closer to pool, dog park should be in the back not upfront near the road, lights in the dog park, fire pits should be FREE and at every site & bring pop up tents or umbrellas for shade!! Great location and very clean

We had a wonderful stay here. Brand new KOA, close to everything in the area, shops businesses, beaches restaurants ball field. Very clean, sites are large and concrete pads. Lots of grass and a pet area. Swimming g pool deluxe cabins and a hot dog stand. Highly recommend

The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The park itself is immaculate. The bathhouse very nice, beautiful swimming pool. Nice playground. This would be a great place for family reunion, gatherings, etc. Will be even nicer when the trees get more established and they add a privacy fence along US Hwy 98.

No shade is biggest deterrent, followed by being a bit pricey! Nice grounds but traffic noise is loud with a wind from the South.

We enjoyed a 3 day stay and will come back. This KOA is impeccably maintained and conveniently located to access all local amenities. It's location also offers great night sky views... bonus!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are meticulously maintained and sewer, water, and electric hookups are perfectly arranged. As with every KOA I have visited, it’s a great place to stay. This is still very close to the beach, but not so close that transients or drunks will wander in like a place right on Thomas Drive. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at PCB KOA for 7 days in a Class C, and it was FANTASTIC! The people (staff) couldn't have nicer or more accommodating! Everything was first rate. We started our stay being greeted by the General Manager (after hours), met an owner truly-interested in guest satisfaction, and dealt daily with staff who obviously took pride in their work. Can't wait to stay again. HIGHLY recommended!!

The campground and its facilities were very clean, the cement pads were level and sites were nicely spaced apart. The staff was great, knowledgeable, helpful and nice. There wasn't any trees for shade and the cost per night is pretty expensive.

Easy in, easy out. Pool was great and was told they are working to add umbrellas. Understand that this is still a VERY NEW KOA so there are still some additions to be made. Price was a bit higher than I would have expected for such few amenities.

Staff are cheerful and efficint. Extremely well taken care of - clean and modern. All sites have concrete pads. Laundry room clean and bright. Bath/shower rooms also very clean. Only negative for me was pool not open because not heated. I would've done some laps on several hot days we had.

Very nice place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The only drawback is this is right next to highway 98, so the noise level is quite high from cars and trucks.

Very nice campground close to beaches. It's only been open about 1 year as of this writing and we would have unquestionably rated it a 5 except the laundry facilities were out of order and it would have saved us from walking across half the campground with our dirty laundry had we been told that at check-in. Otherwise, nice, clean campground with friendly staff. We would stay again.
