This was the nicest campground I have used in a while. It was very clean, has very spacious RV spots, and the staff were so kind and helpful.

nice campground and great staff. paid extra to not be right next to highway. but traffic noise was still a nuisance, maybe a privacy fence would help. if not for traffic noise, I'd give this place a 5 star rating. granted it was spring break, but semi's travelling by at 3 am as well.

I think this KOA is overpriced. It is clean and well kept but basically a big field. The people are friendly and helpful.

The campground is very new, having only been open about a year. It is in very great condition. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks nice. The restrooms are nice. My only complaint would be that the watering system ran at about 1pm, very wasteful of water in the Florida heat! Also it watered our car and picnic table!

Liked that the RV Park was minutes to shops and restaurants. Loved the concrete pads. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice laundry facilities though they could use a couple more washers and dryers.

One of the best. We had truck issues and had to possibly stay 2-5 days longer depending on the mechanic. PCB was so nice and juggled around some reservations to make our stay work, they went above and beyond. One of the cleanest and spacious parks we have stayed at. You won’t be disappointed.

my wife stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. This cabin was extremely nice and extremely clean. Overall, I would give the entire RV park a 10+ rating.

Made a reservation via being on the road. The person who took my call was very professional and very helpful when I got to the campground, they escorted me to my site and assisted me while parking my rig. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this KOA campground.

The RV sites are very spacious. The grounds and facilities are immaculate. Loved that they had a dog park. The location is close to many attractions, beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and made excellent recommendations for local eats. If you are in the area I highly recommend staying at this KOA.

Absolutely perfect! We had an RV site and a cabin. Both were great! The little cabin was so nice! Has everything you need. The park is very pretty, well kept. The laundry is nice and well kept, open 24-7. The restrooms with showers are great! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

We. Pilsner stay at another RV park an hour away and called this KOA. It was spring break here in Panama City and they were slammed, Staff was incredibly helpful, found us a spot for 8 days. Park is very well maintained and clean. Showers excellent!’

Motorhome came in on the hook. The whole staff has been above exceptional in our ordeal. They have been helpful, concerned and accommodating. In addition, the park is comfortable and beautiful.

We loved our stay in the Deluxe Cabin at the PBC KOA campground. Employees were so sweet and the park was very well taken care of! It's been one of our favorite campgrounds we've stayed in!

We stayed a week here and I highly recommend if you are in the area this is the place to stay. The grounds, laundry, showers, pool area are immaculate. The RV sites are very spacious. The staff very helpful and friendly. The location is close to shopping, beaches, restaurants etc. We cannot wait to go back!

This was our second stay at PCB KOA which has quickly.become a favorite for us. The spots are big, and roomy, and well maintained. The staff is amazing and keep the place top notch! The grounds, laundry room and showers are always immaculately clean.. This KOA has suxh a relaxing vibe to it. The truth is we've started going to t PCB because of the KOA. I'm certain we'll be back as.soon as we can.

Beautiful campground. It was just abut noisy all night up by the main road. Maybe once the landscaping grows out might help with that. I will definitely go back though.

In one word, WOW!! This KOA property is one of the very best KOAs we have ever visited in our decades of RV travel across the country!! Everything is all brand new, and its location is super convenient, only a short drive from the beaches! The oversized concrete pads are great! The staff and owner Malanda were all super friendly, caring, and focused on making us happy! Highly recommend!!!

I never received my deposit back for my key or damage fee they told me I damaged a couch I asked for pictures they sent me a whole new couch that wasn't even in our cabin a completely different color and then said that I had to pay for Stanley's cleaner to clean the couch and that we damaged covers as well we didn't even use their covers we brought our own covers. I've tried to contact corporate.

We have stayed in KOA's and other types of campgrounds in over 40 States and this one was by far the nicest. The design was above and beyond as was the service we received. We were looking forward to coming back next year and spending a month or so. SO SAD TO HEAR THEY ARE CLOSING. DEFINITELY a 5 star resort.

This was our first KOA ever! This place set the bar SO HIGH for any other we would stay at! Everything and everyone was TOP NOTCH! We met co-owner Malinda, Pam & Bill and loving dog Cooper, Lucy & Parrish and Megan. All so kind and helpful to us RV newbies! The bathhouse and laundry rooms were always spotless and the freshest smelling. Using a code assigned to each camper, gave you a very strong sense of security when using. The water fountain lite up nightly as did the bath/laundry house enhancing its beauty. Camper neighbors there were the best! Thank you PCB KOA Holiday for making our stay exceptional!! We will definitely return * * * * * * * * * *

Great, GREAT KOA. But, they are closing in Juky due to imminent domain. Government stealing the land of this 1 year old campground. Sad. Another reason to not trust the government.
