Could not ask for a cleaner campground to stay near the beach. Everyone was friendly. when getting ready to leave, I needed help putting the slide in, Bill (one of the managers) jumped in to help me out. Could not recommend this campground enough. When coming back to the beach, we will stay here.

The people at the office and the workers on the property were excellent and very helpful in every way. The grounds were impeccable! The only negative is the road noise. Maybe when the trees planted out front grow the noise will be lessened.

Thank you for the feedback, although we cannot do anything about the road noise at this time, it is an issue we are gonna address in the future (seems our "new" trees we planted have a growth plan of their own, lol". Hope to see you in future travels.

We spent 3 days at the PCB KOA. It was great! The campground is so well kept. The grass is beautiful and the concrete padded sites are nice and level. They have cute beachy colored cabins and black top roads for smooth bike riding. The staff was friendly and helpful with local restaurant suggestions. The grounds are near the beach and all of the local attractions. We would definitely stay again.

I have been camping for 40 years and all over the country, and I have to say that KOA in Panama City Beach Florida is the nicest, cleanest, and most friendly campground I've ever stayed at by far, lot's of space between sites, the facilities are super nice large pool and cleanest and well maintained shower houses, folks get you a KOA membership and give them a call, you want regret it thanks staff

We stayed a week with a class A. Very quiet during week.. All new and clean.. the bathhouse individual rooms are great except not air conditioned..and floors were soaking wet when we entered numerous times.. staff was very friendly and had lots of knowledge of area.will be back very soon

Enjoyed our stay. Don’t think, however, the early check-in fee of $15.00 is necessary when we only stayed a total of 10 hrs (10:30 am-7:30 am). There were several empty camping spots and no one did anything or any extra services to justify the extra $15 early check-in fee. KOA should consider workings with the needs of campers.

Our stay was very enjoyable all the staff we’re very plight, The manager Bill and his wife Pam were very nice and greeted us every day, we had a wonderful stay at this KOA, and we will return for another vacation!!!

My family wanted to spend some time in Panama City Florida and located your facility on the KOA website. I was very pleased when we arrived on Friday. The facility was perfect and was awesome for our time spent there. It was just Perfect!!!!

I stayed in cabin 1 and it was lovely. A fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens provided. Everyone was courteous and friendly. My cabin was wheelchair accessible, arm grabs, and a seat in the shower. I’d suggest a taller toilet, perhaps 17-19”. The bedroom was difficult for me to get around and I’m fully capable. The bedroom cabinet was in a weird space. I enjoyed my time there immensel

Very nice and clean, great staff. The only thing might be to adjust sprinkler heads, as many of them are spraying the rigs and not getting to the grass. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We came down for a softball tournament for a week. The deluxe cabin beyond exceeded our expectations! It was very roomy for a family of 5 and a small pup. It had everything needed for cooking meals, spot cleaning, etc. we will be back to enjoy the cabins again in the near future!

The grounds are very clean and well maintained.staff was friendly and helpful. Site is spacious. Loved the pond! grounds is maybe 5-10 min from beaches very close I loved that! We Really enjoyed our stay here my only complaint is bathroom/shower is very hot inside. But we will be returning again !

Host are fantastic, bath rooms are not air conditioned (not good) pads are to narrow exiting you in the grass from your camper (suggest wider cement pad) couple of sites hold water exiting you into water. Otherwise very nice facility run by very nice host. We will come back next year.

The people are fabulous and very friendly.But but there are no shade and it is very hot in the summer time.I would highly recommend taking the time to spend some money on some adult trees

Nice park. Close to everything. Good campsites with plenty of room between. No shade. Excellent grass all around. A bit buggy, but it's Florida. We will be back.

My only complain would be the lack of shade trees. Otherwise this campground is top notch.

Stayed Wednesday-Sunday. There needs to be more lighting, especially with all the children riding bikes, scooters and skating on the roads. Also more trees to provide some shade. It is a great location and the staff was the most polite I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing park. Staff super nice and went above and beyond. Bathrooms super clean. Need more lighting at night. Hard to see kids riding on bikes. Pool was super warm, but it is Florida. Leaving was a little difficult in a Class A, because of the way people parked on street, not KOA’s fault just people not paying attention. Dog park was perfect, of course some not picking up after dog.

Our stay was great. The only issue I would like to address is the lack of air conditioning in bath house. It’s extremely hot in bathrooms.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff…making you feel like a second home. Giant pool. Extremely clean bathhouse. Clean grounds with beautiful grass, spacious pads that are big rig friendly, trash pick up everyday at 10am, propane & wood sold right on grounds, and you don’t feel like you’re sitting right on top of your neighbor; we had an actual yard and never had that!!! Our kids loved

We stayed one night. The campground is a new build and the sites are very spacious. It was easy getting in and out. The staff were excellent and eager to make our stay, a great stay. We’re already planning our next stay!

Would recommend signage on the approach as you do not see the sign until you get right on the entry point and the GPS shows that you must make a hard U-Turn in order to get in the Camp Ground. Big Riggs can’t make such a turn. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

It was fabulous we loved it!! Beautiful and clean! Our only thing we would suggest is that the restrooms were just a little cooler they got warm. But other than that it was great! Loved the pool! Wanting to come back for fall break hoping the pool is still open for that first part of October.

Three of us traveling together in 45' coaches stayed here and had more than enough room and the staff was amazing and super helpful. Defiantly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at this KOA. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really care about providing exceptional service!!! All campsites have a concrete pad, are very spacious and the grounds are exceptionally maintained!! The bathhouse is extremely clean, well maintained and has great water pressure with lots of hot water!! This is one of the best KOAs properties we have been to.
