The campground was so clean and offered great amenities. I LOVED the "cabins" and the tent structures, and though we camped in our RV, we are hoping to come back and try out the other facilities. The grounds were so well kept, but, I think the thing that impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was courteous, professional, and so helpful. We have never seen anyone work harder than Bob!

The preferred site where we stayed were very accommodating. Some other sites seemed very close. Typical of KOA campgrounds the bathrooms are way to small for the amount of people staying. Not cleaned often enough with the usage needed. We also had barking dogs around us that were not quieted by owners. Overall the place was very clean and plenty to do at the campground.

Great spacious campsites. Friendly staff and LOVE the mineral water pool and the 3 spas has different temperatures to chose from. close enough to Palm Springs and we went there on Thursday evening for the Village Fest.We will be returning to this campground for sure.

Sadly the weekend we were there it was windy. We had a good time but I think the front desk lady could use some lessons in etiquette. I’ve stayed a many KOAs and the front office has always been friendly and kind, this was not the case here.

Nice level sites. Friendly staff. Loved the hot tubs. My only complaint would be the restrooms needed cleaning much more often. It seems every time I went in there the trash can was overflowing with paper towels and it was obvious a cleaning was needed. Last morning the stall I went in was out of TP. Overall, was a good experience, but bathrooms need to be cleaned multiple times each day.

Nice & low key. We were really bummed out the pool and spa were closed on Wednesday. My wife and I had planned to take the kids to the pool that after noon. We ended up spending the night $25 each to swim and use the spa's at Sam's down the street.

Overall a good experience. Staff were very hard working and friendly. Loved that there were 3 options for dog parks as not all dogs are friendly. We had a nice Patio site, pool and spas were nice, quiet, good store, and many positives. The roads are little rough and our fire pit (new patio site) didn't work very well and kept blowing out while the ones next door worked. Overall very good.

Great place, very clean, the only problem we came across was a neighbor's dogs that kept barking while their family was away. It was bad enough that we couldn't sit outside while that neighbor was there.

Everything was there and worked as expected. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend and stay there again. Thanks for the painless experience!

We couldn't enjoy the pool or the hot tubs with the screaming children. The best thing about this place was the 3 large dog parks. The only issue there is that many guests did not cleanup after their own dogs.

Clean camp site, no issues with the hook ups, nice pool area, friendly fellow campers/staff and nice little store. Recommendations It would be great to have a bigger playground with more toys, an opened jump pad and pool toys. Since there was so many little kids a splash pad or a kids pool would be great.

Very family friendly. We only stayed overnight as we were passing through. The campground was clean and seemed well maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains around. They have showers, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a dog park.

This a place we has been used and subsequently. The spaces are very close together . A huge part of 8 pulled in next to us, set up camp and put up a cabana inches from ouf rv. When we left in the mornIng we couldn't finish dumping because the septic was overflowing.

Enjoyed the bikes, hot spring pool and pickleball courts. Close to Joshua Tree NP and Downtown Palm Springs. Mini golf needs repairs though.

We came to explore Joshua Tree National Park for a day and stay over two nights. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our site. We would stay here again.

Would have been great if the dj on Saturday night was advertised. We found out he was there 1/2 way through the program. Otherwise a good stay. Cindy in actives was amazing!

My only complaint is that the neighbor started smoking a cigar on the site next to us the day before we were leaving that was strong and nasty but not the campgrounds fault

My family and I loved the location. Our glamming tent was perfect size but the cooking tray they provided was dirty and was not cleaned. Luckily I noticed before putting my food on it. Also one more recommendation I would update the mini golf course, a lot of the course was falling off and the activities center needs an updated make over. Staff extremely friendly.

Clean well kept campground. Very friendly staff and fellow campers. Huge dog park where the dogs can burn up their energy. There is also a smaller dog park . Definitely recommend this park.

Well maintained park. Love the wide streets which makes it easy to maneuver around. Lots to do here and very active. Also thank you for the smaller and large dog play areas.

Staff were wonderful. Facilities were very nice. Views were great. Lots of activities included. We knew wireless would be slow but wish data was faster as we needed to make plans for down the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Lost $1.75 in quarters trying to do laundry, the washing machines were smelly and had hair all over the rubber gasket. The laundry facility floor was filthy with sand, laundry soap, hair. Showers and rest room facilities were good.

Campground has a lot of offerings, some areas are in need of repair. Many washers are out of order. The front desk clerk when we arrived you could tell she did not want to be there . Dog runs were awesome, best I have seen. Pool area is in need of a lot of maintenance. For a holiday this campground is almost there but needs a lot of attention to be a real KOA holiday.

We stayed for the snowbird season. Our site was a double wide patio site with a shade and we loved it! The staff is nice and helpful! Two small dog parks, and one extra large dog park, all work typical desert but good. Pool and hot tubs were well tended, campground was clean and the kids we saw were having a great time! The location was good for us as we went all over the Coachella Valley.

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
